I’ve been coming here with various vehicles of mine and my close family for over 10 years. They’ve always been professional and honest. They’ve never tried to upsell me on brands or services. If they (rarely or if ever) make a mistake they always own up to it and help me correct the situation.I’ll be continuing to go to them as long as I live in the area.

The guys went above and beyond with everything. The cost was a lot less than I had imagined. The mechanics were helpful and perfect. They have a lifelong customer with me. Ill never go anywhere else again.

Respectful people. Took my van for a brake and lamp inspection, before they even get started they inform you what theyre looking for. That way if your not confident, you can check on it yourself before they inspect everything. Was in and out in about an hr. Will definitely come back

Smog checkI entered facility and was greeted . The office appeared to be busy however very well organized. People were friendly. I was able to get in and out in a very timely manner considering how busy they were. I would recommend this shop to others.

The place was super efficient, I had to get a brake and lamp inspection. To my knowledge, they are the only place in Moreno Valley that does this. I spent a long time calling around to find that out. I dropped my jeep off and came back a couple hours later and they had all the paperwork that I needed for the DMV filled out. The girl upfront was nice and very helpful.

Amazing guys. Excellent diagnosis, great work and will always treat you fair. If youve got issues passing smog, getting a car running or just general up keep for your car I wouldnt recommend anyone else.

This shop is awesome! They’re always on top of it and even go out of their way to accommodate me always no matter how busy they may be... We travel from San Bernardino with all our cars to take to Phillip because it’s a guarantee it will be taken care of and done right every time! Highly recommend Best Valley Smog... Their mechanics are very knowledgeable in all they do, plus I don’t expect the secretary to answer mechanical questions like I’ve read on other reviews here... She’s very nice and helpful, and seems to do her job just fine when I stopped by last week!

Best place to get work done on your car.

This place is the only place we will go to. The rates are posted on the wall and the staff is honest and friendly. They will tell you what is recommended and know what is needed for your smog check to pass. All the staff has been upfront, friendly and professional. I’ve seen some of the reviews here and expectations vary but posting that the gal up front sounds like she’s 9 and can’t answer too many questions is nonsense. She’s a professional young lady. I’ve seen someone get upset (while I waited for my car) because they had to pay the dmv certificate fee and got rude with her and she kept real calm and professional. She’s not the DMV. She’s not charging the fee for herself. She like any other professional person wouldn’t want to answer too many questions as you can’t say what type of repair is needed over the phone and she’s not a mechanic.Again they are friendly, upfront and honest and I’ve never had to take my car back because a repair was not done properly or because they didn’t address something else that needed a repair. Its why we only take our cars there. They’re not like the dealerships that will say something is needed when it’s not and are not like other repair shops that will fix what you took your car there for without letting you know that there is something else that they noticed needs repair and will let you drive away only to have to return for another repair since they weren’t upfront. Honest, upfront and friendly.

So, i need a brake light & lamp inspection to get registration from DMV. Calling this place, its more than a brake light & lamp inspection. Really though this is a BRAKE inspection. If your brakes are low, you WILL NOT PASS! Ofcourse, they will be happy to do your brakes though and tell you ALL about the repairs you need though. DO NOT GO HERE. There are PLENTY of places that will do your brake LIGHT & LAMP inspection and pass you if your lights work. On top of that when i called it sounded as if the girl who answered the phone was 9 years old who really cant answer too many questions.

Needed a couple of rotors turned they were able to complete the job in less than 40 minutes. Pep boys boys said they were bad and upselling the repairs. Thats the second time pep boys condemned good rotors on me. I recommend Best Valley

Great service. Went there because my car failed smog twice. Needed a smog and repair shop. Philip let me know that vehicle just needed to be shifted into third gear to keep RPMs low and pass; and it did. They didnt perform any unnecessary repairs. Fair prices, too. If I didnt already have a mechanic, Id highly come back for return business.

This place is a total rip-off. The service representative ALWAYS says I have bad news for you and start more things you have to repair so they can make more money.. Please avoid this place at all cost and dont be lured in by their low initial cost.

Best Valley Smog was excellent! I was a walk-in the afternoon of Monday 6 May 2013. I was told they would get right on it as soon as they finished the two vehicles in front of me. Lo and behold, I was in and out in less time than it took to read a magazine in the waiting room. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them. Looking at the google map I entered the complex off Alessandro Blvd and had to search around the various buildings to find the shop. The shop is actually next to and faces Heacock Street; but, searching was worth the effort!

I visited this place 3 times to get a light and brake inspection.. and each and every time the guy that does the inspection was busy and asked me to come another day or did not want to do the inspection..just plain lazy. I finally took my business elsewhere.. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.. Dont waste your time go to riverside tire empire on Rubidoux blvd took them 30 min.

Nothing different, just friendly diligently hard working people. This is were I take my car whenever I need this service. Visit them, youll see.

Trustworthy...great friendly service

We had a bit of a hiccup, however the owner worked with me and completed the job way faster than expected. I was a very upset person coming in, come to find out my warranty was a month over. They contacted their vender and got them to replace the part. I appreciate you working with me.. please, see update of review. I was trying to be the nice guy here, but beware. Not satisfied, out 4tows and a grand then had to do it myself!

Poor customer service poor repair service I went in to get a starter repair after starter was replaced under warranty the shop told me I needed a alternator and wanted charge me $375.00 I told them thats alright I will do it myself I took my car home I got the alternator for $120.00 I started taking off the old alternator when I unscrew the hot wire that runs from the alternator to starter it just came off in my hand it was not hooked up to the starter call shop and told them what happen put me on hold and never came back to the phone and thats not the first time should of learned never again
