Moss Bros. Chrysler Dealership gets no stars from me, even though I have to push for one star. It is the most horrible dealership I would not refer no one to. Let me just say communication with customers is terrible and everything they say isn’t promised. Joey Salas (General Manager) is nothing but a hustler that will try to get money out you. He is not a solution solver. The old “Service Manager” you would have to look for him and will miscommunicate with you. The new “Service Manager” Mike Conner also you will have to look for him and is not so professional. Overall they treat customers unfairly but still want to charge you a full price with horrible customer service.This is why this’ company do not get any stars from me. They need to do much better on treating customers right.
My husband and I had an awesome experience with our salesman Mina and his team. He made us feel right at home from start to finish. Got us in what we wanted for just about what we wanted. One of the better experiences at a dealership cause usually no one has fun. 😁
I would NOT recommend this place for any business to include repairs. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful calling the customer names over the phone. Aside from that, we have to constantly call them to get updates even after they tell us they will call us in a certain time frame but that call never happens and when we call they dont answer. They kept our car since Friday and today is Friday of the next week, leaving us without transportation and everyone seems to give us different information as when we asked if they will provide us a Rental car, some say yes others say No and nobody seems to be on the same page. Joe has been one of the worst service advisors we have dealt with as he started calling us Names over the phone, getting very disrespectful. When we spoke to the Manager and voiced our concerns he said We had the option to not leave the car there and take it if we didnt have transportation. When we Spoke to the manager (Mike Connor) on Saturday we explained to him that we didnt have a car why would we need to leave our car since Friday if they were not going to see it until Tuesday? We could of taken it on Tuesday when they had the time to see it but He said because its needs to be in line but that they will cover the rental car amf Now he is saying that he didnt know we got a car and he is only going to cover part of it, we asked to talk to the owner and he basically said he doesnt talk to just anyone. The experience here has been the worst and the unprofessional service that they have showed is a great reflection of this dealers work ethic and what the owner of this establishment allows in his dealer and his management.
Came for a new jeep, markups were $6-7k and felt very disrespected when the salesperson Elias lied to me about them NOT doing credit checks. ONLY to check my credit before we even started to confirm numbers. Manager was at least nice enough to negotiate prices.Place was nice and clean though. Some employees do not wear masks, some do. Also saw some employees just playing on their phones.
Guillermo is definitely the best ! I was in a different dealership when he called and he assured me he was going to help me better if I came here, which he did. Mitchell and Eli did great by hiring him and training him to be able to help so well. They were able to help me get the car I wanted at a great price. I will definitely be sending my family over with them!They deserve more than 5 stars!!!

Terrible experience. I received a recall notice on my vehicle, so I called on a Tue for an opening on Thur. I was told to bring it in at 7:30am. The guy on the phone checked to see if they had the parts needed, (they did) and said it’s a one day job. I dropped it off at 7:30am Thur as scheduled. As a dropped it off I was told I would receive a call when it was ready. 4:00pm arrives and still no call. I figured the service section must close by 5pm or 6pm so I should call them before they close. When I call I get told that it won’t be ready until Friday. I was told that the guy that worked on it had trouble locating the parts and got a late start on it, so he didn’t finish it before he had to leave. TO LEAVE. Naturally I asked if this guy didn’t finish before his shift ended why wasn’t I called and told about my vehicle being delayed. They had no answer. I asked why it took me calling them to get an answer. Assuming I waited for my call as agreed to when I dropped it off, a call would have NEVER COME. They had no response. Just the typical “I’m sorry about that” robotic response. The guy on the phone said it will be ready first thing tomorrow. By 10am at the latest. So on Friday I waited for my call again. And of course, because it’s Moss Bros, the call never came. I finally called them at 1pm to ask what’s going on with my car, and they tell me it’s ready. He actually said “we were about to call you”. As if I would believe that. From the day I bought the vehicle, every interaction I’ve had at Moss Bros has been worse than the last. If you gain anything from reading this, do yourself and your sanity a favor and do NOT do business with this place. They don’t care about anything they do, and definitely don’t care about how they treat the customers. Thank you.

