Unfortunately to write this review I had to create an account! I have had 2 bad experiences with the Mooresville store! I will not focus on the 1st time but on September 12th my screen was ruined on my new iPhone pro max! On September 13th I had to be in Asheville at 730 am! I so I was frantic about getting directions! Luckily I ran into a friend that could help me! I did ask a new team member if they could google the number! I was able to call via a landline phone on September 13th between 12pm and 3pm I spoke with a female who worked there! I told him that my screen was ruined and had no way to contact anyone! Luckily I didn’t have any emergencies! I could not even call 911! I explained to her that I really needed a phone for work’and I had insurance! She told me to file a claim’ ! I let her know that I did not have internet access! She gave me the Neto call! While busy at work helping patients I didn’t have enough time to hold! I did say to this female! When I told her that I really needed a phone she told me that if I needed a phone that bad I needed to go by a cheap phone and just change the chip! As a human that really got me angry and I told her this phobia a week old/ I have insurance but Att has their customers go buy a cheap phone ! She said yes! I thought it was horrible/ horrific! I repeated myself and she got so angry with me and hung up on me! Aww all have bad days but that was in called for! The next day I went to the store in Huntersville ! I walked in the store and Shay was able to assist me with my insurance claim and tell me where to go and get my phone fixed!Mooresville store could have said come in and we will help you! Instead I lost time and money at work and had to go the next day! No one deserves to be treated badly! I have been with Att for a long time! I did jut switch to first net but please teach that store about customer service!!! M issue could have been fixed in the 13th ! Instead it was the 14th! To be able to call 911 is essential! Especially during this Covid time! I was unable to contact my boss !!! They were unable to contact me for emergencies! I just don’t understand wage did not tell me to just come to the store and we will try and help you! This is the second time I had to drive to Hunterville Att for help! They are very nice/ friendly and caring! Shout out to Shay and the manager at that store for making me comfortable! I was extremely upset / frustrated and stressed out! / sorry for the long post but hopefully they will treat others a little better! Thank you for First net as well! We all appreciate it! Recently moved from out of state and went to this location for some assistance with our new account. The manager is terrible at this location. He was supposed to be helping us with billing issues and promises to call back but never does. Each time I call back for an update I have to explain the story all over again and admits he has not done anything with it. I will say the associate I first worked with was fantastic but he ultimately needed his managers assistance.
Honestly the employees need urgent training they dont now exactly what they need to do whit simply question. The manager at the moment when arrived at the store helped with a simple task. Thank you....
Areian Freeman asst mgr would not live up to their promise of a 3 day trial to see if ATT service works up in my area of Jefferson NC.It doesnt and she wont disconnect the service I guess because it affects her sales therefore requiring the person in the shop to spend several hours trying to go through their online customer service to get me disconnected.I have been an AT&t customer for a lot of years with a lot of phones and here I am trying to come back if only the service worked in my area but because of Ms Freeman I will not be attempting to come back to AT&t in the future

I didnt visit the store. I talked to someone about there service for signal in my area. Years ago my husband and I had service there and it was bad where we live. I wish that there towers came to down on stunts road. We are with Verizon but out of contract. Phones are paid for.
I thoroughly enjoy visiting this store! Paul always shows me remarkable customer service and is very knowledgeable on the newest products. Maybe his managers will give him a day off or two for all his hard work, thanks Paul for everything you’ve done to assist me.

Every time I visit, Ethan is there to help me. Hes very punctual and explains everything in a way thats easy to comprehend. Everyone there is down to earth. Never had a bad experience.
They were of no help. All they wanted to do was sell me something or upgrade me which was also just a way of selling me something. They store could not even talk to me about AT&T Uvers, I will have to call the 800 number.

This place is horrible! Charged me for an order then tell me I cant pick it up when I get there and in order to get it? I had to pay again and wait on a refund that will take 3 to 5 days! The people are also cocky and rude! This is the reason I went with Verizon years ago because their customer service sucks!

Your better off going to Best buy. Its a gamble on if the sales person has knowledge on the product. The store is nice and clean. But besides that not really worth going to . Bought my past phones at Best buy.
Ethan was really great and professional. I left another ATT store before I came to this one because the salesman was more focused on selling me a case than answering my questions and helping me set up a new phone. I would recommend this store and specifically Ethan to anyone looking for a phone.
Manager for great! WalkEd through the full process with the options offered and wrote everything out on paper. It wasnt a sales pitch, just two people talking which made all the difference. Other companies just want your money or dont give a personal touch reading off a tablet. I went to several different companies that day to compare all options and came back.

Every time I have walked in this store for the past several years, theres a wait. A long wait, after 15-20 minutes I give up and walk out. I dont need tech support, I want to spend money. I end up buying what I need device or otherwise somewhere else.Go to Best Buy instead. Instant service, no BS.

