I highly recommend NOT to come to this establishment because they are very rude and Unprofessional!!! You can spend $140 and break a nail, they charge you $10 extra to fix the nail!!!! When you was just in about 4 days ago!!!

Rachel was absolutely amazing. It’s hard to find someone who can do stiletto nails well, much less ombré stiletto. She did an amazing job!!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a fantastic job delivering it. And she was extremely sweet and friendly. The whole staff was awesome. I loved the atmosphere of the whole place. Definitely found my new go to for my nails and eyebrows.

I have never been to a place that has some many colors. The skill these nail techs have are incredible!!! You can bring them any picture of how you want your nails and they will get them done perfectly!!!! They also have the most amazing customer service you could ask for.

This place is 20 levels and then some above every place I’ve ever taken my girls to get their nails done. My whole family comes here to get their nails done and have for several years. The nails provided are unbelievable. My wife’s set lasts for several months without popping off, and they’re always on time with appointments. If you want a quality set of nails this is the only place in the metro to go.

First off they charge you an extra 3% to use a debit card which is illegal. That’s why they are called “merchant fees”. Second when I mentioned the polish was not drying after waiting 40 minutes, they got short with me and said “ it’s not gel it’s paint!” What????? I will not return! Oh and there were fake eyelashes stuck to the fur on the chair. I should have known to leave then!!! My bad!!!

They were so nice and did a great job on my nails. Would recommend!

I love this place, pretty environment, friendly people. I havent had my nails done in a long time. And it was relaxing in here. I got exactly what I wanted done. One thing I will say is make sure you know where your going before complaining about these people. They work hard and dont deserve slanderous comments. Ill definitely be back.

Great experience getting my nails done for my birthday yesterday. 4 of us got pedis (my daughter is 6 and my husband joined the fun), and 1 gor a mani. We walked right in and were able to be seated and worked on simultaneously. Great experience, nice staff, and very sanitary as well.

Tommy was amazing. First time here and he walked me through options, process, and was very patient. He made the time enjoyable with good conversation and Ill definitely be back!!

I love this place! Its the best nail salon that Ive ever been to. They are truly artists. I recommend the jelly pedi, its the best. Each time that I leave the salon Im more than pleased with the service. Since I started getting my nails done here, they look longer, healthier and people always give me compliments about them.

Awesome salon makes you feel like a queen! Actually has pedi chairs that look like white leather thrones, with white fur seating accents. All thats needed is a tiara! Atmosphere is Paris pink and black decor. Pedi can be accompanied by a great Mimosa refreshment on request! Salon staff is friendly and welcoming as well as professional and knowledgeable.

I have been here before a long time ago and it was wonderful service... however this time it was ridiculously bad. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted, I explained that I liked square shape with rounded edges... and that took 3 different tries to get. Ive gotten lots of manicures and never had a problem explaining that before. So now, what length I had in my nails is gone because she kept having to file them down more. Then, she proceeded to slap some glitter over my nail and call it done. The picture I showed her was ombre glitter, after showing her the picture again, she says oh thats what you wanted? Well yes, yes thats why I showed you the picture at the beginning and said this is what I want. And after redoing it, it STILL wasnt correct! I left the picture in front of her and it still wasnt correct... and she also told me at the beginning it would be $40, and at the end she gave me a check for $45. I realize its only 5 dollars but after everything else, it really was just the icing on the cake. Ultimately Im completely disappointed and wouldnt recommend the place.

Tommy was my tech. He was very friendly, but most importantly he did a very wonderful job on my pedicure, and nails. Definitely recommend him.

I dont know what the other lady is talking about but this place is awesome! I recommend the Jelly Pedi which was amazing! They can do so many wonderful designs! I would definitely recommend them to others!

TRASHY place. Smelled horrible, and the service was so slow. It took one hour and 15 minutes for a manicure. The lady I went to didnt know how to do the design I wanted on my nails so I waited for the next technician and she did it so fast because she was waiting on someone else. It looked like crap when I was finished and cost $50... Do not trust the 5 star reviews, fully convinced its just the staff...

Poor attention to detail. Texting and visiting with friends while doing my twin daughters nail. Not ok. They don’t want to go back.

Im in love with Royalty Salon & Nails. I am a nail freak and this place does it ALL. The work that is produced by each nail tech is the best you will get in OKC. Hands down.

Getting a Pedi done as Im typing. This is THE BEST Pedi Ive had. I havent got the name of the lady doing it. But she owns this salon. So nice and the Pedi is amazing! Shes actually taking her time and not just rushing it.

Decor is pretty.Nail tech cut the tops of my cuticles on my toes on 6 toes to the point of bleeding! Now they are painful and swollen. The polish flaked off in 3 days on most of my toes also. She used a gel type polish and did not cure it with a light. Appears that they only use gel.If you want to get realy fancy artistic blingy artificial finger nails maybe this is your place. But if you want a safe goos quality pedicure and manicure skip this place forever!If i thought id get part of my $80 back id go back and show them what they did to my feet but id rather let them heal and find a safer better place.

I went here for the first time about 10 days ago. we made an appointment and when I got there I had to wait about an hour and a half. I got shellac. after waiting that long they did my nails and did take off $5. however they last maybe a week.... they started chipping and havin cracking in the shellac ( which I didnt even know was possible) and they just look down right horrible. I called the salon to ask them if they had a policy or anything on their nails chopping barely into a week. she then informed me I would have to pay for a polish change for $20. I informed her I was the one who waited for over an hour barely a week ago and she said it would be $20. so I would have to spend more then the 1st time when they did a TERRIBLE JOB. its ridiculous. I will not be in going back. they are more expensive then most nail salons here in moore for absolutely no reason. they really should do a better job and care about their clients a little more.

I go to lilli. Ive been coming to the royalty 6 months at least now and every time I leave with blinged out fabulous nails that look instagram worthy. I also pay a lot for these blinged out nails. My set is usually a lot more because I add LOTS of crystals. You reviewers dont realize that when your nails stay for 4-8 weeks and none of your art has fallen off its worth the 100$ I pay. I could go twice a month and go to the lesser salons I had been frequenting during my life in Oklahoma and SPEND the equivalent of the same amount by making two trips!!! Its QUALITY... I will never go to another place. My nails do not chip break, lift or anything. People always ask me where I get my nail work done. Check out @nailsbylilli on insta and the Royaltys insta. I got a set of glowing bling 25th birthday nails and lilli knocked it out of the park like always😘 I pick QUALITY over Quantity anyday. If you cant afford good quality nails, keep it movin. Dont hate on a business bc you didnt ask how much your services cost before hand. How is that their fault lol?

I went to Royalty Nails in Moore on Tuesday and got a Dip set. While at work on Wednesday the top coat just peeled off. I went back on Wednesday, they re-applied the top coat however Wednesday night the top coat peeled off again. I will not be going back to this salon. I do not have time to go back daily to get a top coat re-applied.

The nail artist was friendly, but my nails were not evenly done at all. Then when I went to check out I got a rude surprise. My $25 full set ended up being $50. When I asked why, I was told that shaping the nails was $15 and another $10 was for gel, which I was not informed of when it was offered.
