I was there today for an upgrade. I was early, 9:30am, because Boost website says theyre open at 9am. The sign on their door said 10am..so I waited. 10:08....no lights, door was locked. No one opened up....so I left. Ive used Boost Mobile for 5+ years. No more. Ill spend my money somewhere else...where theyre respectful & open when they Say theyre opening. I dont have time to waste.
Employee had no idea about products, promotions, costs, etc. Was eating most of the time and couldnt talk. She has no business working in the public.

Donβt recommend working here. They donβt properly train you and they like to hold your paycheck. Some of the managers are very rude and unresponsive when itβs comes to solving issues.
We had issues with our phone after it had been activated and I had to return to the store for them to fix the problem. Cameron was professional, friendly and helped us in a timely manor (its his first day there on his own).
They are never there on time, open at 9, no one is there. Unprofessional.

Knowledgeable associates--willing to answer .my questions. Store is not well marked so it is easy to pass. The post sale service is more than enough to become a Boost mobile customer. I have been with Boost for over 4 years now and I am satisfied with the service.

When I have a problem with my boost phone nobody in any boost store staff has no idea about fixing my phone. Need better experience staff at all boost stores so that I or anyone else with boost plan can be helped properly

This place is a rip-off I switched from metro to boost was charged 214.00 for a 79.00 phone that should have been free have not been able to use the phone in 2 days because there is no service on it have had the phone since the 15th of April and now for the 3rd tell back here and once again the run around from the girl ana that says she is the manager and refused to let me speak to someone higher then her so I am going to have to go over the to boost Mobile directly and then file a action with the BBB against them

Didnt have phones in stock. The person running it at the time was rude and pretty unhelpful and kept trying to sell me a phone I knew was not right for me. I switch my service to Verizon.

I went there yesterday because of an issue with my phone. I sat in front of the store for 25 minutes looking at a sign on the door that said be back in 10 minutes.
Terrible service and experience. Never go here to get service. I would deal with Walmart and their mess before going back here.