Visiting with my mom to check about an upgrade and to pay her phone bill. Unfortunately we were helped by Mike. Although he may have thought he was helpful, he was less than that. There was no hello, how are you, how can I help you or thank you for visiting. Its like he knew we were inquiring about a cheaper phone plan and immediately lost interest in helping us. However, when we were walking out Sabrina came up to us and was beyond helpful. She took the time to understand our concerns and actually look into what the best option would be for my moms current needs. Leaving today, I would say that Mike may not be the best for a customer service position, possibly someone that would work behind the scenes. Sabrina should be recognized for her great customer service skills. Thank you Sabrina!

Cant send a 4 mb pic from my phone in the point with 4 bars and 4Glte but when you call att and they preach about 59mb per second download. Dont get any service in Cornelius either. You would think the peninsula and the point would get network but they DONT. Att just doesnt have it like they assume.

Wait times are ridiculous. There were 3 people waiting with two people working and one of them decided it was break time. I have been here 4 times for the same problem and nobody knows how to fix it. Staff needs to be better trained in product troubleshooting. NEEDS MORE STAFF LIKE IT USED TO BE.
My daughter’s phone is fine except the battery needs replacing. And since most places is close I decided to let her have my old phone but unfortunately I couldn’t use her old SIM card coz she has the iPhone 6 and the other phone I’m letting her use is iPhone plus. After weeks of ordering online and next day cancelled stating can’t verified order I ordered replacement SIM card online through chat but never came (Even up to now still hasn’t arrived)so after doing that for a week I called customer service att and was excited to hear that the Mooresville location is open so I was told to drive down there and get a new SIM card. I walked in not knowing what to do 6 people was scattered all on their phones I come in and said hi and ask what should I do I need a SIM card someone finally jump up and came to help me. He insert the SIM card and told me I don’t know why the SIM card don’t work so we left. I ended up ordering a brand new phone/upgrade had to drive all the way to Statesville where I’ve gotten a great service. In the meantime my mother in laws phone needs replacing too. But my online order keeps saying in process and I haven’t heard from anyone so I finally spoke to customer service online through their online order department and was told to cancel order and just start over since the rose gold color is popular. So after canceling the order I try to re order any come don’t matter. But the phone is not even being offered anymore so I decided to go back to that location today and someone approach me as soon as I waked in ask me what I need pointed to one of the table to wait for him there and when he came he has a set of surgical gloves (he hasn’t wore yet) and ask me to stand where the sign on the ground is. Then he put on the gloves doesn’t take my phone but instead I turn it on the side so he can pop the SIM card out give me the SIM card he removed set it on top of the table I take it insert it myself then he walks away I ask are we done? He says yes I’m just getting your receipt. Then he said turn it off and on it should be good. I ask do I call he said yes. I come home and the phone is still not working and talking to their support to help me out long story short both phones don’t work now. It has no service. And I’m being told by the tech support I’ll need to go and get another SIM card but that office is close. And she told me that that store associates was supposed to call them to make sure the phone works. Of course he doesn’t know my phone doesn’t work since he never ask me anything and I felt like he wanted me out of there as soon as possible. Twice I’ve been there and both times I feel like I got bad customer service. OT sucks that it looks like I’ll have to drive down to Statesville to get help where I feel I’m not bothering them and they appreciate my business. The funny thing is both times they didn’t even have customer and yet I felt like they don’t want me there at all. 🤦🏻♀️ I’m so frustrated. Every time I’m off I’m dealing with this phone problem. I totally understand it’s not a typical time. And I don’t understand why their there if they don’t want to work? It seems I’ll have to drive to Statesville to get a better service. Oh and the guy ask me questions? What you do? Ask me if I’m military or a responder? But he never once ask what’s wrong with my phone? So frustrated!
I came in to this store on the recommendation of AT&T port department to switch from Verizon. When i got there they said they cannot do that and didnt act as if they wanted our business or could help. Very poor customer service.

Absolutely appalled at this store, the staff and the organization.New Galaxy phones didnt work. The text line said theyd call within 48 hours or we could go to the store.The store acted like we didnt buy an I Phone so they couldnt help. Sorry, I didnt realize I was at The Apple store. Nope, it was the AT&T store.We have $1000 phones and a premium plan. We have been customers since 2001. I guess Id expect a little more help.So we calm the 800 number while at the store, give them their ticket number and the girl laughs (she laughed!!) and condescendingly implied I was lying about their ticket number. I asked for a supervisor AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!**SHE HUNG IP ON ME!!!!!**My wife and I still cant text each other and our calls wont reach each other, so thats great!Problem not solved, the Galaxy S10 is junk and their service is worse!
There is no doubt in my mind that face-to-face Assistance is the preferred method of transacting business.I was thoroughly pleased with the interactivity I had with Richard and Liz. I went to them with a very complicated account situation and they were very patient, polite, thorough, informative, in reaching a resolve that was very satisfactory.. If I had a business that needed their particular talents and traits I would have no hesitation inHiring them based on today’s interactivity. You should feel very assured that their value to AT&T reflects their placing the company and customers at equal levels of importance.
Rude dont waste your money at this store
Of all the AT&T stores Ive visited across the country, this location has the most helpful and knowledgable staff Ive ever encountered. They put me thru tech support immediately after realizing the issue I was having.This is a great location, easily seen from River hwy and Williamson blvd. It was not crowded or busy during my visit and the store is clean and well kept.

