I hardly ever write bad reviews, but I do not recommend this place at all. I pay a lot of attention to how businesses treat their customers overall and I can attest that the customer service at this nail salon is horrible. Ive seen the woman, who I believe is a co-owner of the business, truly disrespect customers who only wanted their nails corrected. The quality of my nails was poor as well, which was a disappointment since it was a simple pedicure. The polish on my first toe was somewhat lumpy and not smooth at all. They corrected it, but it seemed as if it was an inconvenience to them. I definitely should have paid more attention to the other reviews; That way I wouldnt have supported them in the first place.

I’m not sure how to respond to this post on google, but I wanted to somehow. To clarify, yes it was 5:30. Today, we had in total almost 30 appointments. Michelle you came in with no appointment. We close at 7, obviously we have to take in our customers who had appointments first - you saw yourself every staff member had a customer they were working on. At 5:30, by the time we were finished with every customer who had an appointment, it would’ve been well past 7. We were booked with appointments - that you did not have - and that’s why you were not taken in. We even offered twice, to make you an appointment for tomorrow. Nobody looked you up and down. Feel free to call the nail salon for an appointment in the future.

This is what my nails looked liked 1 week later. My nails started to chip, my diamonds, fell off, and the lady who did them didn’t seem like she cared for my business.

There is a reason this place is packed and busy all day. Hands down the best place to go in Mooresville. The workers are so friendly and accommodate every need the customer has! I have a very hard time believing the negative reviews because I’ve had nothing but great experiences here.

My daughter has been going to Tina for 15 years. She took me there today for a organic pedicure and a gel polish. The service was exceptional and the pedicure was amazing. If you have not been there you definitely need to go. Great experience.Marion

I have been going to Steven for close to 20 years, at different salons. He has owned this salon for a few years now and I absolutely love it. This week I got their new volcano organic pedicure best pedicure I have ever gotten. It made my skin so soft and smooth. The message on your feet is amazing and long. It’s the perfect relaxing time to just have some me time and get my feet rubbed. The smell is amazing and relaxing as well. I have had pedicures at 5 star resorts all over the world is this is by far the best one I have ever gotten. I have always loved their deluxe lavender pedicure but the new volcano is my new favorite by far. Call for an appointment they will get you in!

I have been going to this salon for almost 4 years now .. and they have always have taken good care of my daughter and I :)!! They always know what you need and want and go out of their way to make sure they do a great job :) You can always know they will do great quality work :)!! I will highly recommend this salon !! I have been going to Bella for four years now, she is the best there! She always gets my nails perfect and I get so many compliments on her designs! The owners Tina and Steven always have conversations with me, the atmosphere is amazing!

Disappointing experience. I had an appt – wasnt seen until about 45 minutes after it. The lady who did my nails was very nice, but the quality was absolutely horrible:She didnt clip them at all (so theyre all different lengths), she painfully removed my cuticles, and the nail filing – wow, I literally came in with better filed nails than when I came out. Theyre jagged and dont get me started on the paint job – also terrible (missed parts of my nails).Not sure if she was rushing because there was lots of people there or just didnt care bc I got a regular manicure, but definitely the worst, least attentive manicure Ive ever gotten. As you can imagine, I wont be back.

Best nail salon in town!! Tina and Steven & their staff always make sure to go the extra mile for all their customers. They always make me feel like family and my nails look awesome every time! Super clean and orderly with the best customer service. You won’t find any better!

I really liked this place. The kids and I all enjoyed a pedicure. And let me tell you, there was 6 of us. And they took us right in. Offered us drinks and took care of the kids. Lol. Great place and atmosphere too.

Only put one coat of polish on. I didn’t wear shoes that covered my toes for 2 days and when I did the polish rubbed off. This was my first time using them & I won’t be back!

This salon deserves more than five stars. I’ve been to many salons but “Best Nail Spa” has been my favorite to this date. After my service (gel pedicure, Manicure color change) experience; It will now be my go to salon. Between the AMAZING customer service, the quality & pricing it is unmatched. Ran by the most caring and hard working management. 10/10 highly recommend.

