I’ve been a couple of times now so that’s not a lot but I wanted to leave a review. I’ve seen Lisa both times and she’s always been great! She listens to my requests and has done what I’ve requested, as far as patterns, colors, etc. She is friendly and good at what she does! I’ve had a full set, pedicure (including fixing one of my toe nails that got ripped of really short) and had my eyebrows waxed. And they have all been great! I never feel rushed, which seems to be the norm these days! I feel they are clean and consistent! Thanks Lisa for always doing a great job!

Terrible experience!!!! Unless you want mismatched nails go elsewhere! Two of the nails on one hand were a completely different size! In the picture you can tell the nail sizes clearly don’t match

I love this place! I drive over an hour to get my nails done here. Vi is wonderful and always gets my nails perfect! The salon is clean and all of the girls are so sweet and friendly.

Very poor customer service. I called in the morning and made an appointment for 5pm. I arrived 10min prior to my appointment time, no one greeted me. Then a lady came over, I told her I had a 5pm appointment for a pedicure. She asked me to have a seat and someone would be with me. After 20min after my appointment time (waited 30min total) and a gentleman walking in and getting seated right away for his pedicure, I walked out. Dont expect to be seen or even approached when you make a appointment. Guess they could care less if you make one or not

Absolutely LOVE this salon! No matter what tech you get, its always an awesome job! Depending on the time of day and how busy they are, there maybe a wait... but, that should be expected at any salon you go to. You can always book appointments, with a specific nail tech. I feel that all the technicians always go above and beyond here.

Excellent customer service. They are also very professional. I always get pedicures here. Always make you feel like youre very important.

Really enjoy my time here! All of the girls are super friendly & always laughing. They do a fantastic job on the services performed. I have tried several nail salons and often left with sore, bleeding cuticles. Not here!! They take their time and are careful.

This is the cleanest and friendliest nail salon I have found. They may not be the fastest but I havent had a nail break so that out ways the extra time. They also take the time to talk to thier customers and get to know them.

Just know this place doesnt care what the customer wants!!!!Their customer service is horrible. I have been to this spa several times and the first was really good. However the next couple of visit was with Anh and she was just okay. Anh added white powder to my dipped red sparkling nails. What I picked didnt have white specks. Didnt like it!!!! Decided I would go back and hope for better service!! Well I didnt get it. I asked Anh to please not add the white powder to the red sparkle I choose, as Anh was telling me how she had to the owner (I think) came over and started talking to Anh (in their dialect) I know talking about me. Then other employees were talking as well and pointing in my direction to their clients they were working on. Not only was I totally embarrassed but ignored as well.And yes I set there and let Anh use the white powder because I didnt want to cause a scene. Its obvious they dont care what theyre clients want. HORRIBLE!!!!

Best place to get your nails done, no matter what technician I get, they do a great job. I have been going there for two years.

I just spent 2.5 hours getting a mani/pedi. I had to remind the girl (who spoke absolutely no english) that she needed the black Light shellac thing for shellac nails. She was going to do it without. I also did not get wax bc she took so long the other girls said she was done smiled and took my money without an apology. I dont think shes ever done nails before. Poor girl. Worst nail salon experience ever. My friends were done an hour before I was. It depends on the person who does your nails.

Worst nail salon I have been to. They bruised my eyebrow when I got them waxed, and my nail looked terrible.

I got a shellac manicure and it turned out well. They also dip your hands in wax, some places dont but I feel like it should be standard for a manicure. I was told it would be $25 and that was the price I was charged; unlike some places that tack on all these extra fees when you go to pay. Only been there once, but Ill be back in the future!
