Initially when I hired kevin to do a landscape job I thought he had some good ideas and that between the planting of a holly tree and the placement of river rocks around it that I would be very happy for years to come. Unfortunately the holly tree has not produced any new growth. I have called him several times . While it’s been two years now with no new growth he refused to replace it telling me that the nursery would not take it back. If he stood by his work there should be no question that he should replace it with a healthy new tree. I am a very unhappy customer and will never recommend Matrix to anyone!
