Waited weeks for an appointment. Once we finally get in to have my child see a counselor, the counselor sat mostly silent for the entire hour. She asked a few vague questions, hardly spoke, did nothing to make my child feel safe or heard, and acted like we were an inconvenience. After an hour of mostly silence, she quickly rushed to make another appointment, which we declined. Probably wouldve had better results talking to a wall.

Left several messages via the Psychology Today website, left voicemail messages at least twice, called and talked to the woman who takes her calls during business hours all over the course of 3 weeks! Not one return call, text, voicemail or email. If you’re too busy to take on new clients, the professional thing to do is to just SAY THAT!! I only persisted because Renee at RJ Wolf Counseling Services came highly recommended by a good friend. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

There is only one Taryn, beautiful inside and out. It radiates onto her patients. Taryn truly cares about her clint’s and families. Complete compassion and understanding of my teenage son! Taryn is like a ray of sunshine!

I have tried several times to get ahold of someone to inquire about services/schedule an appointment. I have yet to be able to get someone on the phone and both of the messages I sent (one to email and one to the website form) have gone unanswered.

This company has some of the most qualified and compassionate therapists i’ve ever met. 100% worth setting up an appointment and trying it out for yourself. They won’t let you down

I reached out for help, which we all know is the most difficult step. I spoke to someone on the phone who said a counselor would call me back to schedule an appointment. Never happened. I called again 2 days later, during business hours, and left a voicemail asking them to call me to schedule an appointment. They did not return my call. So disappointing and unprofessional :-/

After having some issues, mostly between my daughter’s bio-mom and myself, that caused us to change counselors, we have found a counselor here who is truly interested in what is best for my daughter. Attentive, Outgoing, Accommodating, put the minor child’s best interests above all else. As a father, who wants the best for his daughter, couldn’t ask for anything more.

Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable and they make me feel extremely comfortable. Sometimes its hard to find the right fit to get the help you need. But Ive made a lot of progress here. Im so glad I found this place.

This is top notch professional facility for anyone seeking care. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best counselors around. They go above and beyond to help you. I have seen other counselors at other practices in the past and this practice is by far the best! Highly recommend!!!!

Didn’t believe in therapy till I met Christina Luke, I was stubborn but she helped me through.

Staff is very unfriendly and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
