When walking in we were immediately greeted.. instead of turning us away because they were short staffed they still managed to do my nails EXACTLY how I wanted and better. The gentleman doing my nails did an AMAZING job! Definitely will be returning.

I got this set a couple weeks ago for my birthday and I’m still obsessed! Showed them a picture of this strawberry set I wanted and they did not disappoint. They did little things like making sure my nails were the same length on both hands and other things that showed their professionalism. Very excited to come back.

Amazing! Tinas salon gave me a same day appointment an hour in advanced! I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and she went above and beyond! She took her time and made sure everything was super perfect! Everyone was nice. I’ll definitely be back! For a full acrylic set, gel polish and my design it was $55! I’m obsessed!

My first time at this salon and I was impressed. I made an appointment for same day service. When I arrived I was greeted immediately. Dan was very polite, had a sense of humor, and he made sure he understood how I wanted my nails. He did a test nail to make sure I was happy. I have been going to a salon in Hickory for several years and decided I needed to try someone else. I live between Hickory and Mooresville and do not mind driving for beautiful nails, a clean place, and great experience. Thank you Tina and Dan for giving me that my 1st appointment. I will return to see Dan. Hopefully this will be my new salon!!

Had a full set & pedicure. Was one of the best days i had in awhile. Pedi chairs r so relaxing. Staff is so nice friendly. I would say best in Mooresville. So good i thought i was back in vegas at one of the casino spas. Also great with kids my 4 almost 5 year old felt like a princess.

All of the technicians here are amazing at what they do. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. They do an amazing job on nails. Dan does my acrylics and they always turn out amazing. I always show him a picture of what I would like and he never disappoints. I definitely recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality nails and good service.

Came in today for a full set. I booked an appointment online last night and they were able to fit me in. Dan did my nails and he really is amazing! The shape and application is perfection. I showed him an image (3rd pic here) and he replicated it perfectly. Also, the shop is SO clean. They wipe down everything in between guests, require masks and hand washing, and space you out from other patrons. My first time here but for sure won’t be my last. This is the best set of nails I’ve had since moving to NC In 2018. Also, affordable rates!

Wow! This is the first nail salon I actually LIKE my nails at. I got a full set and the gentleman who did them was so meticulous and made me feel so comfortable. The salon is clean and plays good music, comfy chairs, and amazing nail techs. Overall, WONDERFUL experiences.

Just got my nails done here today! I got a beautiful blue two tone with palm tree an it glows in a blacklight an in the dark.. my nails are soooo pretty... Ive been here before an got gel nails, beautiful color an unique designs an also got a pedi.. loved everyone there.. they all are so attentive.. Had a great time both times there. They have so many choices of polish an if your unsure they help you with making a decision.. all in all this place is amazing! I will continue to come here from now on.. thanks guys

Very nice people and serene environment. Its a smidge more expensive than other places but the better massage chairs makes it worth it (plus the requirement of noone on speaker phones and being loud is a bonus). The hot stones are also super relaxing. They are great with kids too and my 6 year old loves getting her nails painted there.

I am beyond happy on how my sns nails turned out!!! I’ve been driving 40 min to get my nails done because I haven’t been able to find a place in Mooresville. Believe I had Dan do my nails (I didn’t see a name tag) but I saw a box that said Dan, and he constantly asked me if they looked good and to tell him if something was wrong. And I truthfully had zero complaints, he knew what he was doing! So happy I tried the Matte finish too, I definitely will be making this my new nail salon!

This was the first time I went to Tina nail and spa and will definitely be the last. First off they schedule way to may appointments at the same time so they have to keep stopping and going to work on other customers nails. Secondly she did not listen to how I told her I wanted my nails shaped she just did it how she wanted to and last when she was cutting my cuticles she cut way to deep on my fingers and made me bleed pretty good.

