Below are pictures of what I asked for vs. what I got. I showed the man(Henry) who did my nails the first picture and ask him if he could do it. He was hesitant and then assured me he could do this style just not the same exact pattern. I agreed and asked him three times more if he was sure or should I pick something less complicated. He reassured me that he could get me my desired look. He tried the design but it was messy and looked nothing like the picture. After countless tries he still couldn’t complete the design. I had already been in the salon for two hours and couldn’t wait any longer. I asked Henry if he could just paint the nails a solid color and be done with it. Henry knew I was extremely disappointed with his work and offered a, “sorry I couldn’t do the design” nothing more. I paid $60 for this set WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! So if you are looking for basic DIY style work for arm n leg pricing, classic nails is the place for you!

This place is great been coming for 2+ years and does not disappoint. If you have an issue they correct and make you feel great!! Oanh is a gem friggen love this place

I came in and the greeting was not welcoming. Just what do you want today. I’m getting pedicure and the nail tech didn’t ask what I want. She just asked if I wanted them cut and I told her no. She rounded my toenails and I hate that. Then she used a hot stone which burned me. I had to tell her twice that it was too hot!! Then when getting my nails done I had to tell them several times that these are my nails no tips and I wanted dip. They act like they couldn’t understand that. I spent $90 and will not be back. Trial and error.

My favorite nail salon! I have been a client here for a while. Sometimes I try other places, closer to home, out of convenience. I am NEVER as satisfied as I am here! Other places cost more and don’t do as good of a job! My sns last 3-4 weeks and they look great no matter who does them. They also give hot stone pedicures at a great price! The best

So I go to this place and ask can you do this? She says yes. I told her I wanted it to be dark like the picture. She said okay. She proceeds to do my nails in a silver color. I said thats not the color. She said thats why I asked you about the color. I said I told you and showed you the picture. They acted like they had an attitude going forward. Talking in their language and laughing. Lemme give you a tip..when somebody is paying money for a service how bout you do it and dont get a attitude when the nail polish is sitting 2 miles high off your nails. Horrible service! I told them they cant cut mommas feet because she is diabetic. My mommas feet were bleeding and I said you cant do that. They say they just grazed it. I said I understand but thats why Im telling you you cant cut her foot. The lady that kept interrupting every time there was an issue snaps and says something in her language like she was upset. These folks got my blood boiling. Never again...oh and I came to the wrong place...dangit!

Ask to soak off my nails, did not listen and ripped off my nails and made me bleed. Cut me with the file. Ask very kindly to stop and did not listen.

I liked the fact I didn’t have to wait . They are very nice in there and do an excellent job on my nails . They don’t rush me out while waiting on nails to dry !

Ombré acrylic with shimmery beige and white powder. No polish. Coffin shape. This nail salon is fantastic. Pedicures with paraffin wax is Ahhhhhmazing!! Don’t mind my “sausage” fingers...lol

My friends and I have been going here for years! Everyone is very nice and they always do an excellent job. I normally get tips and sns and they always look great and last a few weeks!

I love this place and have been going for a while. Henry does my powder dip and my nails last for 3 weeks! It does get super busy so I prefer to make an appt. Anyone there is good at pedicures but I have to say Tony is my favorite because he does a great massage! There have been times where I couldn’t get there because of work and any time I try somewhere else, I haven’t had good results.

Clean and nice set up. I was treated well and had lovely people take care of my feet and hands.. Great color selection and services..

So I decided to try this place because some ladies at work go there. I guess you need to be a regular to get good service. She was very rude and kept cutting me off when describing what I wanted. She was very ruff when doing my nails. My daughter got a pedicure. He didn’t even do a top coat to her toes. Her eye brows were red and itching and swollen after her eyebrows. They didn’t apply and soothing oil or gel after. I haven’t had this bad of service in a while.

Second time I have went into this business. Both times extremely rude...won’t give a 3rd chance! Would rate 0 if possible!

Walked in on a Sunday for a manicure, and deluxe pedicure. I was taken care of right away. I was very pleased with the level of service, and care. I was especially pleased to see that with each new client, the staff would retrieve a set of sterilized tools.I felt that the pedicure chair was uncomfortable. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

The man who did my nails went to smoke a cigarette and then came right back and did my nails without even washing his hands. He smelt terrible and I was disgusted. I will NOT be coming back here. In addition to that, my nails were $30 and they did terrible. I got a manicure and they only painted my nails. The guy was rude and did an awful job. Extremely rushed. Waste of time and money. Disgusted.

Ive been to Classic Nails a few times now and I wont go anywhere else. The techs are very good at what they do, I always leave satisfied with my nails! I do the dip on my finger nails and gel on toes. Im on my feet all day at work and the gel holds up until they grow out! The dip on my natural nails is nourishing and last until they grow out, too. The staff is always welcoming and always finds a way to fit clients in, even all the walk-ins. If youre not happy with your nails in any way, they will fix the problem for you before you leave! I always enjoy a glass of wine and a chair massage while they take good care of me. I definitely recommend them😁

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAILS. John did an amazing job and did exactly what I requested. Nail shape is important to me and he nailed it(😁). Everyone was friendly and cared about the service they were providing. Needless to say they were VERY reasonable. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, John.

