I’ve only interacted with my doctor. He is very attentive. He listens very well and he actually gives feedback. He doesn’t rush me thru the sessions. Dr. McGraw is one of the best ever. The couple people I’ve spoken with on the phone have been very pleasant. One of the best choice I’ve made in recent times was to choose LifeStance Health.

Awesome psychiatrist (Dr McGraw)... really took the time to get to know my situation and past history...

They come to my daughters school and she has sessions once a week with a counselor. This is a great thing to offer for the children and their families. I think it’s going to help my daughter grow emotionally and give her a way to gain new coping skills.

The staff at Life Stance in Mooresville are always super friendly and helpful. We are always greeted with a smile and a friendly voice. Dr McGraw has been absolutely fantastic with my son and my son has made a good connection with him. I would highly recommend Life Stance Health.

Daniel Harmon is very easy to talk to. I have just moved from California where their behavioral medicine is still on lockdown. It’s a pleasure to finally have in person face to face sessions. Great job Daniel!

My first ever virtual visit went so well. My provider was on time, respectful, and I felt like he really listened to me. Audio and video quality were excellent, and I think I might finally have found a provider who will truly help me start feeling better.

Great place to go in time of need. Everyone Was very friendly and efficient.

When I spoke with a psychiatrist there, it was agreed that I would send medical history, he would review it, decide on the best medication for me and discuss during our next session. He provided no way for me to contact him. When I called the office, they said theres no way for patients to reach the psychiatrist directly (I learned later that there was a portal to do this, but no one told me about this), and so I sent my medical history to the office as requested. They never responded to me, and so I followed up to make sure my psychiatrist got the information. During my next appointment, not only did the psychiatrist not review the information yet, he claimed he didnt even get the information in the first place. Whats more, he seemed to have completely forgot who I was and why we were meeting, and mistakenly thought that I wanted to change medication (I was not actually taking any medication, as mentioned in the first meeting). When I got annoyed, he blamed ME for getting upset and said I should see someone else. In LifeStances defense, they at least gave me a refund for the session, but I still dont think I will be coming back to this clinic anytime soon.

The provider I see is very attentive. She listens to me and has made a true effort at getting to know me. She’s accessible between appointments, which is very important to me. I’m very satisfied with the level of care I get.

The counselors here really care and work hard to do whats best for your child. They will include family members as needed and will make suggestions for all involved on how to handle different situations. My child enjoys talking with them. We highly recommend them.

Worst experience ever. They were very rude charged me 300$ at the door, I was in Dr Mcgraws office for five minutes before he told me that I needed to go find another Psychiatrist because he only prescribes anti-depressants. When I stated I didnt want to be on any anti-depressants he immediately told me to go elsewhere. In a matter of 10 minutes I lost 300 dollars with zero help. Then when my wife called to try in get a refund the nurse told her everything that was said in the office between me and Dr.Mcgraw that was confidential. I never signed anything saying they could release my information or anything discussed in the office between the psychiatrist in myself. They were very rude and Unprofessional.

The front staff, therapists and psychiatrists are all extremely professional and caring. The therapist and psychiatrist I was assigned to are very caring and actually take the time to listen to your issues and give you working methods to combat your feelings. Ive only ever had one hiccup after being there since around July of this year, but they were quick and professional about resolving the issue. Overall, this is the best place I have discovered, and would highly recommend giving it a shot.

Some good some bad. Mixed results with their varied specialists. Worst part is there is no direct communication with providers between visits. You must send a message through their website which will be answered by a generic staff member in a not so timely manner. Also after reviewing my insurance claims they charge $300/hr for therapy. Proceed with caution

I had to call the billing department after being incorrectly billed. One of the managers at the Mooresville NC office was disrespectful to me and would interrupt me numerous times while asking questions about my account? I will no longer be using LifeStance Health at any NC location.

My provider, Brandon Valent, is beyond amazing. He listens and has helped me so much already. Ive been seeing mental healthcare providers for about 15 years now, and never have I felt this comfortable. Im finally in great hands!! Also, the front desk staff members are polite and friendly. Had a first visit today. And the staff seem very nice; in particular my counselor. I had several prerequisites that had to be meet in order for me to consider continuing care with my counselor and that counselor was willing to work with me. Also, I might add that the counselor was very attentive, and after speaking for an hour I am confident that this will be greatly beneficial to my needs and concerns.

Integrative Wellness Solutions has a great staff. They are professional, knowledgeable and caring about the well being of their clients. I often recommend people to them for services.

Go to another dr for med even Billingsley Brandon is horrible.. if I I’ll myself thanks to not having meds it’s his fault! I had an absolute awesome therapist there but she left the company and I followed. I got my meds there to make it easier, not no more Brandin is the most arrogant person I know Ive never really liked him but today was the icing on the cake. Havent drank in 3 weeks and after a visit with him Im at a bar drinking. Will not be back the way he spoke to me was uncalled for he told me to pretty much find another dr. I was having a great day until leaving him. I don’t care about the medication I’ll go to Billingsley to get them but a professional man will never speak to me that way. EVER they wanted a review as their signed said here you go.

