I brought my 2012 Kia Optima in because of a front vibration and in the steering wheel. The gentleman did his inspections on all 4 tires letting me know they were still in good shape instead of trying to sell me tires I didn’t need. The mechanics had my car in the bay for 15 minutes and finished rotating and balancing. I’m very impressed with the team Discount tire has put together at this location. Keep it up! Shawn was awesome! It takes a lot for me to be impressed - let alone give 5 stars. I had a quote for $972 from BJ’s for 4 new tires. Not only did they match it - Shawn saved me another $10 bucks!! $962 for the exact tires I wanted. They had me in and out in under an hour and a half. Just got back home from having these guys fix my flat tire (MK7 GTI). Been here a few times and they’re always on top of things!I called them up on a busy Friday afternoon thinking I’d probably have to wait until Saturday. Nope! They told me to swing by and they’d fit me in. Not only did they fix my flat, they also balanced and rotated my tires for free!With everything going on right now it’s so nice to feel valued. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

This is by far the best place to get tires and wheels!! They will beat anybody, I have tried other places and went back to them and they have beat them. Honestly I have done business here for several years!! Tire rotations are free and not only that they will just help out whoever needs help in a pinch and not even charge them for small things. Even tho I waited awhile cause I was a walk-in, which is understandable. These guys still got me in-n-out (no pun intended) a bit earlier then what I was scheduled. These guys do a outstanding job (coming from a tech) and I highly recommend them. I am definitely going back. Hopefully I dont have to lol. but if I do their the first ones Im calling !!!

They provide fast service but not as accurate and precise as I expected. Tires, wheels, sensors and balancing are important components on a vehicle if it isn’t done right the customer has more issues down the road. My TPS light came on after getting new wheels put on by Discount Tire and I also needed my tires balanced due to vibration. They attempted to charge me for the new sensor (my vehicle is just a year one) when it didn’t start malfunctioning until I got the new wheels installed and I felt they should be responsible for fixing which the guy did agree to do with a slight attitude as if I was asking for too much. If you tell me initially if anything goes wrong come back and we will take care of you that doesn’t mean we will charge you for something we altered. Now my tires still since unbalanced but there’s no point is going back if it was supposedly taken care of. I doubt I will be return unless there is a serious issue and/or warranty situation only they can fix. Thoroughness is very important with vehicles and safety should always be first for every vehicle.

Discount Tire has extremely good customer service. Their prices are competitive, and their service is fast. I have always had a pleasant experience bringing my vehicles for tire-related service. Everyone is helpful.

10 stars. Got there around 5:15pm after work and left about 6:10 after needing 2 new tires with no appointment. Super professional and nice. Obviously it was “quitting time” come 6pm and you could even hear the mechanics singing. Lol. Highly recommend.

This place have unparalleled service. They go so far above the bar, I would never go any place else. Mark has taken care of me on several occasions and he is incredible and doesnt have a low gear. Hes a real leader and serves as an example of what customers should expect when they come in for tires.

I have had an issue with my front tire loosing air and had visited two other tire service locations where they told me that I needed to replace the tire as it was unrepairable. I went to discount tire ... received incredible service from the team especially Mike and Bobby. I was so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness. They found the problem ( a 1 inch long wire object lodged in the tire ) and fixed it including rebuilding the valve which had been compromised from my continual air filling. They earned my business and I will be back to get my full set of tires replaced soon. Great team of pros over there!

I was VERY pleased with the service I received in Mooresville. When I drove into the parking lot, Trent helpfully suggested that I look into purchasing new wheels for my car. Actually, I was totally in agreement with him! Then, in the store, Kong was very helpful and courteous in setting me up with wheels and tires. I already knew I wanted Michelin tires so he followed through with all of my needs. This was my second time purchasing at this store. The service and attitudes are great!

I stopped by yesterday a little late with a sudden flat tire and they were so quick and accommodating. Great service and super friendly. Also very impressed with their cleaning standards in regard to COVID-19.

Replaced my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensor with no charge! For this service I cannot recommend them enough. This will cost you money just about anywhere else and I almost didnt believe it but they had my OEM sensor in a ziplock. As always, make sure to note the itemized statement of services to be sure of what is charged and necessary. 10/10 good prices and outstanding service by professionals.

They are pretty fast and friendly, and you dont have to get out of the car except to go in and pay. then again all they do is tires. theres a lot of fees but you do get coverage for flat replacements, even blowouts.

I’ve now been here 3 times and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. I’ve gotten new tires, repaired a hole and had my tires rotated. First off, make an appointment and you will be in and out way faster than you’d imagine. These guys run around and I mean run...they are working hard and fast. And the manager (?) is out there making sure nothing is skipped for your car or their safety. And right now during covid, they are taking all the precautions. Each time has been an easy and great experience!

I have worked with this location for the last three years. Today they exceeded my expectations. I needed a flat repair... 4 hours. I left and they said they would text me when it was done. 2 hrs later, it was ready. Unfortunately I couldn’t get there until closing. I showed up in the process of closing. They waved me in like I was a NASCAR driver and took my donut off, filled it with air and put my repaired tire on. They packed up my spare and all the parts and torqued the lugs on all of my tires. Done in 5 minutes and while everyone was ready to go home. No frowns, no complaints, just great service. My only disappointment was that I did not get the managers name who orchestrated the whole process. Thank you for taking great care of me.

