I called dispatch at 4pm and Zach was on his way by 5pm. Zach was very friendly, explained everything that was wrong, what the fix was and how much it would cost, and offered options to elect a service contract or not. No high pressure sales pitch on the service contract which I appreciated. I asked if another service was needed and he answered honestly that it was not needed yet, that we could wait awhile before we did that part. Thanks for professional, timely, and most importantly honest service Zach!

This was the summer check and cleaning. Frank and trainee Shea were on time and thorough. I appreciate that the company is doing paired training so that new hires can learn not only technical aspects of the job but the equally important customer service aspects. Frank has obviously been around a while. He was a master at everything and polite and personable as well.

Frank and Shea came to my home today to do seasonal maintenance on my HVAC & were great. They were informative, thorough, and polite and answered all my questions. They showed me before & after pictures of my system after cleaning and doing the routine maintenance. Shea was new with the company & in training but was knowledgeable and friendly. Frank was helpful but also patient while training/overseeing Shea’s work. // I first started using Air Comfort Solutions in 2019 when my AC quit working correctly after a power surge. They were the company who could get to me the quickest & got my system back on track quickly. I’ve been using this company ever since and most always receive top notch service.

A/C not working. Tech came took one look in the attic. Said the cord to the Fan blower was melted. I needed to get an electrician to come and replace the electrical box. Charged me $129 for 5 minutes time spent. I had the box replaced and called for tech to return. He pigtailed a plug on the end of the cord to the fan blower and plugged it in. 5 minutes and charged $155.76. Think this was a lot for maybe at the very most 15 minutes of work. Also did not try to ascertain way the cord melted to start with.

I’ve been using Air Comfort Solutions for over 12 years and have had good service professionals. But today was exceptional. Frank Miles was my professional today and he was extraordinary. Professional and courteous. BUT his infectious smile and spirit lifted my morning and it was delightful to have someone make a service call enjoyable and made a dreary day quite sunny!

At first I didnt understand what all the hate was about. I had a good experience with them. 2 years later the fan on my outside unit started to go out. I called about the warranty to get this fixed and in order for them to back their product. Well they want me to spend an additional 300 on the warranty. Then spend more money on fixing the issue. Do not use this company. They do not back their work. The ac will fail, they will charge you an arm and a leg to fix it. I just ordered the replacement part and Ill fix it myself.

Courteous, knowledgeable, fast service. They follow you your initial call with a phone call confirming your service request. They call and/or text to let you know who is coming and when. Outstanding!

Scheduled an appointment for Friday from 2:00-6:00, husband took off of work to be able to be at home for this. They waited until 4:30 to call and say they couldnt make it, but theyd put me on a list and call me when they could. So instead of being honest and saying they cant make it and letting me schedule with another company that would have made it on Friday, I had to wait two more days and got a good AC place that keeps appointments to come out. And they still havent called 3 days later. Do not call them they will waste your time.

Always have a great experience with this company! Easy to make an appointment and they notified me thirty minutes before the technician’s arrival which I really appreciated. My technician was Joseph Lang and I cannot say enough about his courtesy and professionalism. He even made friends with my loudly barking puppy! He replaced the workings of the toilet and repaired the leak in my shower and I wish now I hadn’t waited so long to call because it was so effortless and I am very pleased.

I have maintained an annual service agreement with ACS, for about 15 years and have always been happy with their service. Their technicians are always knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My technician today was Frank Miles and he was very thorough. I highly recommend Air Comfort Solutions.

The technician was on time and pleasant to work with. I was charged the agreed upon 129.00 service call but then I was charged 153.00 for a capacitor that costs only 15.00 from a parts house. Definitely price gouging on repair parts.

We bought our heat and air from them over six years ago. We’ve always had them under maintenance contract. When the furnace man came out this past winter he Told us our contract ran through the fall of 2021. I called in to schedule our ac service for summer and was told that our contract expired last February. They were abrupt, rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated by them that way in the previous six years. Two weeks later, after I found another company, acs called and said they were scheduling my fall service before our contract expired in August. They did not offer me a refund for my fall service I already paid for, just an offer to renew my contract for 2022.

Our A/C went out five days after purchasing our home. Called Air Comfort Solutions on Sunday evening they were going to send someone out immediately to fix at 5pm no extra charge. I had them cone in the morning and Zacharia fixed the system but said within a year the system would not be able to be recharged to to the refrigerant it uses not being made any longer. My husband and I had them someone out to give us a quote on a new system same day within an hour. We ended up getting a new unit so we did not have to worry. David and his crew were very professional and were finished by 6 pm. My business is all theirs from now on, including Electrical and Plumbing I did not know about until today! Thank you ACS OKC! Highly recommend!