Waste of time. I’m very disappointed with salesman and finance. I made an appointment with Eliud salesman. When I show up he wasn’t there and he took the keys of the truck I could’ve test drive it. That should’ve been a big red flag I should’ve walked away. I did the application for a loan online. they couldn’t find it so I had to reapplying. I got a price over the phone when I got there they upped the price by over 4K. They were throwing crazy numbers in the beginning 10k down and $780 months then they lower the price down to 3k and $565. They remind me of wolf of my street.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership in my life. Spoke over the phone with someone and came to a conclusion we were in the ballpark of a deal. Then, I drove 3 hours and had to start over with a new person that was great.But then comes in the scam artist manager with an offer $200 a month over what the website showed because of the nonsense dealer installed accessories that were already damaged.This guy tried to show me an offer written on the back of an envelope he took out of the trash with a sharpie like he was making a shopping list and thought he could do the math mentally trying to give me a good deal. As a math major and math teacher it was painfully obvious nothing he was doing was even close to accurate.After all of this, the weirdo tried to tell me I was being disrespectful because the car was already discounted when in reality the fake discount he was showing me was the difference between the MSRP of the car brand new and the used car value with 20,000 miles on it.
They offer cars online that they dont have in stock/dont plan to sell to the public. The guy who was in contact with me for getting a car took hours to reply each time and didnt bother to tell me the car I wanted wasnt for sale, someone else had to tell me after I drove all the way over there. On top of that I was told they would check on the cars that I was interested in and whether I could purchase them if I wanted and yet 24 hours later I havent heard back. Ill never go back.

Ryan was busy helping another customer when I arrived for my appt.at 8am.After 15 mins. Or so Ryan helped get my vehicle into service and apologized for how I was treated last February 2020 when my vehicle was there for service. The shuttle was running about 35 minutes late but gave me a great ride home until they can diagnose my vehicle. Buying an extended warranty on this used vehicle when purchased has not waved any fee since the vehicle is 5 years old now. Now theres a fee of $165.99, tire choice diagnoses my vehicles for free then asks if i want the repair or not. Usually my bill comes to $48-$80 not $169 or $165.99
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS DEALERSHIP! ANYONE WHO IS PLANNING TO SERVICE THEIR VEHICLE, AVOID THIS PLACE! I TOOK MY JEEP FOR AN OIL CHANGE, COUPLE HOURS LATER IT STARTED MARKING HOT OIL . I TOOK IT THAT SAME DAY, THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST $1,000 AND THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING. INSTEAD, I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER MECHANIC AND HE WAS ABLE TO FIX IT. ON TOP OF THAT, I WOULD CALL MY ADVISOR AND HE WAS NEVER AVAILABLE, HE NEVER HAD THE COURTESY TO UPDATE ME ON MY JEEP. I HAD TO ALWAYS DRIVE UP THERE TO KNOW.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I WOULD EXPECT THIS DEALERSHIP THAT IS KNOWN TO BE VERY PRESTIGIOUS TO FIX VEHICLES BUT DOES THE OPPOSITE.

