I have been using the TFK Hot Gel for a while now. I love it. You can actually feel the warming sensation as you are applying it. I use it daily along with my waist trainer. The HOT GEL is an AMAZING workout enhancer. Ive always had trouble sweating while working out, so I typically layer with sweater.