I was in this store several times trying to get a phone plan. I had two horrible experiences with another young lady that works there. I was so angry from the misinformation she gave me and I was ready to go to a different carrier. I was convinced by one of the AT&T reps that I see often at my workplace to please give them one more try. So we went back in and Mandy helped us. Mandy was extremely knowledgeable with the different plans offered. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we were wanting. She got us up and running in 30 min. We were in and out. Mandy completely changed my mind about the service at this location. This store is extremely lucky to have Mandy.

No service in numerous spots in the country, bill rises every month for no apparent reason. READ THEIR CONTRACT CAREFULLY! Was once sent 25 miles away to an Apple store to fix something I could have done at home yet the office people couldnt.
Mandy helped my mom and I tonight, and she helped us find the best deal we could get when it came to a phone plan. We were in and out within 30 minuets and I deffinetly recommend asking for her when you go in. Great service.
Kien was excellent. Incredibly up front about the screen protector for the S8+. He was absolutely correct about it as within a day, I wanted to return it. When I brought it back, I got someone else who seemed to not believe there was a problem with the screen protector and seemed to be annoyed that I wanted a refund.
Not a good customer service! The reponse that we got it was that we needed to look around in other places and see if they have what we wanted. Not going back to this store at all.
Mooresville store could care less about people with issues. I went in to pay my final bill. Had to wait awhile before the guy would even talk to me. Instead of helping he told me to call customer service. Rude. Careless. And the employees have been like this for years. Glad I went to straight talk. I dont miss them.

Lost one of my payments. When I went above and beyond to get 3 different ways of proof that I did in fact pay my bill, they claimed that it was fake, even with an employee signature on it. And they wouldnt fix my bill. Complete bs. So I switched to Verizon. Better customer service by a long run.

After a horrible experience at a location in another nearby town, my expectations were low for this location. However, from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out, it was a great experience. Management was very nice and attentive as was the CSR that was helping us. They even helped my kids to get something to occupy them as well as a snack!
It is so hard to talk to a live person. They keep hanging up on me. Poor customer service!!!!

Customer service nonexistent. Told me to call 611 for answer. 611 told me only store can help. Product very expensive to upgrade even with insurance and a phone that died. They try to sell you a million different things which I feel is the only thing they care about.
Everytime I come in here, Im either ignored or its 2 hours. Save your time and just go to Best Buy or online if you are upgrading.

This place is a joke. I walk in at 7:00 pm on December 27th. 3 employees and I am the 3rd customer inside. The 3rd employee is a manager and she literally refuses to do a damn thing besides check people in and make you wait. Instead of jumping in and helping her employees, she stands around and picks her ass as her employees bust theirs. If I was AT&T, I would can her in a heartbeat. This is my first and last visit to this location. I’ll drive out of town from now on. Customer Service is a lost art and results in lost business.

This store is extremely inhospitable. I was actually told by the manager, Julia Turner that she doesnt help customers because she is the manager! All her sales reps were busy with other customers. My daughter and I just needed to buy a new Go Phone. We got checked in when we arrived because all the sales reps were busy. After waiting 15 mins my daughter tried to speak to Julia, who wasnt working with any customers, but Julia snipped to her, I dont help customers. Im a manager. Someone will be with you in a little while. I was shocked and thought I mis-heard. I walked to Julia and asked her to confirm what I thought I heard. She told me that at AT&T stores it is the policy that managers do not assist the customers. I asked, so you are telling me that even though I have been waiting for 15 mins and I have a simple transaction to make, purchasing a new go phone, you will not help me because you are a manager and that is not your job? She confirmed her position and so I got her card from her and my daughter and I left. I will NEVER enter that store again. That is absolutely rediculous that a manager is told not to help customers. And it is SHAMEFUL that AT&T sets such a horrible policy for their customers. Booooooooo AT&T! I am actually considering switching to a new provider over this incident.