I had never tried this place before but my regular place was booked out. Not only did they make time for me last minute but the pedicure was great my feet are so smooth I will be coming back here :) thank you all so much

Their quality of work and ability to take accountability is very poor . My eyebrow waxing went terrible she rushed through waxing my eyebrows to go take care of another person waiting for a mani and pedi and she took off too much hair on one side and argued me down saying she has 10 years of waxing experience so your saying u cant make a mistake even with experience . I will NEVER GO BACK to this salon.

Got a French tip acrylic and they did amazing but they are not the length I wanted and they aren’t all the same length. Some nails are longer than others. I had a pedi and that was nice as always. Didn’t quite get the polish how I wanted it but overall not to bad of experience

I got the gel dip powder manicure and basic pedicure. This was my first time getting my nails done and I do strongly recommend making an appointment because they are working really hard with the staff they have to accommodate. Tina was very friendly and helped me with picking out the type of manicure and the color. The only thing was the older gentlemen that did my pedicure made mistakes on applying the polish. There is inconsistency in application leaving some nail without it.

I did the FANTASTIC PEDICURE (65$)WORTH EVERY PENNY! everything about it is amazing and they offer so so much! They even massage you with fresh aloe and fruit! If your searching for an A1 pedicure this is the place!Your welcome 😉

Took 2 hours for a gel “manicure.” My friend who was with me and started at the same time as me got done an hour before me. My nail tech did not know what she was doing. Did not clean up my cuticles at all, applied polish incorrectly and thin, there is polish all over the sides of my nails, overall uneven, etc. Additionally, I only got 1 coat of color after a different nail tech had to paint for the other one. This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. I did not feel like I should of paid full price for this service. When I said this up front, I was very rudely ignored, looked at like I was wrong for what I was saying, and was prompted to pay $32. They knew I was unhappy and bothered but were not professional enough to consider that. I did not tip, and I do everywhere. Many people I know have had terrible experiences at this salon lately. If you are going to raise your prices, you should be making sure and be extra careful that your customers are getting their money’s worth. I never write reviews but this was a ridiculous and weird experience. I will not be back.

Had my nails done by Tina tonight. First time here and it was based off these reviews! Place was very clean and they took time to wipe down after each client. The only downside, if there are people waiting, there isn’t adequate seating for social distancing. Great hours and price is right!

I have been coming here for about two years after switching from a different place that was long term to me . I will always choose Tina nails & spa. Dan, Tina and Mika are always so professional and friendly and Mika does a fantastic job and really pays attention to detail. They are very patient . I work in doctors office so it’s reassuring to see the social distancing and temperature checks. My nails always look beautiful and I leave feeling appreciated !

I wish I could write a better review but not quite. My friend and I scheduled an appointment to have our nails done together (we were trying to have a girls day) when We called we made sure to let them know that was our goal...to be sit together and have a nice experience and we actually asked What time During the day they were not as busy Just to make sure we were able to relax and get our services without any stress. When we got there the receptionist was super rude then came Dan (another employee) Also with an attitude even though the place was literally empty just another 1 client besides us, he told us that having our nails done together was not allowed there, that they needed us to focus on just the work they were doing. So I decided to get pedis as my friend was not getting SNS and she just waited for me then we could have our time together.Dan seemed to be mad all the time, my decision about the length and the color of my sns seem to bother him, so he suggested otherwise which I agreed but I showed him a picture of how I got them before without being a problem so He proceeded. He didn’t even fix my cuticles, it was a terrible job! definitely does not worth the price they charge at all!!! He was not kind, or professional and I’m pretty sure I will have these nails coming off in a day or two. The layers are so thin I can see the lines in between which never happened to me in any other place. When I asked why he did do my cuticles he mentioned it was $10 dollars extra...I MEANnn!! are you for real!! this is insane! this is part of your service! Or for that matter what’s the point to getting my nails done? in every place Ive been this is included because it just makes sense! Also I’m always offered water, coffee or wine or anything I’ll like for free Bc let’s be honest, getting your nails done is such a treat...but not here!! And please don’t let me get started about the bathroom...it is absolutely disgusting! it looks so dirty you really don’t even want to wash your hands in that sink...gross!My friend and I drove 40 minutes to get our nails done here even if we Had other options closer to us, just because it had great reviews...but oh my god! Sooo overrated! we would never ever go back to this place

Every nail tech at this location is always friendly & professional. I make my SNS nail appts with Dan, he always takes his time to ensure my nails are done perfectly and does a wonderful job. He & Tina care about the service they give their customers and want them to leave happy & satisfied.

