When your appt is on December 3rd, and you need to change your appointment, because youll be out of town for Thanksgiving. You can go up to a week before your appt, or 3 days after your appointment without being charged. However, Thanksgiving ends up falling on the week before your appointment, and they are closed the day of Thanksgiving and the day after.....but there is no option to go on the 25th instead. Ridiculous....if you arent open on Thursday or Friday, I should have the option to go the day before Thanksgiving. And apparently they have no managers or supervisors they report to. Very strange for how this business is ran. They absolutely 100% do not care about you as a person.

Installer was 2 hours late and really didnt know what he was doing.

No one answers phone calls, like ever. 3 hours on hold, during normal business hours. No answer, two days in a row.

They rip you off every month about half way through the 2 month period they have the machine throw a bad code so they can charge you another $45.00 Im taking mine out Im tired of being ripped off.

Seriously does anyone get excited about state-sponsored extortion?