Just got off the phone about an emergency and they said they only do emergencies for HVAC. Very strange as we have used their services before and purchased AC and furnace for them, but they said they could not assist us with plumbing when they said this is a service they provide. We will have to look to other services for our AC and furnace tune-ups moving forward, they will lose about $400/yr from us in regular maintenance. We also were looking to redo all the lines on our house, several thousand dollars worth of work, they missed out on this job.

We scouted a number of services in the metro and ended up going with ACS to install a new AC system as our old one was failing. Their prices were competitive, but their hardware, time table and warranty support were the best. Cale was very straight forward and to the point in our inspection/estimate and we were able to get the job started very quickly. The winter storm interrupted the project, but without that, their speed and quality of work was impressive. Very happy with the new system. Our home now has an even climate throughout and the air quality is great.

I have been a client of Air comfort solutions since 2008. they have helped me with several plumbing and air conditioning emergencies but this has got to be the most extreme and special that sells me for life. This storm of 2021 took out my hot water heater and it busted on me I am 65 years old I had nobody or nothing they got here in two hours and was done that was it and they charged me very little and I want you to know Dusty and Dane are so professional and so thorough they made sure everything was working perfect this is not the first time Ive used this company you will not find a better company for plumbing or air conditioning needs either one.

Rusty came out because our AC wasnt working at our business. After going around the building and even getting on the roof (was here for about an hour), it turns out the AC wasnt working because a switch on the outside of the building was turned to off. Probably kids or something. Anyway, Rusty ended up not charging us anything which was. a nice surprise. Ill definitely use ACS in the future. Very friendly :)

You should absolutely run from this company. My experience was that they’re nothing more than dishonest conmen. I called because my thermostat was displaying an error code. They came out & said the only thing that could be done was to replace the entire unit, since they only sold one brand it was $14,000. I said it didn’t sound right so that I’d call another company. He called again to try & setup a time to replace the $14,000 unit. Called another company & it was an air filter. All in all it costs me $75 when this company tried to rob me of $14,000. It’s disgusting that this is how they choose to do business. Take your business elsewhere & avoid Air Comfort Solutions as best as you can.

The tech were very virtuous and professional.

So I had a new central heat and air system put in last week....... then my dryer kept shutting off their electrician came out looked at it and said he spent 6 hours fixing messed up wires when he put an outside breaker in. I thought that was a little weird since I just bought the house less than 3 years ago and well it passed all inspection. He told me when he was called back out that he rewired everything that be touched so everything was the was it was before he started...... also kinda fun cause he was only hear 30 minutes how did he do 6 hours of work in 30 minutes...... dryer was working when he left tho...... anyways a week later my dry does not come on at all now..... go look at the breaker box and I have a whole missing breaker and they was all there before they did their work........long store short they want me to pay to have my house rewired yet I never had a problem before..... never had a popped breaker nothing!!! But the inspector that did my house inspection will be out to help me get this resolved...... I reached out to scooter thats who did my estimate for the system...... i messaged scooter friday late night and its now Thursday and still no responds!!! I hope they do the right thing...... and get my stuff back up and running but if not I will be going further with the matter its not ok to take advantage of people....... I just paid $10,000. And feel like I did not get my moneys worth now!!!

Biggest crooks in town. No matter what is wrong with your heat or ac they will tell say you need a complete new system. This is what they did to my dying mother that was on hospice in middle of December. I would NEVER recommend them. NOW LETS SEE IF THEY PUT THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE.

They did my AC tune up and everything checked out. 40 days later, my capacitor went out. They charged me $178 for it. I looked it up online, the capacitor is less than $20...

He triple checked the system before he left to ensure it was working properly. He cleaned up the inside of the unit where other contractors had left garbage. He explained the issue in language we understood and ordered the part we needed. We are grateful for his professionalism and expertise. Thank you.

ACS provides some of the service I’ve ever had when it comes to repair and maintenance. Jason came by today (1/15/21) to do our furnace tune up. He was on time and didn’t mind explaining to me what he was doing so I could understand the system a little better. Truly it’s employees like Jason that make Air Comfort Solutions the go to for any AC or Heating needs!

I never do reviews but just had to based on my recent experience. So they came to my house in under a few hours from making the appointment, fixed my furnace and then did not charge me anything because it was a zone system they do not provide service. The tech could have just left and he could have charged me. Honest, helpful companies are rare these days and this is one of them. My only complaint is they cant service my system :( Great job Air Comfort Solutions and hats off to Mr. Drew my tech.

Rick came out a little more than a month ago and has checked up on me 3 times since. He is very candid and persistent. He even helped me clean up some of my fallen tree branches that fell after the ice storm in late October. Id like to recognize him as a one of a kind technician.

