Jessica and her staff (including Mayhem) go above and beyond to help my family. I have referred several family members and friends to her agency, they are my trusted advisor.

I called this agency because I needed an insurance quote for my house and when I told this lady, who answered my call, that I did not want my ex-husband in the policy, she treated me as a liar and that I wanted to defraud the insurance company. She denied me the service because I didnt want to include my cars in the policy claiming and assuring that those were Allestate rules. I just wanted a quote and bought my home insurance.

I have had 2 minor accidents this past year. One was to my vehicle only. The other bumped a door with my tire in very tight parking lot on a small car and my truck. My fault, yes. However, they paid out less than $900.00 combined on both incidents. I have paid over $220 a month for insurance over the past 12 years with no accidents. So they have the nerve to drop my insurance because of paying $900 out of the nearly $32,000 I have paid in insurance. There is a special place in hell for these money hungry people.
