I went to Trax As water was entering my fuel tank. I told him I had one stripped bolt and needed it re-threaded. Trax went in and secured the tank checking all 8 bolts to assure the repair. It held strong then after a break When I arrived to my vessel 10 months later with water Over the repair I thought well now we’re about to find out(I had confidence it held strong even before checking for water). Sure enough There was zero water in my fuel tank!! The only negative is it took me so long to get back to the boat!!

Went to have valve seals done.They told me it could be in the car, quotes me a price.After I paying them .They werent able to do it the car.Charge me more.Then stripped out the Power steering and the AC lines .They deny that they broke it until I showed him the pictures he sent me of it tore apart.Finally got him to look at it.Then wanted to me wait 3 weeks to take it apart.WORSE SHop Ever.

Awesome car repair shop!

Brought my Ranger in about a year ago for Trax to install a magnaflow muffler and 2 exhaust tips. This was the most unproffessional muffler or fabrication work i have ever seen. My first problem was that on of the exhaust tips that was supposed to be welded on came off on the interstate, bounced over a little sedan and hit an 18 wheeler. From then on the problems only got worse. The piping was done without any second thought and ran directly under the leaf springs. Every time I hit a bump you would hear them clash against each other. Eventually both sides of the exhaust were blown off the hangers from being constantly smacked against the leaf springs. Finally the pipes broke off where they were welded at the muffler and hung down insuch a way that they destroyed the U joint on my trucks drive shaft. Between the $500 they charged me for the exhaust and the extra $150 I had to put in to fixing their mistakes, Ill think twice about where I go next time, especially considering that within ten months I had to cut the entire exhaust system off just to be able to drive my truck down the road.

Today, finding a talented and ethical person in almost any industry is a challenge. Finding a highly-skilled and experienced automotive expert who takes care of his customers like you’d take care of your own family is like finding the proverbial needle in a haystack. Matt confirmed for us we didn’t need the repair work two other independent mechanics said we had to have. And, the work we did need done, wasn’t nearly to the extent we had been told. Matt and his team did exactly what was needed and charged a fraction of what my 18 year old son had been quoted elsewhere. The result is, we have a safe and healthy vehicle for my son to drive and we didnt have to break the bank. Now that I’ve found him, Matt Foxx, owner of Trax Automotive, and his team will be the only ones working on our cars. Thank you Matt!!!