Looking for a new nail place. Clearly this will not be it. Made an appointment for my friend and me to get our nails done. I asked before we went in if we could be put together. Not only did they try to separate us, but they also were going to so our nails one after the other. I ended up leaving after her and not bothering. They clearly dont care about gaining new clients.

Came at 6:30 to get my eyebrows done. They say they are open until 7:30 but I was told they were closed because no customers came in after 5. She did my eyebrows anyways, rushed through them and they look terrible. There are too many nail salons in this area to have such poor customer service. You should change your posted hours if you’re not open until 7:30.

They did an awesome job. Got all 5 of us ladies in at the same time & were very clean, and wore masks

This is the most conflicted I have ever felt about a nail salon. If my review was based solely on how my nails look it would be 5 stars hands down! I had John and he did a fantastic job on my nails, it was everything else that made it a bad experience. My appointment (I made weeks ago) was scheduled for 9:45. They open at 9:30 however no one showed up to the salon until 9:50, a guy and a girl. I tell the girl my appointment is with John she tells me to have a seat. The guy proceeds to set up for the day I was getting annoyed because I thought it was John. The girl then tells me John will be here soon...he wasnt even there yet! John finally shows up and starts on my nails at 10:05 no apology for being late doesnt even really say hey just asks what I want done. Also one of the ladies who works there was shampooing her co-workers hair in the pedicure bowl!!!! I was blown away. When get up to the front John said $60!!! I got acrylics with gel no manicure hand massage or anything like that. I have never paid that much anywhere I didnt know what to say. Also I already knew I was cutting it close with making it to work but I was 20 minutes to work because of all this. Again my nails look great, everything else was horrible and I dont know anyone who can afford $60 to get their nails done every 2 weeks so I probably wont be back for a second chance.

This place was awesome! My mom and I had a little wait but after they took us they over served us with great service and nails look absolutely amazing! Most definitely recommend! **as for Amanda’s negative post.. i was sitting and witnessed the entire thing and her whole post was a complete lie! Shame on you for posting something like that.

Straight trash. Literally rushed my gel nails today just to get to her preferred customer. Then the manager was rough & quick with my feet for no reason. Service was subpar. Best thing about the service was that they offered a water after asking three other customers after me what they wanted to drink. Overall rush job. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

This place is a rip off, charged 37.00 for a fill-in. I asked for clear regular polish and the slim bumpy face guy took it upon himself to use gel polish.The slim bumpy face guy then said it was 5.00 to take it off and use what I ask for, acting as though he did not understand. The lady doing my feet understood. The slim bumpy face guy got very rude and said I lied hes a con man you can tell he uses the excuse of not understanding to get extra money out of people. He spoke plan English when we clashed. People dont go to this salon. Its a rip off

It was my first time going there and it was great. I loved the experience the place was really nice i was told they renovated and it looked really good imdefinitely going there from now on i was really impressed, usually other places i go to they dont make my nails even but Henry took his time and made sure they all matched and i can honestly say ive never been anywhere where they did as good of a job as Henry, definitely recommend going!!!

I am disappointed with the attitude of the staff at this salon.I called ahead of time to make sure they could take an appointment since it was close to closing time . My husband dropped me off to get some much needed r and r and they proceeded to rudely say they were closing and had engagements after work .So much so I waited outside for my husband to arrive to pick me back up.Communication is key in any business and the attitude of the staff when an obstacle occurs is very important for customer service.I would not recommend this salon.

Overall I thought it was great and I have been going here for 2 years now and I find absolutely nothing wrong with this place my nail shape is great every time kind and the best place you can ever get your nails done I really recommend this place

Busy place, they did great job, only waited 15 min and Im not sure an appt would guarantee no wait but if you go on off times definitely worth checking out, they did a great job, tons of color and nail options, acrylic, gel, SNS, and.. They serve 🍷.. So.. Enough said!

Best pedicure around! I appreciate that they actually massage the muscles of your feet and dont just rub lotion on your legs.

If I could give this place a NO star, I would. My husband went in for a pedicure and was literally in and out within 15 minutes!! They did nothing for him. Not even smooth down or scrub his calluses. Terrible service. Absolutely terrible.

I went there for my birthday( or at least tried to!) The sign on the door says they close at 7:30pm it was about 6:25 when I showed up. There were multiple workers there cleaning but I was told to come back tomorrow?!?!?! They looked like they didnt even want to service me as soon as i walked in the door they just looked at me.... its cool if yall want to close early but at least put a note on the door or something. Or change the hours on the door. If the sign says you close at 7:30pm then close at that time! I wont go there again! Ill just go to Lee nails across the street. They do a wayy better job from what Ive heard anyways.
