Literally the worst. Employees are EXTREMELY confrontational. Had multiple bosses called with people claiming I had no reservation for my item. Fast forward and I got my item I reserved and listened to dead beat employees in a run down parking lot telling me I had no claim to the item. Literally go anywhere else but here.

Fastest and nicest uhaul experience Ive ever had. (Thats what she said) but for real, the 2 gentleman that helped me were great!

Had no idea the key box for 24/7 was located on the back of the building. Drove to another location he said he was there but upon arrival he was not there. Had to call uhaul customer service several times. Ended up not missing the snow storm and gotta say to move in snow is no fun. Messed up my whole moving day.

Did our reservation through the app. Keys were in the lockbox indicated. I wish they would have updated the hours on the app, though.

The staff here are extremely rude. I definitely do not recommend going here. There are a few other locations in the area go there and save yourself the trouble. Two thumbs down.

The place isn’t new or shiny but it was clean. The staffs the friendliest I’ve ever dealt with at any U-Haul. The location reminded me of my childhood. I’d recommend, very professional!

Its a smaller shop but you can tell its family owned. They give more care about their customers and are transparent about prices. Im used to the Uhaul in Norman, which is everything opposite of this review. The lobby and parking lot are extremely small and can get crowded during busy times. So far the best customer service Ive received from Uhaul was from here

Prices good! Got there & office was empty. I Sat at desk, daughter-in-law walked around, waited 10mins, a Lady customer comes in, worker comes in & looks around, walks to lady who just came in Hi can I help you they walk to desk, rudely talk over Me in chair at desk, we were here 1st ignored, so I struggle out of chair,tornRAchille Tendon, another 10mins, & it was our turn. 2nd worker comes in. Went great, crew were nice then. Thenwhen we were checking truck in, totally clean & all windows clean, w/ more gas than started w/ & only went 10miles total. It took 45mins to check it in. Making us late, $20 for being late!! Ive had worse experiences, JS!! Hopefully they were just having bad day & usually theyre more hospitable. Good Luck!!

I had an issue with them and felt like sharing. I had to rush home because police were at my house trying to get in my yard for a uhaul unit that was bought from the company in Colorado prior to moving here. It was bought because the company didnt want it back when I moved from Florida; said they didnt have space for it and that it wasnt on their books.Thing is, instead of knocking on my door or calling me since they had my number and address and I also had a truck Id rented from them as well in this move here, and figuring this out, cops were called, insult hurled, and the greatest disrespect was shown by employees to my family, whereas the cops were surprisingly cordial.Id never recommend dealing with a company with such abhorrent employees.Better just to go to the Ryder on I-35 service road.

The guy Rodney was nice, however, his employee was a little cold.

Reserved a 24 hour rental, defaulted to 6 hour and was never contacted.Reserved after hour pick up. There was no lock box as directed online. And no instructions as to how to find key. You had to open padlock on back of truck and key inside the back.Got charged for a truck I never used. Reserved to next person after 6 hours and not 24.Called manager Rodney and he was very rude, short, and hung up the phone before I could get an explanation. He said I should have been able to follow instructions online. Then all trucks in area were sold out!!! Horrible and stressful day!!

Great place for U-haul, gasoline, and a certified mechanic on duty. Also is a big help that the mechanic is there on Saturday.

Not a flashy place but they give excellent and honest service.

Shevaun was inconsiderate and unprofessional, had me take multiple pictures of myself and utility bills that were correct and matched and then he/she denied me, went through the whole process. Worst experience ever especially after uhaul telling us we will have no problem getting the truck and we planned on moving Sunday. Oh and guess what! Youre closed !

Very satisfied with the service.

Nothing but thieves here. They charged 10.00 our credit card 10.00 to sweep out the truck. The problem is, we swept it clean. When we disputed this, Rodney was very rude and told us he didnt care if we disputed it and hung up on us. Very unprofessional! I suspect he gets to sneak that charge in on all rentals.
