Kyle was a professional from beginning to end. I had a dead rat in my home. I am terrified of rats. He came and explain the treatment plan to me. Kyle put down rat traps sealed up the hole where the rat got into the house and then he sprayed this amazing spray. I don’t know what it was but the smell of the dead rat was completely gone after he use this magical spray. I would highly use this company with the expert customer service that I received and the professionalism.

Zach does our lawn service and has done so for two years now. He does such a good and consistent job each service. Our lawn is virtually weed free now. It was full of dandelions and was not green in all areas. Even my yard man that cuts my grass said how impressed he was at how good and healthy it had become. Zach is good to work with and he communicates very well what he is doing each service. He comes every other month. For the service and results we have received it is a great value as well!

We have been using Knox Pest Control since our company has opened back in 2017. They have always been excellent! Great service and always on time. If they can not get an exterminator out the same day, they will definitely have one out the next day. Our regular exterminator is Mr. David Girdner, he is awesome! Always super friendly and assures he takes care of everything we need and then some! Really great customer service and attitude. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. David and he knows his stuff!

Doing pest control in a public housing authority is very difficult and frustrating for the Housing Authority as well as for pest control because of lack of understanding and motivation to keep their place is clean. Kyle did a great job and talking clearly And politely to the tenants when necessary to communicate the need for proper housekeeping to keep the Roach population down. He has always worked very smoothly with me as we have 106 units to get to as quick as possible but it’s thorough as possible. High praise for Kyle.

Im a little confused by the 5 star reviews. I tried on multiple occasions to get someone out to my fathers property about a mile from their offices and have been forgotten or ignored each time. Im taking the hint and going elsewhere. Maybe they are so busy maintaining current customers at a 5 star level that they dont have time to return calls or keep appointments with new customers.
