Started out with good customer service, but when we filed a claim we found out the policy we thought we purchased was not the policy we had. After comparing pricing from a few companies we went with Safco for a full replacement policy. When we filed a claim for the roof, we were informed by the adjuster we did not have a replacement cost policy. We have spent 3 months back and forth and they have yet to make it right. No wonder the quote was less than others. Just check your policy information don’t base your information on what you are told by the agent.
