These ladies are great!! Super nice, reasonably priced, and they do a great job! Even though I’ve moved to another state, I always go back here when I come to Mooresville to visit.I highly recommend!
I visited QT for the first time yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased. I had a gel pedicure and SNS Dip with tips added to lengthen my natural nails. My pedicure was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had pedicures for over 15 years. They didn’t rush and my toes and fingers look amazing!
Such a sweet staff and they have gone beyond what services I requested.Definitely will be back!
I came in for a manicure with gel polish. I am leaving so disappointed. The polish is all over my cuticles and sides of my nails. It looks like I let a kid paint them 😓 I never like to leave bad reviews but I was so disappointed and upset I spent my money here for my first manicure after 2 months of covid and my nails look terrible. I won’t be coming back
Amazing staff. Very accommodating to special needs individuals. Great pricing. Listen well to wants. Great work!
Went with no appointment on a Monday and was immediately attended to. My gel nails were soaked off and removed very quickly. The technician asked if I was in a hurry, but I was not. I got a relaxing arm and hand massage, a great manicure and dried under the gel lamp even though I only had a regular polish manicure all due $13! Very happy!
I went to QT Nails for the first time today due to a bad experience at the salon I usually go to, and I will be making this my regular from now on! Cindy did a perfect job on my nails- she was detailed and incredibly friendly, as was the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great service that doesn’t feel rushed or impersonal!
I had gotten my nails done here the other day. Thankfully it wasn’t busy. Everyone seemed super nice but the reason I am giving a 3 out of 5 is because my nails aren’t exactly the way I wanted it. I wish I could post a picture, but I’ll just describe it. I got SNS acrylic nails. I love the color I had chosen but the shape is not what I asked for. I asked for coffin shaped, I got uneven rectangles lol. And they are longer than I wanted them to be. Yes, I should have spoken up but I was just in shock. I felt like the lady who did my nails was just rushing to much. And she was super rough with my hands. My nails don’t look terrible, but they don’t look what I asked. Inspent 60 dollars for these unfortunately
I called on a Saturday at 10am to schedule a appointment for an eyebrow wax. Woman (Linda) on the phone told to be there at 2. I planned my Saturday accordingly and arrived at 2 exactly. I told her I was there for a scheduled eyebrow wax, and was rudely told by the same woman that they were busy and wouldnt be taking me. I reminded her I had spoken to her earlier and she told me to come at 2, that was the time she chose -- she rudely told me she didnt care, they were busy and I could come back in a few hours. I explained I had planned my day around the appointment and couldnt easily come back. She continued to berate me. This all happened as she was giving someone a pedicure, and l was standing in the middle of 4 other customers getting pedicures looking on in horror. It was extremely uncomfortable for all of us. Linda was completely unprofessional and nasty. I will NEVER patronize this salon again.
Always does a wonderful consistent job! Would highly recommend!
Looking for a new place for your manny/peddy than give QT a try. A very busy, great staff Cheers type place that gives the best manny/peddy in 15 miles.
I quit coming here because every time I got a pedicure, I was rushed out with wet toe nails. The last time I went, the polish hadn’t even dried two hours later and I got polish all over my sandals and sofa. There’s a MUCH better nail salon by Kohl’s and I’ve been going there instead.
Very disappointed. Came here for the first time today, went in to get my nails done for my wedding this weekend and my nails came out horrible. I’m never one to complain but the service was awful and my overall experience was bad. First, they said it would be 20 minute wait, that’s fair. Ended up being over 40 minutes. Then when she finally got to me she got the wrong colors and rushed me. She kept going back and forth between me and another client and ultimately made my nails look a hot mess. I also told them I wanted a manicure but only received gel polish, which have already chipped off on some nails. Overall very dissatisfied.
I loved my nails all the employees really very kind
Ok but seems like the gel polish comes off alot faster than other places Ive visited
Courteous, timely and high quality service. This was my second visit. My first SNS lasted 4 weeks. Quiet place.
Couldnt ask for anything better. Very nice! Linda does a great job.
Went there yesterday because my friend likes to go there. We had an appointment to take our daughter’s for a mani/pedis. It was my worst nail experience of my life! Rushed, chaotic and the girls were working on multiple people at a time. That can’t be sanitary! Paid $100 including tip and gel nails look awful and will need to be redone much sooner than they have in past. It was stressful, not relaxing and I will NEVER be back!!! I should have gone to my regular salon at 150/Perth by Harris Teeter that always pampers us and gives us their complete attention.
Very clean and nice place to get ur nails done plus Man-pety
The ladies are so friendly and professional. Each one has a unique way of making my nails and sometimes toes feel relaxed.
