Absolutely amazing care team, staff and support! Eleanor Health in Mooresville and as a whole has been tremendous in my life and well-being! I highly recommend for quality help and treatment in different areas! Thank you staff! I am celebrating all the good in my life even more because of you! :)

Eleanor is very professionally run and effectively operated. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate caring for their patients. I would recommend 10/10 and highly recommend to any and everybody. They honestly care about each patient individually and are definitely the facility with the nicest workers. They know you by name and work even in snow storms for you!! They’re awesome :)

The cleanest, friendliness place you could imagine. Everyone there seems to sincerely care about your success, they are extremely accommodating and always happy to help. The receptionists are efficient and kind, the medical staff is considerate and knowledgeable, the counselors are genuine and easy to talk to (and the snacks are pretty good too ;). If your goal is a successful, long-term recovery then this is definitely the right place.

You say professional? When they call you out of the blue and REFUSE to let you know where they got your number from so they can speak to your minor child, then not respond to your message ... Where do you go ... to the Board! Not professional at all from the first telephone call.

I went to Eleanor Health in Mooresviile for help. However, Veronica the clinic manager was very unprofessional and not attentive to my needs to the point of being condescending during our clinical Assessment. This woman was more focused on telephone calls and text messages that were coming in on her personal cell. I went there for help and was very disappointed. I have stopped going Eleanor Health and have a new provider. I am happy that there is an outlet such as this where people can have their voices heard. I work in the medical field and treating patients anything less than 100% respectful and valuable in not tolerated. Eleanor Health can be great with some changes. I changed providers because I know that I am not less than anyone and I refuse to be treated that way.

Eleanor health is a god send! Everyone’s journey is different and the team gets that. I found Ashley Brea Michael and Dr Meghan to be extremely caring compassionate and relatable. Their efforts as a team is unmatchable. The communication between team members is I’m impeccable. I was amazed at the swiftness and professionalism and of course their humor lightened a path that was scary for me. I usually do not recommend services to anyone just because if it goes bad people tend to hold you responsible. Reputation is everything. I would in courage anyone who is struggling for any reason. To seek out Eleanor Health. They wrap their arms around you and don’t let go. If I could rate my experience a 10 I would. They are a one stop shop! No matter your needs they will find a way to help you thru it. They have tons of outreach in your area to help you thru your journey. God blessed me by placing them in my life and I am forever great full. Dr Lucy is also the kindest caring person you will ever meet. AMAZING!

Eleanor Health is an incredible asset to Mooresville, NC. As a Peer Support working very closely with many individuals in Iredell county who are seeking help for Substance Use Disorder, it has been a blessing to me and those I serve to have an agency like Eleanor Health in our community. They are easy to work with, always willing to help and go the extra mile, compassionate, and have a great desire to be the best that they can be. Veronica Moeller has made it my job easier, and definitely more beneficial to the clients I serve, by always making herself available and helping me identify all of the resources my clients need. I receive treatment here for opioid addiction. I have been to several treatment centers and by far Eleanor Health in Mooresville is the absolute best. The majority of the people who work there are people like Ive never worked with in my life. They care, they are genuinely kind and take the time to listen, always professional and supportive. Whenever I go there, I am treated like a human being and respected.Dr. Morton, Phyllis, Janelle and Meagan are the best. There are a few others, that Im sure are nice. However, they dont engage with the members a whole lot, it seems they only communicate when they feel like they should say something; those are the 2 ladies at the front desk who from the members perceptions are very unorganized and unfocused. Phyllis, Dr. Morton, Janelle and Meagan should be put in charge because they actively and joyfully work with us without judgement. Also they are super at their work, they laugh and you can tell that they enjoy helping us. These 4 ladies are truly the reason that I keep coming to Eleanor. The new nurse, I dont know him yet, but hopefully he will be as good or better than Tina, because Tina was awesome. The 4 ladies mentioned, they talk to us, respect us, always happy and upbeat when it comes to the members. I am happy that Eleanor Health is here because so many people need you here in Iredelle County.