My service advisor Ryan was great. She was attentive, smart and offered great advice. I was very happy with the service I got for my Jeep.
Worst customer service! Took my daughters car in because it was shaking they had the car for 3 weeks and it’s still shaking. Hard to get in touch with the service person that was assigned to me. Went almost a week with no follow up. Said I never told them about the shaking not true. Got a follow up call on how did I like the service. Told her and she said she would have a service manager call me that was 2 days ago. Spent 1000.00 and I still have the problem I took it in for. The only bright spot was they found a couple of things that were wrong and got it fixed under warranty. I have never experienced anything like this from a dealership. You are usually in and out in no time. No I have to pay another mechanic more money I don’t have.
There was no pressure from the beginning of the sales process to signing all the loan documents. The salesman also went out of his way to locate the truck I wanted from another dealer. Which was a 2021 Dodge Ram1500 Night Edition. Thank you Moss Bros. for making my purchase a pleasurable one. Go Dodge!
The worst customer service experience!!.After waiting a whole day for the dealership to confirm the other person interested in the TRX was no longer interested, This dealership calls me to confirm it was available. I waited for that confirmation since I had over an hour drive. After 2hrs of negotiations at the dealership we agreed on a price. They told me to go grab something to eat and they would have everything ready for me within 1 hr. Being that I’m 6 months pregnant I was starving so I left to grab lunch. Upon returning to the dealership (20min later) I received a call from a manager named Jesse: stating I no longer needed to return to the dealership since they had sold the truck to someone else that had offered them +$26k over asking price. I asked to speak to the GM and was told there was nothing else I can do since he was the one that made the call. I have never been so humiliated in my life. This by far is the worst dealership.
Prices are ridiculous they add of retail price from 5k to 10k because short inventory, bs I went two times first time seven years ago looking for a chavy tahoe my license was suspended i the sales guy no let me drive the car we went to Tom Bell not problem they sold me a new Chevy Tahoe, then last week stop by to see the jeeps very expensive and add from 5k to 10k over retail price and a sales girl told us no discount on any car we went across street prices are the same to high adding the same from 5 to 10 k over retail price used cars very expensive chevy tahoe 87k miles from 45k hahahah thanks i live in Moval I like to expense here but no thanks, we went again to Tom bell prices at retail value not many inventory my son notice and told me because they have good prices, and I finish buying a new silverado Z71 4X4 i love it and they give me a 3k discount
Service department is terrible. The younger guys in the bright blue shirts have better customer service than the older guys who have been there longer. Ive tried getting my car serviced but they are always rude and make it seem like theyll never get to your car because they say theyre so busy, even in the morning. The one time they did service my car was to get a replacement key fob. They kept my car 3 days! And returned it to me with the whole dashboard lights missing. How did they expect me to drive with no speedometer?

Bait and switch reviews are accurate. Listed a vehicle for one price on their website. Received an online quote for an even lower price. They contacted me several times using the information that I provided to get the online quote. Then when I go in to talk numbers and purchase, they tell me they do not honor online prices and they are marking the vehicle up almost $20,000 over sticker. Uncool.
Very poor customer service.no one calls you back from the service department not even email they lied about calling the warranty company to submit a claim the didnt contact them until after we did then they contacted them after 7 days of being in the shop we have a issue with the u connect system and back up camera which a lot of people are having but sense its not doing it in front of the they wont address the issue I have 3. FCA.products and Im getting rid of all 3 and will never by a Chrysler or Dodge product again. Ive never owned anything else but that is changing very soon my Srt.and 300 and Dodge journey will be gone
Went to go look at a new Dodge journey at Moss Bros Dodge they have it listed on their website as a brand new Dodge journey 2019 when I get there I noticed tons of scratches on the exterior of the car looks like two of the door panels are chewed up missing covers for the cigarette lighter two tears in the fabric car had almost 6k miles on it about 3/4 of the way into our visit they come tell me they sold the car out from under me well we were in the process of working numbers they had the car listed for 15k and when I asked them what kind of deal can I get if I pay cash they said 26k I have purchased 7 cars from moss I will never buy another car from moss told me they would give me kbb trade in value on the car Which was almost $8000 then in the middle of our transaction they tell me they are willing to pay 2300 for my trade in!

Bait and switch..Elias the internet manager said he got approval from his general manager to sell me a truck at MSRP. Once I had secured financing on my own they said the truck was sold. When in fact they still have for sale with a $50,000 markup.Update:Joey, you and I already spoke and you decided not to honor the verbal agreement your sales rep offered with your approval. I have learned that if this is the way Dodge Ram dealers operate, Im good with not owning one.

Ive bought two new cars and planned to buy more. The moment I try to buy a used car for my Mom I get my time wasted with a few different cars that were no longer in their possession and when I try ask for them to honor a previous deal for a nearly identical car with more miles that was definitely there, they no longer want to work with me. Just terrible service across multiple associates...

