Our one-hour flight from Philadelphia became an 8-hour flight from hell. Ray had followed our progress (or lack thereof) and met us in the baggage claim area 5 hours later than we had booked him for! Way above and beyond! It was particularly wonderful as we were on our way home from England so had been travelling 23 hours by the time we finally deplaned in Charlotte!

This is the best service bar far!!! Love Ray and his crew!!!
