Great service at a fair price. I was having issues with master bedroom being 10° hotter than the rest of the house, the owner Chad came out and quoted me and was back approx a week later and rerouted my system and now the house is balanced and my ac isnt running 24/7. I called Cool Daddys late on a Friday because our AC went out. He was able to come out, same day, and one he got here he determined what we were dreading - we needed a new AC unit. We powered through that night and he came over the next day (a Saturday) to lend us two brand new window units to try to help get us through the next few days until he could install our new unit. He was back on Thursday and spent the day meticulously installing the new AC, ensuring that everything was perfect. He even called back around a week later to make sure everything was okay and that we didnt need anything else.We will forever be customers of Cool Daddys and Im so thankful that we used him. Chad is one of the most honest hard working and punctual people I ave met. He came out, explained to my understanding that the ac had to be replaced. I got three quotes and his quote was hands down the lowest. They all said the ac had to be replaced. He was able to replace it quickly and cleaned up everything and made sure i was satisfied before he would accept payment. I would not recommend any other ac company until you have a chance to have Chad bid and do the job. Thank you Chad.

Our AC decided to take a nose dive at 12:01 on Friday the 13th, great, right?! First thing this morning Chad was out and man, this guy worked his brain off to figure out the issues and fixed them all. Through the back and forth and sweating through it he found the issues and got our system going again. Thank you Chad..I have a permanent AC fella, praise it all! AC would not keep up with 90+ degree temperature so called multiple places around Moore. None could come out anytime soon but Cool Daddys made time and slipped me in the same morning. Chad came out and did a full inspection of the unit and tested the temp at all the vents. Found the issue and now the AC unit is not running non-stop trying to stay ahead of the Oklahoma heat. Chad did not try to charge extra for hidden items or find broken or failing items that needed to be replaced. Great service and work ethic, came in and went straight to work. Definitely use this company in the future for all my AC/heat issues.

Had no idea why the A/C wasnt working all of the sudden - just had my system serviced 3 weeks ago. Chad changed the air filters & now we are running cold air again. The problem was all the dust from the bathroom remodel. Anybody else would have tried to sell me a whole new system. Thanks Chad!

Cool daddy’s was punctual, thorough and honest. System needed a maintenance and thermostat change out. The maintenance was thoroughly written as to what was done. Capacitor was reading a low rating and needed replaced. I was called to ask if I would like to replace the part instead of just replacing it and charging me. I’m happy with how everything was handled professionally and with great integrity.

Chad replied to my initial inquiry quickly and was able to fit me into the schedule that same day. He did a diagnostic, replacement part quote, and ordered the part as soon as he left. The very next day Chad had the part and was ready to install. He was friendly and honest, showing me each issue and telling me why they may be causing a problem and why he recommended replacements. I plan to use Cool Daddys for any future heat and air maintenance or repair!

A/C went out on Friday night. Called Cool Daddy’s as I saw they were open on Saturday. Called at 9 am and Chad called me back within 30 minutes. Was on-site within an hour and a half from talking to him. Fixed my a/c and was on his way in under an hour. So less than 2 hours after I called Cool Daddy’s on a holiday weekend, my a/c was up and running at what I consider to be a VERY reasonable price! I have found my new heat and air guy! Highly recommend Cool Daddy’s and Chad is a professional in every way!

Couldnt find another way to make a second post. So, adding it to the older one. Air went out in the middle of the night (Saturday). We called really early and Chad called us back before he was even open. This time the motor had given up the ghost. (Old units,) He knew what it was. Fixed quickly and I think reasonably. As I said in my other comment wont ever call anyone else. Thanks again Chad😁Came out the same day we called. Fixed the problem right off. The capacitor. Because his brother, also great air conditioning company, had installed one a few years ago, Chad checked and it was a lifetime warranty. He only charged us for labor. Friendly, professional and helpful, dont intend ever using another company even to install a whole new system. THANK YOU😁 Great job!!

Very reputable. No over charging like some of the big HVAC companies. He came even though it was past 5:00pm and when I told him what I had done, he knew the problem immediately. Fixed it in a very timely manner and the bill was very reasonable. I will call him again when something goes wrong.

Called this place on a Saturday when my air conditioning suddenly stopped working. He was here super fast, completed tuned up my whole system and gave me a very fair price. I was worried since I have an older system that there would be pressure to just replace it- but he helped me stay on budget and tripped checked you make sure the AC was pumping out ice cold air before he left. Cool Daddy’s did a fantastic job on my Heating and Air Conditioning and quoted me about a $1000 less than companies you see on tv. You would think he’s a vet, as Chads work ethic and integrity are things I learned in the Marine Corps, and I immediately saw that in his company. Chad went above and beyond, as the slab my previous unit was sitting on was sinking into the ground; Chad dug it out and leveled it, and correcting other errors made by the previous installer. Chad researched and made sure the job would be done right the first time as it was not an easy job being in a condo. As I said before, he saved me more than a thousand dollars as there is no advertisement for his company. He truly believes that if he takes cares of his customer now, and in the future, the customer will refer Cool Daddy’s to their friends and families.

Chad was in and out in about 30 minutes. The best part is my house is cool and comfy again.