Started financing paperwork and got a call from dealership that the car now has a $10,000 markup. Found same car (different color but options the same) at two other dealers and they are maintaining the online price. Now buying from one of those dealers.Nice way to lose a customer Moss Jeep of Moreno. I will steer as many people as possible away from your dealership due to your unethical practices.
Dealership is higher priced than usual. Parts department is very expensive. I purchased a thermostat recently for my ram diesel that cost over 100.00. The manufacturers sell for more the half the cost. Most dealerships locally will have a slight mark up but nothing like this place
Shady! Really wish we could have gotten an upfront sales experience. This dealership got us to come in on a truck that was listed as basic online with $2K discount =$70K. Come to find out that truck was still available only with max upgrades (that being said, it was NOT the same truck advertised) . Did a test drive with Freddie Santos. After the test drive we were told the $80K+ truck (with up grades) would be doable at our $75K budget out the door. We have an employee discount and were told that would do it. Freddie told us we would be just at $75K. After several hours of on going small talk and shady promises we were finally told the best they could do is $82+. After they ran our credit even though we said only if its at $75K. We left feeling lied to and was a waste of our time. Beware!

Terrible customer service. If I can give this place negative 1 star I will. I don’t even want employees to be nice and bubbly, but staff are so inattentive, you could be standing there trying to ask questions and staff would just intentionally ignore you. I was told my car would have to stay in the dealership for diagnosis and I barely got an update about it. The only good thing about this place is the driver of the shuttle, everything else is a zero.
I was disappointed in the aggressive tactics of there advertising and then smiling faces that turn up side down when it came to taking care of me!!! SO LOOK OUT

Very poor service. The service people there have a brain and the memory of a fish. I went to them many times for the same problem and saw the same people and everytime I have to explain the problem all over again as if they have seen me the first time. No communication between their employees. They don’t care. If I was the owner I would fire every single one there including the manager who is not doing anything to fix their problems. That dealership needs sharper employees. I started going to the Temecula Jeep dealer. A lot different experience.
Stay away. They will advertise one price Online and when you get there you find that the majority of vehicles if not all have dealer Installed equipment thats adds up to more than $3,000. I can get this same equipment for under $400. They cant remove it or discount it according to them. Its a business tactic they use to squeeze the most money out of you. This place is a rip off. Scam artist to say the least. What a shame. Me, my wife and many other family members have been buying cars from here for years. I assure you this will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from here and I will make sure I let all my friends and family know of their shady business practices. Another thing, plan to spend a few hours here.They have you wait hours before you can talk to finance person to close the deal.

I purchased a car from you guys that was totaled 2 weeks in. I put 5,000$ down only to find out weeks after my car accident the bank you guys supposedly financed me through declined my application. So what im not understanding is why you guys have kept my money and haven’t even tried getting me into a new car through my gap insurance. I talked to finance and they said it themselves, because no loan went through technically i never purchased this vehicle which is why i cant be put into a new car, so why am i not receiving my 5,000 back. On top of that, last friday i received a call from this dealership saying i need to come in and pay a $500 deductible for my insurance. Called my insurance and they said this was not true and not to pay. So why try to STEAL more money from me when you guys already stole 5,000?? If this situation does not get taken care of i WILL be contacting a lawyer. This does not seem legal at all keeping money and trying to get more money out of me.

I recently purchased a gorgeous Velvet Red Chrylser 300 from the boys at Moss. I want to personally Thank Freddie and Rafael for the best service !!! They even fed me lunch while I waited for my paperwork to be complete. Rafael was one of the funniest guys I have dealt with when it came to the money side of the deal. He was upfront and honest with what he could do but worked with me and we got the deal done. Thanks guys.

We showed up, with an appt to view a specific vehicle which my husband found online at a fantastic price and they did not have the vehicle on the lot. Super unprofessional! Obvious bait and switch tactics!! We had even texted ahead of time informing them we would be late, giving them ample time to bring the truck from their sister lot, but still we showed up and Gio said it would be 40 minutes to go get it. Buyers beware, if they are listing something at a price that seems too good, it probably is! These folks will try to get out of honoring the deal any way they can!
Went to Moss Bros to see what was available sense our maturity on our last car was approaching. The staff was very courteous. In a short time we were in a new Jeep Cherokee, Thank you Moss Bros.
Moss Bros was able to work with me in wanting to get a deal done through email and phone. This saved a lot of time and stress, especially during our COVID times. I got my dream car delivered and even felt that the trade in process was more than fair with my previous vehicle! I will definitely go to Moss Bros first when I am in the market for a vehicle again.

