They were responsive and quick to book me. i was pressed for time and they got me in .the crew that showed up was very polite and did there job very well. I would not hesitate to use there sevices again ..

Steam Masters exceeded all of my expectations! They called me with a reminder the day before my scheduled cleaning, and then I received a text and call when the van was on its way.The staff was polite, professional and hard working. They were not afraid to answer my questions and went above and beyond with their customer service.My carpet and sectional looks brand new and smells so good! I will definitely be contacting them again!!!Thank you Steam Masters!!

Great customer service. Slight scheduling mix-up but management was more than helpful in correcting the mistake. Carpets look immaculate now.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I made an appointment months in advance to ensure they would be available. The day before the appointment, I called to confirm the time.At the appointed time, I hear and see nothing. Thinking they are running late, I give them a few mins. 15 mins later, I called and is told they will be approximately 30 mins late. Im annoy because I need to get back to work (I took time off work to get my carpet clean). An hour after the appointed time, no one has arrived so I call and cancelled. I was schedule to move out the next day so its too late to make another appointment with a different carpet cleaning service. Im extremely disappointed and pissed. Please do not schedule and appointment with these people.