My appointment was for a basic mani and pedi at 2:15. Didn’t get serviced until 2:30pm. I my pedi didn’t get done until 3:14pm and they decided to not do my manicure! My pedicure was poorly done! The bottom of my foot is still right and after it was serviced it was still rough, tough, and not even! First and last time using this place and I would never recommend it!

Me and my friend decided we wanted to go get our nails done but we didn’t really now where to go. We found this hidden Gem and me and her absolutely fell in love! Me and her both had pictures of how we wanted our nails done and they recreated them. This is probably the first time that a nail salon was able to recreate exactly what I wanted. They took their time and was very professional and nice! We will definitely keep coming back!

I went to Dan for my acrylics, and I love what he did! They turned out exactly the way I wanted. Everyone was super nice when I walked in and made me feel super comfortable. They’re doing really well following Covid guidelines too. :)

I’ve been here twice and thought they did a very good job with my nails, the results were great. Only thing I did not like is when I got a new set of acrylics they ripped my old ones off making my natural nail frail and thin. Come to find out that they charge extra as well for that. I could have taken them off myself without destroying my nails. Never seen a sail salon take acrylics off like that.

Tina nails is the best nail shop I’ve been to. They’re so nice and kind. The shop is very clean and I’m always satisfied with my nails after every visit.

I came to this salon to get my acrylics fixed from the place I went to before and Dan did an AMAZING job! He took the time to make sure they were done well and asked me multiple times if I was happy with them. Prices are great and I would definitely recommend them! Will come back.

I love going to this salon, but this is almost the 4th/5th time I’ve made an appointment and then sat and waited for over 1hour and half. I always have great service but this is absolutely unprofessional. The professional thing to do is see how many more clients you have and estimate how long you think it will take not make people sit for over an 1 hour when you already ask that they make an appointment. Let them know. And what’s worse is that you make people wait and then expect them to pay full price. The building isn’t that big and you have people no where near 6 feet apart. You should only a certain amount of people in at a time during a pandemic. This is no hate for any individual but if you have a business and you have regular clients treat them as such.

I thoroughly enjoyed the services I received, very relaxing. I got the hot stone pedicure and im assuming it was callus remover that left a chemical burn on one of my feet. Over the years, Ive moved 21 times to several states and have tried countless nail salons. Tinas Nails & Spa is by far the best Ive ever experienced. The pedi massage chairs and Dan are absolutely THE BEST! Hands down, best pedicure Ive ever had! Thanks Dan! Youre my new nail guy!

I’m really disappointed that i had such an awful time, as an old friend used to go here and her nails were always so nice and she spoke highly of her nail tech tina. i made an appointment with her specifically but someone else ended up doing my nails. i never got her name but she cut me multiple times with he nail file and e-file and even tried working on me as my finger bled. when i asked if she could bring me something to clean my cuts with she sprayed a tiny bit of alcohol and wouldn’t let me get up to wash my hands. she’s even laughed off me getting cut while saying insincere ‘sorry’s’. she ended up putting NAIL GLUE on one of my cuts to stop the bleeding. i have never had service like this in my life. i overheard that the salon as a whole had an awful work day, but that doesn’t excuse the nails tech’s behavior. i would not recommend this salon.

Got a mani pedi and eyebrows. My eyebrows.came out great..however my manicure wasnt done correctly my cuticles were not touched at all or cleaned neither was my pedicure just painted very disappointed