Total bait and switch. Went in to view a used challenger listed for 21k on their site. Suddenly they talked about all the work they did to the car when they got it. Somehow turned into 32k for a 3 year old car. Might as well just buy new. On top of that they ran my credit 6 times dropping my score when we didnt even agree to the price yet.
They appeared to have a good deal, until they seat to talk about numbers. We were interesting in a used Ram 2500, 2017 looked good. Jojo the sales rep was pleasant until he made us feel that they were giving a favor by adding all these extra items that we did not ask extra $3,500.00 GPS tracking, locking wheels, leather protection etc. We told “Jojo” we don’t want any of these, he said too bad it comes already with the truck. Moss brothers are taking advantage of their customers we felt we were scammed and we walk away from there. Don’t force to buy anything you heart tells you is not right....

Worst customer service ever! Waisted 2 Saturdays when I Shaw up for my appointment but they didn’t have the part. An hour and a half waiting on a shuttle that never showed up. Very bad management. Truely a low class dealership

I used an employee discount service to look for the jeep wrangler I wanted. The offers I received looked straight forward. When I contacted the dealership I was told the vehicle was on site. I drove down and it wasnt there. I did test drive vehicles on the lot and they located the jeep I was interested in at San Bernardino. I test drove the jeep there and when I showed the email with my price I was told it would be $3000 additional for dealer installed accesories. Through further phone negotiations, the price of the accesories would be reduced, but the employee price went up. Against my better instincts I relented on the dealer accessories, because this jeep had the features I had been looking for and was available. The jeep was delivered to my place of work and signing occurred there--Kudos to the salesperson! After this the real problems became evident. The dealer installed items werent all installed. No wheel locks, missing door guard edge protecter, sirius xm guardian activated one month prior in someone elses name. Trying to get these things resolved has been a chore. The phone system for the dealership covers all of the dealerships and getting through to the right person is way too hard. I do give credit to the salespeople I dealt with and the fact they gave me their personal numbers and were very responsive. The problem is this dealership seems to have no cooperation between departments to satisfy the customer. I stopped by the dealership to get the wheel locks ( which ended up being the wrong ones--not Mikes fault) and Mike was able to address some other issues regarding the uconnect and sirius xm guardian, but I had to keep directing the process. No one person seemed responsible for making sure my buying process was complete. I made an appointment to have all of the remaining issues addressed with the service department. This was supposed to take one day. No call back at the end of the day. After several attempts by me I finally reached someone in service the next day and he told me the jeep had not even been worked on yet. He promised to try and get it done today. Overall this has been the worst vehicle purchase process I have ever experienced. I love the jeep so far but not the purchase. I have purchased new vehicles with Chevrolet and GMC dealerships hrough the same type of process--phone and internet and encountered none of these issues.

My vehicle was in the shop from October 2020 until this month. Though the wait was unusually long, my service person constantly kept me informed on updates in a timely manner. The long wait was due to a part that took forever to arrive. When It finally arrived, my vehicle was returned to me in a couple of days.
The staff was great and let me know anything that would be due to be done in the future and asked if I wanted it done now or wait. I chose to have the future maintenance done while I was there.
Had the best experience last night purchasing my brand new 2500 Tradesman. I highly recommend doing business with Robert and Stu! They stayed til 2am! Thats right 2am! Until we completed the transaction. Didnt complain or made it feel rushed. Great guys! Also want to say thank you to the guy who also had to stay late to wash the truck and fill it up for us. And Jose to the financing department thank you too for staying late! You guys rock!
If I could leave zero stars i would. I took my Durango RT in for a check engine light. Turns out it needed a new cam. Almost 4 weeks later and now Im being told I also need a new radiator and alternator. Never had a radiator leak nor did I have a issue with staring my car. I drove it in and now Im being told Ill need to tow it out cuz my warranty doesnt cover the alternator and my car wont start. Erika with service department said the alternator(conveniently)went into failure while at the shop. Ill NEVER GO BACK.

