I was so pleased with my Color Master Collision Center experience! I had the pleasure of taking my Ford Escape to Color Master last week for repairs. I say pleasure because these are the nicest, most accommodating and professional people I have ever come across in the collision repair industry. Becky and her husband, Pat, who are the owners and Kevin, who is the manager, are all just wonderful people who still believe in top notch customer service. They went above and beyond to get my car back to me days before it was promised and the color match was impeccable. Their office, just outside of Mooresville, is beautiful and the entire facility is warm and inviting, just like Becky and Pat. Trust me, it is worth the drive to experience their customer care and impeccable results, not to mention, they saved me money. I never thought I’d say I look forward to taking one of our vehicles to have it repaired but I can now!

Just plain and simple. Best decision I could have made. A first class operation. They know their business, offer very competitive pricing and are trustworthy. If your car is broke, they fix it. Great staff.

Oh my gosh! This business was the absolute BEST I have have dealt with. They took the time to explain all the repairs, what it entails and exact cost. The accident was the other drivers fault and his insurance approved me for a rental for 16 days (ugh, 2 weeks!). My car went in on Thursday and was ready for pickup that following Monday. Thats 3 workdays! I was flabbergasted when they called and said it was ready cuz I was thinking weeks. Anyway I have a 2005 Lincoln that was in great condition (I thought) but when I picked it up it looked mint. They detailed it including shining up my wheels. With the new back end it really looks great. I would have thought finding parts for a 15 yr old car would have taken longer than 3 days. Plus, you will not believe their location. Youll have to use them so you can see their whole layout. All I can say was I was stunned it is in such a beautiful area. The Office is a beautiful log cabin. I cant praise this business enough. Absolute high end service with a smile.

I wish I could give a seven-star rating for Color Master of Mooresville. This shop is obviously managed with excellence: They are well organized, and interacted with me, the customer, in a very professional manner. They provided coherent explanation of the work needed and the procedures involved. The insurance company handling the repair accepted their estimate without change, and the repair was completed ahead of schedule. I was amazed at the positive attitude of the staff -- way beyond my expectations. Another observation: I received a significant refund because one of the parts in the estimate was not needed. I would not have known any difference. How many shops operate like this? Incredible place; you have to experience it yourself to understand. By the way: my repair was perfect (of course).

If you are in need of an Auto Body repair shop, Color Master is the place to go. I know the previous comments mention the words first class and excellent, and those comments are right on. Great friendly staff and top notch repair work! I would highly recommend.

I have not been in an accident in 30 years. However, my experience with colormaster was absolutely wonderful. My car was returned promptly and the repair was perfect. My car was also washed and cleaned. Wow, great job, very pleasant people, and timely repair. Highly recommend them.

*DO NOT believe their lifetime warranty advertisements. I was referred by a family member when I was involved in a car accident. A red flag should have popped up when Kevin (Pats son) was off on my estimate. After a month of saving to get my bumper and fender repaired, the estimate was off by hundreds of dollars. Telling them I could only pay what was on estimate, they agreed to fix my car (I should have known better since their estimate was way cheaper than the others I went to). Once I got my car back, in a few weeks the bumpers paint already started to peel. The original bumper on the car did not have these issues and just after a few weeks, the new bumper already started to peel. I told Becky (Pats wife) and I brought my car back for them to look at. I was already inconvenienced by the fact I had to miss work and left without a car for a few days. During the repaint, i was called multiple times and told they had issues reapplying paint to the bumper, so they reordered another. Why would a company buy products that arent properly made or properly suited for their paint? After these excuses, I was told they can no longer insure the lifetime warranty on the bumper since it cost them too much money already. Pat (the owner) even came down to talk to me in person to tell me that it was my fault for not buying an OEM bumper and would not take responsibly for the stupid mistakes they made. He also made the excuse that it was the primer on the bumper THEY ordered. Instead of doing the right thing and sanding the bumper down, they threw it on my car. Now if my bumpers paint starts to peel because of their terrible job, Im stuck with the bill. Dont start a job you cant complete!!

Highly recommended! Took my 2008 Subaru WRX in for rear end damage, and they color matched perfectly, touched up a few scuffs around the doors, and had my car back to me in record time! The lifetime warranty is a huge added bonus, not to mention how great their customer service is! Best body shop on the East Coast, by far!

I could not have been more pleased or impressed by the service and the quality that the Color Master crew showed while working on my car. They fixed a sizable dent in my wheel well, at half the price as anyone else I talked to and garunteed the job for life. Pat and Becky Bradshaw were some of the nicest people that Ive ever dealt with in any business and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I bought a brand new 2019 corvette that somehow the dealer nicked the door as it was getting cleaned up for delivery. the door had to have the three stage paint blended and then clearcoat the door, they told me to take it to Pat the owner of Colormaster Collision Center.I was not very happy about my new corvette having to have the door painted but Pat assured me his shop could repair and paint the door and it will look perfect. I just picked up my car and I will say they did a perfect job, not only matching the color but also clearcoating the door with the factory texture and shine. I would highly recommend Colormaster and Pat for any repair from a small repair to a major collision job. And this review comes from someone who owned and operated a paint and collision shop in Florida for 35 years.