Called on Tuesday, but they couldnt come out until Friday. Called on Friday to cancel my appt, because no plumbers available. I was scheduled from 10-2pm, they called at 1130 to cancel. I would have been charged $99 for an evaluation of the problem. Then pay for services rendered, labor and materials. Never call them again.

My old review is below which was a 1 star. This morning I called and cancelled my service agreement and told ACS what my issues were. This afternoon a technician, Mr. Bustos showed up to finish the job. In addition to Bustos, several executives came with him. I was impressed that they cared enough about my call to take the time to come out personally. They listened to my issues and took necessary steps to fix them.I believe that if management cared enough to come out personally then I should give them a chance to fix the issues. I will use ACS again in the future and hope they continue their process improvement.I have used Air Comfort Solutions for a few problems including plumbing and Air Conditioning. I honestly don’t know why I continued to use them, but today is my last time. Not once have they come out and not had to return to fix something they allegedly repaired. I had 4 visits for a plumbing issue. Today, I had an air conditioning issue. A capacitor went out in the fan motor. It was fixed the first time about 4pm. Four hours after the repair; same problem occurs. It’s now 11:07pm, still waiting on the service. Just got a call that they are 45 minutes out.Update: it’s 1215am. The first technician today “missed” that my motor was bad.

Arrived less than 20 minutes after call. Needed to order a part and still was able to get the job done the same day! Ended up not needing to replace part! I appreciated that even though I agreed to replacing the part (and it would have cost more money for labor) they let me know it wasn’t necessary and they were able to solve the problem without the additional labor cost! I appreciate that I can trust they are doing what’s best! Will use again!

Was looking for an estimate on the installation of a tankless water heater, an advisor by the name of Scooter Proctor came to my house and told me he would email me a quote. That was 3 weeks and still waiting. First rule of a business care about your clients and value their time. ACS doesn’t have that rule.

My family used air comfort solutions twice this summer. The first time entire system has to be replaced in my parents house. The second time our ac stopped working in the morning and they came out and fixed it. Both times they were fast, professional, and helped us with our issues and really helped my parents out. I really appreciate their service.

I have used Air Comfort Solutions for AC/Heat service. They have done a great job. I needed a kitchen sink faucet installed & since they advertise they do plumbing I called them. The technician was cordial & quick. I was astonished when the bill for approximately 1 hour task was $342. I paid and was told I would receive an email receipt since they have gone paperless. I still have not received my receipt. I thought the charge was exorbitant but did not challenge the tech as I don’t think he sets prices. I will never use their plumbing service again. You should not either unless you want to pay too much. The last plumber I called out for a similar service was $125. Be ware.

Air comfort solutions provided free AC tune ups to teachers. Garrett was the tech who came out and serviced my Heater and AC. Yes he came later than my scheduled appointment, but that’s because another tech was running late. He provided tons of info to me of what he was doing and explained it very well so I understood. He was polite and respectful. I would recommend this company to others.

Just had David Hollingsworth with Air Comfort Solutions, out for my winter check for our heating system! Great knowledgeable service rep! We’ve been using Air Comfort Solutions for many years and we’ve always had top notch service!I never realized all the services they offer until talking to David today and thought I would share because we are using them to clean our vents and also adding a reasonably priced air purification system. They are definitely a no pressure company but David was very informative and told me about these other offers! The price and offer of financing was just right for us, I highly recommend them for any of your needs!Update: I now have my REME-HALO, installed by Robert on my unit, to help kill off viruses and allergens coming into my house. I finished out today with cleaned and sanitized vents in my entire house, handled by Ian and Dylan. I really feel good about what Air Comfort Solutions has done for my family safety! These are all amazing technicians, personable, knowledgeable and really great to work with, thanks to all!

Paid a high $129 for a service call. Then quoted $576 for a blower motor and and $734 for labor to replace it. After tech left, I looked online, and the part is available for under $200 from numerous places. Found another seller who will replace the entire air handler for almost exact same price as ACS wanted to charge me for one component. Disappointed, expected better. Feel like they were trying to take advantage of me during a rough time.

Called air comfort solutions to get an estimate on converting my system from floor ducts to ceiling ducts. They sent it a tech and a salesman who lied to my face saying that my system wasnt convertible and that Id have to buy a whole new system. Unfortunately for them I had already had two other companies give me quotes so I knew these guys were full of it. They also tried to charge me $100 for a service call which anointed to nothing more than getting lied to. Glad I sent them packing. I suggest anyone who does business with these shysters get a second opinion from a reputable company.

We have used ACS for many years and have been happy. Our tech Chris W was out for our heating maintenance on 1-4-21and was thorough and nice. We would recommend ACS to other people.

Seemed nice, and told me he would call me after Thanksgiving and schedule me. Never heard back. So they dont want my money!! went with Drabek, 11,000. One call, came next am.