AVOID Moss Bros dealers at all costs! They list vehicles online at cheap prices to draw you in and then say the vehicle has non-optional dealer add-on equipment, which raise the vehicle price $3,100! Luckily we contacted them before wasting time going in and forced them to give us, in writing, the final “out the door” price (sale price, tax, and dealer-add on equipment). And this was only after we contacted 4 different dealer employees and had to ask 4 times for the true, final price. The entire set-up is a bait and switch.Do Not Waste Your Time going into the dealer without first making them give you, in writing over email, the true price of the car, including all the dealer add-ons. Don’t believe me? Look at all the other reviews saying the same thing and then shop elsewhere.

We were shown A White silverado Truck with a snug top and Great Tires ..it Had 138.000ML and then we were shown another white 2014 and then we were shown another...Later Again we showed another by Mickey.We were told that he will go out his way ...we Didnt test drive this metalic grey Truck untill after they were trying to keep this deal going...I have never in my life experience this amount of Force..were trying to walk out knowing that deal they were offering was not possible for our Pockets. ....and the individuals had no Drivers License.....I WAS SURPRIZED I WOULD GLADLY WALKED OUT OF THE WHICH I really wanted to do...Now our payment are outrageously over the top over 800$ .You would think after they Got Our money weaseled out $2500 from me you think the trucks ENGINE WOULD BE CLEAN AND AT LEAST HALF THE TANK FILLED NOT ON EMPTY....THIS DEALER SHOULD BE CALLED THRIFTY ...YOU PUT US IN A EXPENSIVE PAYMENT AND THEN SEND US ON OUR WAY HAVE THE CAR TOWED TO OUR HOME ...NO GAS......AND WE FIND OUT THAT THE ENGINE WAS never cleaned.....and the console was filled with Trash......I GUESS WE KNOW NOW WHAT WE ARE MADE TO FEEL.....

***SERVICE CENTER*** I arrived on Saturday for my scheduled appointment to get an oil change and fix the tire pressure light which had come on. I am told to expect my vehicle Monday. Monday at noon I call and leave a message and then call a few more times throughout the day, only reaching the answering machine. I receive NO CONTACT from the service center all of Monday. I work, I need my car or a loaner and I have neither. Tuesday arrives, they call and I go to pick up my vehicle. The tire pressure light is STILL ON with no explanation on what is causing it or how to fix it. My dashboard radar scanner had also been STOLEN. Overall it tooks 3 days to not fix my car, change the oil, and steal from me. Is this normal for the business? Ill never return to find out.
Joey called for me to bring my car in and fixed what i needed done im happy now thanks to him

This dealer had posted one price online for a used car, and when i stepped on the lot the price was $5000.00 more, what liars can do to the WHOLE country!
We drove from Lancaster to shop here, they had a huge selection and they were very knowledgeable about everything. I mean it doesnt take much to be a jeep salesman because jeeps sell themselves, but they were very nice and made me feel welcomed. They got me the deal I wanted and I left with a Jeep!

Asked if they could build and order a Dodge Ram Big Horn for me. Helped me do that and waited and waited and waited. Finally I left got a phone call saying they didnt do a deal because I didnt run my credit. I had already told them I would get my own financing

Terrible customer service. We walked the entire lot and no one ever came out. They didnt have any new inventory either. It should be called Moss Used Car lots.
It was the most painless purchase experience. I talked to Raffael and gave him the best offer I had got from another dealer. He beat the offer, got the papers taken care of and I went the next day. I was greeted by DJ who was professional and responsive to every question. The whole team was professional. Paperwork took only an hour from start to finish. I have been offered to call at ANY TIME with ANY concerns for them to assist me. It was well worth 2 hours of drive to this dealership. My experience with few local dealers was very bad. Highly recommend this place.
Thanks for the heads up on their terrible service, my son is also going through the same terrible service experience, he bought his Dodge Durango with warranty, he has the check engine light on took it in for repair and they kept adding parts that werent covered by the warranty......terrible service!!!