IWS is an amazing group of highly trained professionals who truly care about their clients. I would recommend the therapist to anyone as they offer such a wide range of knowledge.

Refused to refund money even when email records show appointment was cancelled more than 48 in advance and therapist even responded. Piss poor place. Don’t take yourself or your children here

Went to this clinic for over a year. Was constantly passed around to different therapists due to high turnover or just simple lack of training. If you cancel a session, they count strikes against you with 3 cancels (not no shows) youre out. but I have arrived for my appointment on multiple occasions when the therapist had called out or was late....but there is no recourse for that. Extreme lack of experience at running a business or perhaps training makes this a place I cannot recommend at all. there are plenty of better places where you wont feel demeaned or unimportant.

Great place and highly recommended! I bring my 12 yr old to see Dr Watson and she is so compassionate and really listens. The whole staff has been nothing but helpful and the respond to messages usually the same day and definitely within 24 hrs.

This place has 100% been a godsend. Ive been looking for the right kind of help for maybe 8 years and finding Crystal was the best thing ever. The people in the office are so kind and helpful too. I love it here.

Had a pretty bad experience with this place. The therapist I was seeing was pretty good, but some days they acted like they were just uninterested/didnt want to be there. I eventually got pretty comfortable talking with them and then they randomly up and quit. Not sure randomly quit, but I wasnt informed until the evening of the day before my appointment. Thats not the business fault. But..since the first one quit, they set me up with a new therapist, which I did not ask for. Pretty closed off when talking about things and didnt want to start all over with someone new. They asked me if Id be interested in being set up with another therapist, told me their suggestions and I said no. I wasnt interested in going back and I told them this. And they charged me several no show fees for the appointments I missed, when I didnt even know I had appointments.. because I told them I wasnt coming back.A few months later, my mental health completely tanks and I decide to try to go back. I called the MOORESVILLE location and the woman set me up an appointment. The day finally comes and i go all the way up there just to find out that, for some reason, they set me up an appointment in the statesville location instead of mooresville. I have only ever been to the mooresville location so Im not sure how this happened. That counted as a no show and I got charged for that as well. Just not worth the hassle, go somewhere else.

Integrative Wellness is a wonderful outpatient counseling practice.  It is clear that there staff and clinicians care about their clients.

I had an new client appointment with Katie Hutto-McIntosh. My first appointment I had to fill out paper-work, which is normal for a new client. They had a lot of nerve to ask me for my debit card number, to keep on file just in case I dont cancel appointment within 24 they would charge my card. My first five visits are paid by employer, and Im not that kind of person that wouldnt cancel appointment within 24. I told the receptionist I wasnt comfortable with giving them my debit card number to put on file, she said that is their policy and that she would have to talk to Katie. Katie came and got me from lobby and asked me if I trust my PCP. At the time it didnt darn on me why she asked me that, because I didnt trust them with my card. After she asked me questions and I answered them, she said you can call and make an appointment if I need to. I said I will make an appointment now for next week, she then said that she didnt have openings without looking at her schedule. I read between the lines, that she didnt want me as one of her client. She is one of the reasons why people cant trust their providers. Katie is very immature that she couldnt understand why I didnt want to leave my debit card in their hands. Ive worked in the medical field for 30 plus years and never heard of any provider asking for your debit card on file. Ive been to specialist and their claim reimbursement are extremely higher then a therapist and I was never asked to give them my debit to put on file. Katie has a lot to learn she doesnt have a lot of experience and it slows. I will never go to another therapist they have a lot of issues themselves. How can they counsel you and they have issues. She was looking on the internet for ways to help me manage. I could of done that myself. My observation of Katie is she could careless about clients, she is more concerned about getting paid for a claim.

Elizabeth Watson is the most caring and sweet person I probably ever met. Everyone there is nice and caring and I feel like they actually care about me. I would suggest this place to anyone who is seeking counseling.

I tried to get an appointment and I got one just the wrong place, I guess they have an office in Statesville and Mooresville. The incompetent receptionist that this place has was very rude and unprofessional, I just wouldnt recommend a place were the receptionist of this facility is not even capable of of being kind and respectful to people in need of help.

Lack of due diligence then it falls back on the patient..... Im reconsidering my prior review.. per the owner please feel free to contact me... I was very frustrated when I wrote it because I knew it would be hard to find another physician to write me my meds. Liz told me she did not feel comfortable writing me my meds because I take a pain medication... I encouraged her to see my rx history in SC in which you all are not affiliated, but she felt like I was misleading on given information... perhaps it was that way on the surface, but NOT intentionally. My doctor is cutting back as most are, but I could not convince differently. I suffer from an enormous amount of stress and anxiety with panic disorder only for it to be multiplied trying to find a new dr that I still have not been able to do even after almost 2 months... she did write me enough for 90 days and Im thankful for that. I just wish she would have reduced what I was getting and have me sign a no risk contract like my pain management dr did.. if Ive ever needed her I need her more now than before to no avail

Do not go here if you have all your previous medical records, and referals showing your 15 plus years on medicines yet are given the stigma you are seeking drugs. Especially when you know more then the barely graduated therapist..
