You cant go wrong with Mooresville Lawnscaping. They are professional, conscientious, and eager to please. My lawn was so beautiful and I received so many compliments (even shout outs from people driving by). Im moving away and will miss my lawn heroes.

We had been a customer for years, even after they removed bushes they were not supposed to. Even when they messed our schedule up at the start of every year. They just decided to drop us as a customer because we did not want weekly service. Funny thing is, they continued to service our lawn 2 more times after they dropped us. Suggest you look elsewhere is you want reliable service.

A pleasant experience from beginning to end. The landscape design was beautiful, Tim was professional and receptive to changes, and the installation was done exactly when promised. Our yard looks 100% better.

Tim and his team have been great to work with. Our lawn looks superb and hes in the process of giving the whole yard an overhaul as we change things out from a severely over-planted situation when we bought the house in February 2019. Tims recommendations have all been super helpful and appropriate and always in our best interest.

Would not even give an estimate because they are not low bidders?? Thats how business is run people are looking for the best work for their money so they receive estimates from multiple companies to weigh their options. To not even bother to come out or even try to get business or explain why you think you deserve more money is bad business practice. The competition will drive you out.

This is the 3rd service company I am using since moving into new home. The service and attention to detail is far superior to other experiences of mine - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Don’t use if you’re looking for lawn care and open & honest communication!They cut our grass for about 3 weeks. After a previous rainy week, I asked the team leader not to cut because they left ruts in the grass the last week because it was so wet.After 2 weeks of no shows (Tim told us the grass had to be cut every week), I called. Tim said my husband told them not to cut the grass anymore. It was me, not my husband who spoke to the leader. I told him specifically why I didn’t want the grass cut. Tim said he’d send the crew back the next day.4 weeks later the crew has yet to return to cut my grass. They still cut my next door neighbor’s grass. I’ve called Tim several times. It always goes to voicemail. He has NEVER returned my call!I’m not taking it personally because I see other clients have had similar “non-responsiveness” from Tim.DO NOT USE find a better service provider who cares about your yard and is willing to communicate!!

The owner, Tim Valentine and his office Manager, Bernice are very professional and respond quickly to questions or concerns The lawn crew is reliable and punctual with scheduled service;; they do a thorough job and leave the property looking very presentable.The company installed a rock bed watershed management ditch for us and took special care to use some rock we already had and placed it where we wanted. The ditch looks good and does a reasonable job of water control. We live on a sloped lot and realize that not all water is going to be channeled. I would give a 5 rating but I believe no one is perfect.

I have received very poor communication with this company. I had to call several times for an initial follow up. My billing statements/invoices have been consistently inaccurate, and the owner Tim Valentine seemed perturbed that I didnt need the fertilization services that I asked to be removed from the proposal. I didnt know that I would be reprimanded for changing my mind. Ive also had to call to verify when services were going to be completed. Very disappointing & frustrating experience!

To say there has been a 100% improvement in our yard would be an understatement. Tim is a pleasure to work with and his crews are professional. We highly recommend Mooresville Lawnscaping.Our backyard have never been developed so Tim came up with a plan, his amazing crew installed the retaining walls, lighting, plantings, etc., during and after which neighbors came by to take photos. We LOVE our new backyard!
