This was the first time visit for me. I’ve been getting lash extensions for 2 1/2 years and my natural lashes had gotten very short. Verla meticulously worked with each “baby lash” as she called them and gave me extensions more suited to my short lashes. We worked on a plan to improve my natural lashes, which will gradually be enhanced by the extensions. She is kind, gentle, very friendly and made me feel so welcome in her salon. I would highly recommend her!!

Absolutely amazing woman! I love how she asks questions about you and gives you the option to choose what you feel is best for you while also recommending what she thinks is best. I felt so comfortable and am already ready seeing a huge difference just after one facial! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Already counting down the days until my next appointment!

The esthetician, Verla is absolutely fabulous with cosmetic skin care! Her office is relaxing and she made me feel right at home. I received microdermabrasion and chemical peel treatments for acne scars all over my face. Verla was very gentle and empathetic. This was my first ever treatment and I woke up the next day with 100% better looking skin!! So so happy. I will be going back regularly until my skin is perfect to me and then for regular maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Verla was literally amazing! She was able to fit me in last minute do to my job.. She did an amazing job and gave me a different outlook on skin as a whole.. Her place was so clean (makes you more comfortable during covid)...I could say much more but ultimately she had a great personality and was the nicest lady. Lastly, if you are concerned about pricing .. dont be, she was reasonably pricing for what I needed!!! I will be back in March!

I found Verla by chance..my dermatologist recommended that I have a Dermabrasion so I googled and Smooth Reflections was listed..I called Verla who was so prompt in getting back to me.i explained my visit to dermatologist and she took the time over the phone to go over all her services and she scheduled me right away. Once there Verla put me at ease ..explaining all she was doing during treatment and took her time answering ALL my questions ...She never recommends any treatment you do not need ..only those which are geared toward your individual needs..as each persons skin is different. I look forward to many more sessions with Verla. I truly was blessed to find a professional who is caring and goes above and beyond to help me with my skin care. I cant say enough about her professional services. I look forward to many years with Verla helping me with my skin care needs. I HIGHLY recommend her to friends and family!!

I have been to Verla three times now, I had severe cystic acne the first time I saw her. It has improved dramatically! I’m so happy with my skin! She’s helped me gain enough confidence to go out without any make up on!She’s also very sweet and helpful with any questions I have. I would give Verla 10 stars! She’s the best at what she does!

Verla Englert is not educated in this profession!!!! Beware!!! She is a fake!!! I asked her multiple questions about the product she was using on me and she does not know the name or understanding of the description. She cannot spell the name of her own products once asked. She used a chemical peel mix not certified and caused me to seek serious medical concerns. When I called her to get product information she lied. Beating around the bush to avoid my concerns by over talking to me not listening and said she was too busy. Top it off she hung up the phone on me!!!!

I’m in love! Verla has helped me overcome some acne issues I’ve had since I was a teenager and I couldn’t be more happy with my skin now. Even my husband noticed a difference!

Hands down the happiest results I have ever had during my facial treatment. My skin looked years younger after my first treatment. Started seeing Verla a few months ago. Skin was not in the best shape. After just a few treatments my skin is looking better than ever. She is a wonderful beautiful professional woman who knows how and what needs to be done to make another feel great about themselves. I will recommend her to everyone I know who needs any skin care needs because I believe she will do right by all her clients. Prices are exceptionally reasonable and she would never do a procedure that you would feel uncomfortable doing. Five stars!

I had my first procedures today with Verla including microdermabrasion and high frequency heat treatment and I was most impressed. My career has kept me in the sun for years and the damage is real. I cant rave enough about Verla! She is currently correcting a bad eyebrow microblading job that I have been living with for a couple of years. After only 1 session I can see drastic improvement. I am excited to see the end result.Then, she just did my first microdermabrasion treatment and I bought cleansing products from her. Wow! My skin looks years younger in 2 days. She is turning back the clock and helping me feel so good about myself.Verla will be patient and listen to your needs. She is very informative and supportive through the processes.
