Good service

River Region cab does an excellent job of being on time and are very friendly. I used them to go to and from work every day and was never late. Very excellent service.

Worse service ever! I scheduled and confirmed for a taxi ride at a specific time after 10 minutes past from the driver supposed to be there I tried calling and there was no answer. I called multiple times with the voicemail saying to call the dispatch number, no one answered! I ended up having to call multiple taxis to find another one leaving me to rush through the airport! Do not recommend at all!!

Worst cab in town. Over an hour wait, claimed to call and didnt. Do not recommend at all. Find a better way.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. It was my first time ever to call a cab service. My fiancé and I are from Texas, were working out of state here right now so I dont know my way around. Fiancé got super drunk last night, he was gone. Lol I dont know how to drive yet, plus I dont have a license so I didnt want to risk anything. We pretty much ended up at a Waffle House I had no idea where I was. The driver on the phone was patient and I told him the surrounding areas, he immediately knew where I was at. The hotel where we are staying at was a short distance away. Anyways. He said he would be anywhere from 5-10 minutes, which he was. We got in the car and the driver politely told my fiancé Here you go man just in case you need it. And gave him a trash can if he needed to throw up. He was really nice, and made sure we were okay . Overall good experience. Happy we got back safely.

Refused to run his meter. Said he couldnt provide me with a receipt, and dropped me off in a bad part of town late at night. Will definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Great service, would recommend them to anyone.

Driver said it would take him only 16 minutes to arrive which turned into 45mins. When the driver was contacted he stated he was in traffic but fail to provide a courtesy call to inform us.
