Do NOT book this company, even if the resident manager recommended it. We used this company becuase the apartment manager recommended it to us. They were supposed to be here at 3pm for a simple carpet shampoo/cleaning. They never showed up. We called numerous times, and was never contacted back, and was never talked to by a person. It went to voicemail everytime. This appointment has been booked for a while. So unprofessional and such a waste of time. Looking at the reviews for this place I see that other people have the same problem with them not showing up or being able to contact them. Will not book them ever again, and will never recommend them. They could have Atleast called to cancel on us. Such a bad company.

This company was hired to clean our complex. Its an old building but a lot of us have lived here for a long time and we love it here. One of the cleaners was standing outside my door talking loudly and said, I dont care if it was free to live here. I wouldnt do it. Its gross. Thats so rude and unprofessional. His partner didnt participate in his smack talking amd sent him off to do another task but still! Sorry not everyone has the credit to afford a better place but real humans live here and that man should humble himself and focus on his job or he may find himself needing a cheap apartment too.

Used them through a SaveCoin deal - first time they came, ran equipment across my yard and burned a 50 foot line in my grass. Didnt bother to even apologize, tried to say it was something else. Tried to use a second offer, made an appointment and moved the furniture. They never showed, didnt even answer the phone. Days later they told me they didnt have it on the books and said their calendar was booked out several weeks. Used another service and have now called three times, plus emailed with no response. Much better and more professional companies out there. If you care about quality and professionalism, this is not the place with which to do business.

Called 3 times to verify an appointment a week in advanced. The gentleman who answered the phone said he would call me back to verify the time and never did second time I called I left a message. Waited a day and still no confirmation call. I called a 3rd time and he gave me a price and said he would be here at 10am Monday. It’s 4:38pm and he never showed up or answered my calls. Would never recommend to anyone if you can’t keep your word very disappointed.

I have no words to express my happiness; what a fantastic job done by Diamond Steam Cleaning to our carpets; it’s like sunshine on a rainy day, they pull off the job, like it was nothing, but making a huge difference from before and after, the carpets looked like they just came out of the factory. Veronica and Dimitri were excellent. I wish to have four more houses full of carpets for them to clean, I’m 100% satisfied how things turned out. The Carpets turned out amazing and they made the timing we needed work out perfect. We had them do our apt. as we moved out, and our new house that we purchased that had a leftover musty odor from the previous cleaning. We needed to have Diamond come in and fix the issue of a poorly done cleaning job by another company. They were very professional and had it done just in time for us to spend time crawling around the carpet with our new puppy.

Awesome job! Cody and Chris were a little early (which I appreciated), were polite, did the job in less than an hour and it looks great! Affordable too. Very happy with Diamond Steam Cleaning. Would definitely recommend them. Great job!

Diamond was the only place who responded immediately on a Friday morning, fairly priced, came out right away and did a fantastic job cleaning, carpet looked brand new, will recommend and will use again in the future.

I call to make an appointment and he get so mad because I ask if he warranty his work, he get mad and started to talk to me an annoying way.

As a no show, have them a 2nd chance, will never call in for service again.
