The Indy Drivers website made it so easy to book an appointment. I dont know the city that well and the roads were bad, so I searched on yelp. The easy booking is what did it for me. Everything else was good to. Very comfortable ride and the driver was nice. He arrives a little earlier than I wanted, but thats my only complaint.*I though that I already had posted this but it never sent. The actual date was in January.

Dean was fantastic. I had used Uber and Lyft, but had never used a fancy car service before. The cool thing was that The Indy Driver has the option of luxury or coach, which is a bit more affordable for my budget. The online booking was great, and super easy. Dean, my driver, made me feel completely comfortable. On top of everything, I got a phone call from the owner himself asking me about my experience. I am so glad that I discovered The Indy Driver service. It is 110% better than taking an Uber.

The Indy Driver doesn’t deliver as promised. If you speak out against the owner he threatens to release personal information to try to damage your reputation, he tries to smear your name on social media, and has no problem lying, up to and including making false accusations to try to cover up his shrewd business practices. He lies to and steals money from his drivers by giving them a smaller percentage than promised.
