Im not from Montgomery and searched the reviews for an honest, reliable taxi service in Montgomery. I spent a long time searching, and was convinced that Paul would be the best possible option. He was awesome! He had to do a pick up outside of Montgomery and deliver to the airport. He was precisely on time, courteous, fairly priced, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Pauls Taxi whenever you want reliable, honest and friendly service. Im not sure Ill ever need a taxi again in Montgomery, but if you do, be sure its Pauls Taxi.

By far the best cab service in Montgomery! Drivers are very polite, courteous, and professional. They always give you an ETA so youre not stuck wondering when they will show up. (Typically 15-20 minutes) and if they cant get to you they find someone who can so you are not having to call around to other companies trying to find a ride! I use them everyday exclusively.

Trying to call Shane for my return trip pickup. I gave him the advance cash and a little bit more because his Windows was broken. 13 days later, a slow reply and finally he replied I am so sorry I cantd drive. The moral of the story is dont give cash in advanced to unknown private driver. I thought of using him as a regular but this is what I am getting.Updates:It is not Pauls Taxi fault but the guy who Paul hired named Shane that didnt do his job. He happened to do the same thing to other customer(s) not sure how many but he was let go. Paul called me and wanted to refund but I told him it is alright. I will call Paul again next time if I need a cab service in the future.

Horrible. Just horrible. I am from Florida and he had an attitude because I ask him to, please say that again and I was told call another cab company if you cant understand. Horrible
