Service is great! Very friendly and excellent communication through email. Great that they do same day printing, I ordered 80 prints and they were ready with two hours. The color and paper quality was very nice; however, a majority, about 60, of the edges were not cut evenly. Some having drastic curves to the edges. I would say if youre ordering more than 50 prints and want edges cut off you should give them enough time so they are not under pressure and get trimmed with carefulness. I will probably use them again in the future though!

We have utilized the services of PostNet many times over the past few years to print (color) & bind our PLR and meeting presentations. They have gone out of their way to meet our needs including; opening early as well as staying way past closing hours. They are friendly, professional and provide a high quality product. We will be using them again soon!

Fast turn around! I ordered about a thousand pages to be printed and placed in binders with tabs and these guys had it ready the same day. Amazing service!

I have had two experiences now where my packages did not arrive as expected. Neither was due to PostNets service, but they went out of their way to track the packages down and do everything they could to see that they arrived at their destination. I have always appreciated their kind attention and excellent service. I will continue to use them for all of my shipping needs.

Do not go to this location if they are close to closing as they will not accept your service. I tried to mail a package today and was turned away even though the front door was unlocked and the open sign was on. I was told that they were closed even though they werent supposed to close for another 10 minutes and the clock behind her confirmedthe time. The only worker there refused to take my package after I pointed out that I had made it in time. I rushed there after working all day and am surprised at the service I received. One of my packages was pre paid for and I was only dropping them off and the worker refused to take it. I understand that it is nice to get off early but if that is the time you are going to close you need to advertise that so your customers can see that.

I stopped by to try and send an 2 day delivery document package. They quoted a price of over $40 with FedEx.which seemed awfully high. When she tried to process my card she said it was declined. The same for a second card. I know that both cards are good and carry zero balances. She did not seem the least interested in exploring whether there was an issue with their card reader but just assumed the problem was with me. I left and went to a UPS store and shipped the envelope for about $20 and used one of the declined cards. I guess there is a reason that I had to wait in line at the UPS store but PostNet was empty.

DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS POST NET. I went here to ship a package to a customer, the lady that works there said it would be 1.72 to ship and didnt quote me tracking until after I paid. It would be an extra $5 for tracking.My customer just had to pick up their package at the post office and pay an extra 1.70 to receive it because they didnt add enough postage when I originally sent it. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