They did a great job social distancing while getting the tires serviced. In a country where there are many places to take your tires, i choose to use Discount Tire! They do good honest work as a rule. We should send them to Congress, but that would probably ruin them!

Really love the customer service and the way they handle their customers. This place is always busy, so better schedule your visit or be prepared to wait an hour to two hours. They will state upfront about the wait time, if you decide to walk in. All the reps are really professional and courteous. I really love Discount Tire, none of the franchise has dissapointed me ever. Considering how busy they were I felt the hour in and out was really fast. My complaint and reason for only 3 stars was they put the 2 new tires on the front. Ive always been told that when you have 2 new and 2 old tires you put the new ones on the back. Its dangerous to have the 2 new ones on the front. I was on my lunch break so I didnt have time to ask them to rotate but I shouldnt have had too. Its ok though ill take it to my normal Tire place Monday and they will help me. Almost had a new customer, but I felt putting the 2 new tires on the front was lazy and not looking out for the best interest of the customer.

My vehicle had a nail in the middle of the rear tire. I called to make an appointment, and the gentleman got all my info and said they would see me the next day. Show up today, and they promptly assisted me (with all social distance protocols in-place too). They repaired it in about 15 minutes, and I asked how much I owed and they said no charge, we do this for free! I couldnt believe it, was very surprised. Will definitely look to Discount Tires in the future when I need tires.

This place looks great on the outside but garbage in terms on execution. They said my tires and wheels would fit on my Audi and everything would be here by Friday. Then called me on Friday and said that they didnt have my rims in and would be in on Monday. Then on Monday they called me and told me that the tires dont fit on my car when they had a database and their front desk guy said they would. These guys are all airhead they have no clue what their doing. The best is to learn how to change your tire cause these guys are incompetent.

They did what I wanted and redeemed themselves today. I havent been there so long I was no longer in the system. Last time they didnt include balancing, they removed my chrome valve stems installed black valve stems and charged me extra for chrome valve stems. This time I called and asked if balancing was included in the installation and they said yes. I went there and explained my last valve stem issue and they said it is included. I told them what tires I wanted from the website and they did what I asked. Im about amazed. I didnt want to go there, but other stores online in-stock means available in 3-5 days and I wanted to get it done while I was off with my Sons spring break. Sorry to complain when they did good, but its where my frustration comes from. Again yes I feel better I went back and I didnt get ripped off today.

I got my last pair of yokahamas here and theyve outlasted my last two pairs of Coopers already and still look brand new. Service is always friendly and the one time Ive ever had an issue they took the time and energy to make it right; I would recommend to anyone.

Wouldnt hesitate to send my spouse, kids or mother to these guys/gals. The chi-fil-a of tires. Always cheaper or same as anyone but the nicest, most professional and honest place you could imagine. For tires I wouldnt go anywhere else. Last dozen or so sets of tires for our family have been from here or the salisbury or kannapolis stores. All the same experience. Always ask myself was it really that easy? after leaving. Bought a used car for a kid and asked them to check the tires. They said they were fine and rotated them and wouldnt let us pay even though the tires werent purchased there. Not even an attempt to sell us new tires. Who does that?

Mark took the time to check my tire. I had used a sealer to patch the tire which made it difficult to find the leak. They took the tire off the rim twice and finally found the slow leak. Great service, and they did not charge me a cent. I was also happy with a set of tire I purchased for my other car. I would recommend this location to my family and friends.

I originally placed an order for 4 tires on the website. Bryce quickly contacted me to let me know there was a better tire, for the same price, and they were in stock so I could get my tires changed the same day! This was the first time I’ve been to this discount tire and I have to say everyone is welcoming and friendly. Bryce was more than helpful today. This was my first time making a tire purchase but I would definitely return and recommend this location!!

Mark and his crew are great.  I buy at least one set of tires a year and have nothing but great things to say about the Mooresville DIscount Tire.  They have great prices and if they are not the lowest they will usually match another local shops price.  Its can be a busy place but they do a great job getting you in and out.  They will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.  On more than one occasion they have fixed flats and replaced valve stems for me on tires that were not purchased from them, that kind of above and beyond service is why I have purchased around a dozen sets of tires from them and will purchase more in the future.

They were very efficient, offered a fair price, and made the ordering and installation of my specialized tires a breeze. From initial phone call to new tires on my car was only day. The facility is clean and customer friendly and the staff was very professional. They did not try to sell me a bunch of things I didnt need either. Will definitely return.

Im a new customer and my first experience was great. The gentleman was very helpful to my needs and even went as far as making suggestions I hadnt thought of. I went in for 2 new back tires and ended up getting my front 2 tires replaced instead, due to their condition being worse than the back 2. Other tire places wouldnt have cared to check and continued to replace my back 2. They also let me know the condition of my brakes, which was important to know. The facility was clean and the staff was very professional and polite. Overall, this experience was flawless and Ill definitely go back in the future.

The manager and staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. They do everything they can to give their customers a positive experience.
