Valley Wide Towing was extremely unprofessional! I have never been more disrespected by a company in my life. I called to get my car towed and was put on hold for a while. I hung up and called again and when they answered I was rudely answered by a man who told me to either wait or dont call again. When I tried a different number to speak to a manager, the same man answered and told me to f myself! I am extremely angry and will make sure nobody goes through this company.

Place is well maintained. Went during week so parking was not an issue. Bilingual. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of inventory. Best to enter via Grove Ave as navigation aid circled using Bon View Ave. Purpose was to buy a used vehicle so cannot comment on towing issues.

This is an awesome place to buy a car. One of the last HONEST auto businesses I’ve dealt with. Jr is a real honest, stand up guy. He does what he says he’s gonna do(man of his word) it’s hard to find an honest business out here nowadays, and Valley Wide is one of the few. Good deals on cars as they are a police impound lot as well. The guy that works there is real straight forward and will tell you what is wrong with each car. You can view and purchase a car Monday through Friday from like 8-5 for what they are asking. Good place to look for a cheap car.

Bought a car from this place. The transaction was easy and they were spot on. The only thing I would tell people, investigate the car your looking to purchase with the DMV. The car I got had lots of back fees owed. Other than that, l love my little car.

BEWARE!! THE GUYS HERE LIE ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY KNOW ABOUT THESE CARS.. I PURCHASED A CAR AND AS I DROVE IT JUST AROUND THE BLOCK FROM THEM THE CAR LEAKED ALL THE OIL OUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE A CRACK IN THE MOTOR AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO RETURN MY MONEY.. AT THE END AND AFTER A LOT OF CONVINCING PRACTLLY BEGGING THEY GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK BUT THEY KEPT $100 RE STOCKING FEE

Ok, I donated my motorcycle to Kars4Kids and these folks were the local contractor to pick it up. They were friendly on the phone, helpful, called me back as promised, and their driver, Ryan, was also friendly and professional, even though I know the dude had to be seriously stretched with all of the pickups he had left for the day. He was running a little later than the originally promised arrival time, but he called me on his own and gave me an updated ETA that was accurate to within a few minutes.My experience with these folks has been very good.

I made an appointment to go look at a repo they were selling. I arrived on time and asked if the car could be started because the ad said it was a running vehicle. The guy showing me the car wasnt allowed to start the vehicle and the guy who could start it had left and they didnt know when he would be back. I wasted 3 hours driving for them to waste my time.

Couldent get a tow when i called the one i called cost me 350 to go 40 miles i was towing a project car that wasnt in my name or i would have used my AAA life lesson learned.

Got my van there and couldnt be happier. It was a great deal and will likely go back for my next vehicle.

So we broke down, called and got a quote from several towing places for what type of tow we needed as well as how far we needed to go. Valley Wide was the cheapest by $35 so we went with them. We needed a flat bed tow truck for our truck as well as a hitch to pull our trailer behind. When the driver showed up, he told us that he was an independent contractor and he sets his own rate. Leyva was the name on his truck. He said it was gonna cost an additional $70. We were in a tight spot now, time wise. We tried to call the dispatch back to clear this up, but they wouldnt answer. So we agreed. When we got to our location and went to pay, the driver wanted cash or else he was gonna charge an additional $49 for credit card. We called dispatch back and got someone. They had no idea what the driver was talking about and called him. The driver then wrote up our ticket, but still for $5 more, which we called him on, and then still tried to get us to pay some in cash so he could put gas in his truck. The guy was blatantly lying and scamming and taking advantage of people. Not to mention his truck was in terrible disrepair! It was 105 degrees and he had no AC, the parking brake horn was beeping at him the entire time, his hazard flashers would not turn off, and I had to prompt him to run a mileage tracker, and Im sure that if I didnt he would have tried to charge us more than what he went. Although Valley Wide Towing isnt responsible for what their Independent contractors charge, they are responsible to give closer to accurate estimates than that, and disclose that it is and estimate, and may change. Our final bill was 50% higher than what was quoted. They are also responsible to use honest sub-contractors that will represent their company well. This man was completely VOID of Integrity.

I went to this facility with 5,000.00 to purchase my brothers car. The representative was rude. I simply said Hello, I want to buy back my brothers car. He responds No Im not saling you your brothers car in an angry manner. I say you havent even heard my proposal! He replied I dont need to, Im not sailing it to you nor NONE of your family members! I said you have no logical explanation why I cant purchase this car! He threatens me that hes going to go to court to get it and how he was going to charge the maximum amount for the car, 3,000.00. I didnt care because I came with 5,000.00$. The only thing I can think of that would make him be so rude to me is the fact that Im black. I tell him this isnt the type of way you conduct business! I think this facility needs to be petition to get shut down. No public place should judge customers because of their race. No one should buy any cars from here! Especially, if your colored.

Changed prices well talking. I wouldnt mind but 18$ difference.