I have been here many times to have pedicures done. I came in this afternoon to have one done and asked for him to put on a clear sparkly color over my red color. It bothered the man and he would only do my big toe even after I offered to pay more. Will never come back again. Very unpleased with his demeanor.

Did a pedicure today with Rosa... nice job. Only one suggestion... maybe wipe the oil off the bottom of the feet before putting shoes on... we were sliding all over our flip flops in this heat... otherwise, very friendly people and fair prices.

The nail technician in seat #2 was rude. First she asked my daughter was she 19 she said no I am 14. She said oh your skin looks old I thought you were older. She said this to a child. Then any time I asked question or said something about the nails she was rude and defensive. I will never go to this nail salon again. Also the quality of the nails and work are poor you better off doing your own nails

Tried to get pedicure.. Worker jump up looked me up and down.. Were not taking anymore customer.. We close at 7p.. It was 5:20

I come here regularly for a pedicure and Tina, (who is the owner, along with her husband) does such a great job on my nails! She is very gentle, kind, informative, and professional. She has helped me a lot with her advise on the care of my nails. I always get gel polish which is SO dependable and does not chip! You will not be disappointed when you go. Just tell them what you need or do not need and you can expect an honest response. Also, while you are there, you can enjoy the huge fish tank that her husband provides for the salon. Nice people...

I started going to Rosa at this Salon about 2 years ago. I go about once a month and I’ve never been disappointed. I usually just let Rosa do whatever she feels like and she always does a fantastic job. Everyone has always been very friendly each time I go. The prices are about the same as other salons. I would highly recommend this salon.

I got my nails done SNS this week for a business conference at Best Nails over by Kohls (I always get gel usually). Within two days all 4 nails chipped. Within 5 days 7 nails are chipped and half worn off. I called them while on my trip and they said to come in when I get back. I came into the lady was incredible rude and said they dont guarantee anything.....and they refused to fix. I spent $50 for nails to not even last two days. This is ridiculous. Highly recommend somewhere else!! Ive used this place for two years before every business trip I take. She tried to tell me nails where too short? Find better service elsewhere

I always come here to get my eye-brows done, and they are always so sweet and welcoming when I come in. They would always ask me if I would like a drink and make myself feel important.

They absolutely ruined my nails. They are uneven, they are thicker in some spots than others, they rushed through my nails and Im not happy at all with the way they look. My mother and friend also had the same bad experience I highly recommend to choose a different nail salon!

Went on my lunch break today for a gel manicure and was worried about not being out/back to work in time. But they got me right in/out in 40 minutes. Tina was quick, friendly, made me feel at home and did a great job. Will definitely be coming back soon for a pedicure!

Got a manicure with gel polish for $25, which is all well and good, but the color didnt match the display model at all.

They charged me $45 for acrylic nails and regular polish. Other than the fact that I e never paid close to that at any other salon, after only 24 hours, I’ve had 2 nails pop off easily and another 3 well on their way to coming off. I will be returning on Monday to have them repair the awful job they originally did.The employees are usually quite nice so I’m hoping that they’ll be gracious about fixing everything.Note: if they fix the problem and do a good job than I will change my rating.Update: By the time I made it back on Monday, a total of 4 had popped off. They fixed them fast and they were kind and courteous about everything. They were very apologetic about everything.

This place is horrible. I went in for a polish change on my finger and toe nails. I wasn’t shown any samples of what the colors would look like on my nails, so I just blindly chose. The tech who did my nails wouldn’t answer my questions and was very rude. She pulled my hands and feet and acted like I was a bother.My toe nails look like a kindergartner painted them and she didn’t even get the previous color off of my fingers before putting the new color on (which isn’t the best color) I am very disappointed and mad because I am going on a cruise this week and wanted them to look cute. I would NOT recommend this place at all. It is a rip off.

Very poorly done SNS. My 2 daughters and I just had them done Saturday and our nails started coming up Monday. We’ve been getting SNS for months (not here) and have never had this happen. They don’t even completely remove the previous SNS material before applying the new. They need to be retaught on the process because the whole application. All 3 of our nails are coming up and my daughter went back in today and wanted them to repair and all he did was apply nail glue. They are also more expensive for poor quality.