I have never been so disappointed with a company I have loyally been with since 2000, I went into get my new phone 16 months ago and the manager sold me on getting the Direct TV bundle and told me it would be cheaper than my cable bill. I signed on and the problems started when they came to install the dish, the guy had a bad attitude with the company and told me he didnt bring a pole to install in the yard and had to install it on my roof. Not long after that I had problems with my reception and when a different technician came out he asked why the dish is on the roof and when I told him he laughed and said it was only because he got paid more to do it that way then said he didnt bring a ladder to get up there and had to come back, more wasted time off work.Another guy came back out and he saw my two extra boxes laying on my TV stand and asked why they werent hooked up, I told him I only want on room so I didnt need them but the installer said they come with the package so he will just leave them, this guy told me he left them because he got paid more because he told the company he hooked them up and that I was paying $7 per box extra per month.Before that I never received my Direct TV bills and they shut my TV off and to call this number to pay my bill so I did and that bill was double what I was supposed to pay, 8 different calls to ATT and Direct TV and many minutes each time on hold later every specialist told me they found the problem from finding out they spelled my name wrong to having the wrong billing address in the system. Each so called specialist said they had it fixed and I would get a credit and I would get my bills in the mail. I was on the phone last night for over another hour and told me the last lady did not apply the credit and when she told me she couldnt do it I told her if they can not fix this tonight I would like to cancel my service she told me she has to transfer me to another department and put me on hold, I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for someone else and had to hang up because I knew I would get frustrated and hang up.The specialist act all nice but only to get buy till they can put you on hold till you get frustrated.The bad thing is I have it all document and they arent interested in that.
This is the worst telecom store I have ever experienced, hands down. They ordered the wrong phone, I returned it unopened. They did not receive it properly and the company is threatening to turn off my service and injure my credit. I have spent countless HOURS in the store waiting with my receipt for the phone return and get nothing but the run around. “Just don’t pay it, it will work itself out.” “We can’t do anything here. Someone will call you on 12/19 between 9-11.” No call. The collections department says I have to take care of it in the store. I am on my 8th visit to the store in the whole phone upgrade process. If you have the option, definitely go to a different ATT store. These people are terrible. There is always more staff available in the back even when there are 10 people waiting in line. Terrible terrible customer service.

THEY DID NOT COMBINE MY PHONE AND DIRECT TV BILL, NOW DIRECT TV SENDS ME BILLS HIGHER THAN THE AMOUNT I AGREED TO PAY FOR SERVICE. THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT HELP NOR FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ANYTHING. I HAVE HAD TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO SOMEONE NEW EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE. I AM CONTACTING BBB!!! THIS IS REDICULOUS, I WOULD HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP WITH THEM! I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS BACK TO VERIZON!!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, CHANGE YOUR AGREEMENT THEN TELL YOU IT WAS AT CUSTOMER REQUEST!!??!??!! Not happy with this crowd. They said my AT & T sim would work in Canada if I upgraded my plan. The sim was dead in Canada so I wasted $45 upgrading. Wont ever use them again.

This review is not just for the store, but for ATT in general. After I closed an account (my father aka account holder) passed away, I went to this location to get everything squared away, they insisted that I closed down his account to get my phone installments paid off to lower my monthly bill. I did, it has now been 3 months later and I am STILL receiving bills from my fathers account which according to them all the debt was suppose to have been cleared out, NOW I have just found out that the IMEI from my phone did not get transferred from the old account and now there is a huge mess trying to get my phone unlocked. since YES my phone installments got paid when I showed them his death certificate but now im getting told that the phone isnt paid off. The employees at the store are nice BUT PLEASE DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY AND TO THE FULL EXTENT!!

Got to the store right before they closed(didnt realize they closed at 8.) two sales associates were available but they decide to do closing duties rather than help me. After spending 30 min putting phones away, a sales associate went to a co worker and complained about me being there. So ready to dump AT&T.

This store does not have wifi, and has not had it for one year!! So you have to get on wifi via someones hot spot to get your phone backed up, set up, etc. This is absolutely unbelievable! The hot spot wifi strength was so poor when I was there today, that the sales person told me that I would have to go home to back up my old phone and then come back to get my new phone. I have never seen such unprofessional accommodations and would never expect this from AT&T. I am not sure if its AT&Ts fault or the store owners (not even sure if its a franchise, etc...) but they just lost my business! Depending on whos responsible for this, I will either just buy a phone from Apple, and possible even switch carriers! Theres no way I am spending the money of a new iphone 6s with whoever is responsible for this unbelievably horrible service.

Stopped in at 11 am to find out about internet, but with 2 (I think, nothing to identify them) sales people and 7 people waiting to be served, I knew wait would be long. I looked for information to help on displays, but none visible. Other than product, even displays on phone service were poorly done.
I have been an AT&T customer for over 16 years, and they treat me like I just walked in the door for the first time. Horrible service, no customer loyalty, especially this location; very bad and I can not wait to switch this time at any cost.