I went to this nail saloon on August 28th, with my bridesmaids, my mom, and my aunts. We made an appointment over a week in advance to make sure they were aware that eight people would all be coming in at once. They said that they would be able to accommodate us. However, they could not accommodate us, and no one in our group got a proper manicure or pedicure. For my pedicure, I was hastily shoved into a seat, told to put my feet in the water. Not even five minutes later I was told to take my feet out of the water, a lady then removed my old nail polish and walked away to jump over to one of my bridesmaids pedicure stations. About ten minutes later a different saloon worked came over and clipped my toe nails and then she too left me to hop over to someone elses pedicure tub. More time passes and then yet another women comes to me and hastily sticks my feet in hot wax without even telling me what she was doing. I was left yet again and then the first woman came back and removed to wax before leaving me yet again. Then yet another woman came up and gave me a small foot rub, she spoke no English, but she was probably the employee with the best customer service skills. At that point I had been in the pedicure chair for 30 minutes and it occurred to me that they had to intention or scrubbing my feet or any of the basic parts of a pedicure. So I had to go against my non confrontational nature and had to loudly ask if I was ever to get a real pedicure. ( I would like to make it clear that I work on my feet in a kitchen, going in and out of an oven and freezer the whole entire I am at work.. I do not get pedicures very often because my feet take a beating at work, so when I have a real reason to get one, I cherish them.) At that point the second lady who had helped me came over and actually scrubbed my feet( never touched my cuticles). After she finally painted my nails I kept having to get help to clean up the cutting of my toes to get rid of all the sharp points that had been left. Throughout the whole process of the pedicure it was very clear that the whole entire staff was talking horribly about our whole party. I understand customers are frustrating, but if you feel the need to complain about them, do not constantly point at them. During my manicure, my sister who is a cosmetologist, had to stand over my shoulder and babysit the lady as she just painted my nails. Her parting gift to me was pouring oil all over my forearms, barely rubbing any in or off.and then trying to push me out the door..We were all charged for full pedicures and full manicures, not one person in our group received a real manicure or pedicure. However, at least my feet touched water, they painted my mothers toes while she was in a manicure chair and claimed she got a pedicure.Needless to say I would highly recommend not going to this nail saloon if you would actually like to get your moneys worth.
When I went in I asked for a gel manicure. After about twenty minutes of waiting they finally sat me down in a chair to wait another 20 minutes until a person could take off my nail polish. Then finally the woman gave me a polish change, what I didnt want, and told me she didnt have enough time and next time I came back she would take care of me. I will not be going back to this place. Waste of time and money.
Awful. Took my neice there for her first experience at a nail salon and although they were kind to her, the paint job was sloppy and rushed. As for me, my lady Sat down and started my nails. I told her short/medium and rounded. She gave me super short and square. At one point she got up to let my nails dry and said be back 5 minute. I start talking to my neice next thing i know its been 20 mins!!! So i politely asked if she could continue, she said 5 minute and continued a pedicure she had started on another customer who had come in after me. So i go back to talking to my neice and look at the clock and its now been another 15 minutes. I ask the last of she had any intention of finishing my nails and she tells me 5 minute again!! I am not confrontational and replied no, its been almost 40 minutes, im just going to go some where else to shape and paint. She runs over, yanks my arm up, tries to start when i tell her to go wash get hands because shewas touching someones feet! She comes back and started the most painful shaping Ive ever experienced. I pulled my hand back, told her to calm down, and gave her my hand. She starts taking in her native tongue rudely. At this point Im pissed. She gets done shaping and i said round not square and she said too late, wash hands. I wash then and notice how awfulthe nails looked! Super thick, and really uneven. I tell her to fix them and she did a tiny amount of filling until i realized it was looking worse stopped her and said im done and leaving ill go elsewhere. The other lady there said let her finish and she would discount me for the big inconvenience i was going thru. Finally she starts painting them and its going all over my skin. She puts my hands in the dryer light and walks away. Comes back 5 minutes later and said for me and my neice Its $50. I lost it. I asked her to look at my nails and the paint all over my skin, and how terribly they looked and the only reason i was still there was the promise of a discount for my bad experience. She talks to the other lady comes back and tells me $27. (7 for my neice just getting get nails painted and 20 for acrylic) which is the price listed!! I talked to the other lady and eventually she tells me $25 is the lowest she can go, mind you, she sees paint all over my skin. I put a $20 bill down and started walking out and my lady said im short $5. When i told them i could have the authorities come and see what they thought, both ladies told me to have a good day.Single handedly the worst place ever. If i could give 0 stars i totally would. Even my neice asked is it suppose to take 2 and a half hours? What a joke.Learn how to run a business, and better HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS!!
