We just paid for 2 weeks on the fact it was supposed to be a one bedroom and packed all our stuff up in the studio we’re currently in and then after we pay they tell us we can’t get in and then give us the run around all day when all we wanted was to clean the room. Did I mention that the only reason we were supposed to move into a one bedroom was because staff allowed a resident to stay even after they threatened my wife’s life over a handicapped parking spot he was illegally parked in and we had a pass to park in.

Love how helpful the manager is on certain things nice rooms nice people would recommend this place to any one an I do to all family and friends

Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Management is top of the line when in comes to accommodating guests. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Montgomery, Alabama. I can’t thank them enough for making me feel at home. Thank you guys!!

This place is roach infested. If you dont want to sleep with one eye open, or standing up, then go somewhere else. Its not worth whatever they charge, even free. Out of date, needs remodeling, bad beds. Save yourself now, and run. If its the money, and youre not a nasty person, try to pay a little extra and go somewhere else. This place needs to be condemned. I didnt even want to give the one star.

Its a great place to stay. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They are fair and reasonable also.

I like our Seigal Select Sudio Apartment located in Montgomery, Alabama because its affordable, clean, and in a convenient area to shop. I love the full size Refrigerator and Stove. It also comes with a microwave and dish washer. It has the laundry room so we dont have to go to the laundromat 😁.To me, its the best Extended Stay in this area, especially considering everything thats included for an affordable price.

They advertising is very misleading. They say the rate is $189. Plus tax. They add long term tax, ext.stay surcharge, environmental fee, cable fee (which is supposed to be free), hotel, city tax . So your really paying $270 a week. Nasty building and employees.

The office manager/employees were very nice, room very clean. However, they were is remodeling and the wash room was not appealing and neither was the exercise room ( odor). Overall there was A pool available and quite.

Ok here is a good and honest review I may have to move from my current place in a week or so saw the online ad talked with a lady named porche she was very nice and upbeat and happy. When I got there I got a free shirt just for showing up. Then we proceeded to the studio apartment that I was looking at getting if I have to move next week this is the place Ill go its nice and quiet and far away from everything. They are in the process of renovating so new things are coming in and happening so I will definitely move there again this is an honest review from a satisfied potential guest

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For the first two nights, I was locked out of my room because my room key and door lock wasnt working. Told the front desk the problem twice and nothing was done to fix it. Now the ceiling has water dripping from 3 different places. Carpet hasnt been cleaned. Bathtub was full of paint scraps and dirt. Bed sheets had stains. Toilet wouldnt flush. Everything is just awful, dont waste your time and money here.

The office staff is deceiving especially the property manager Sam. I had a resident threaten my life and they were allowed to stay. I was promised an upgrade to settle the situation then upon paying I wasnt upgraded. These people are crooks!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Absolutely the worst place I have EVER stayed. The pictures on google have got to be from years ago. The rooms, pool or the laundry room look nothing like the photos. The room was not clean at all when we arrived. The staff was highly unprofessional. The hotel was reach infested and smelled of sewage. The sink clogged and the pipes leaked. The cabinets were wet logged and rotting. I am almost certain the carpet has not been cleaned since the place was opened. I had to wait 2 days for them to get the cable in my room working and I had to completely clean the room myself before I was comfortable enough to sleep or shower in there. One day they had to have the police sit outside because of the commotion some of the guests were causing. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. It is not at all worth the money they are charging. You are better off at the Red Roof or Candlewood. Disappointed does not even cover it. This hotel needs to be torn down and a new one built.

Dump! Photos taken confirm garbage on ground, abandoned vehicle, multiple a.c covers broken, screens missing, damaged access doors which stay open. Interior carpet stained and rooms reflects general disrepair. Exercise room has one (broken) treadmill. NOT kid friendly!! NO pets allowed! Pool pretty but no one allowed to swim - excuse is waiting for city approval. Staff tries hard, but manager (Adam) is insensitive, unresponsive and apathetic to guests and only provides security 5 days a week!

Was very disturbed how horrible the hallways smelled. Also the carpet in hallways is in desperate need of shampooing

The place is very nasty infested with with bugs and also have bed bugs and when I went and told them didn’t offer me another room or to replace my bed the manager act like we brought them there only stayed in the room 2 days and was very rude

Dont stay here. Outside doors dont lock, someone apparently pulled the fire alarm in the morning when the office was closed, fire department had a hard time getting a hold of the manager. Office not open 24 hours. Room floor was filty and sticky. Carpet in hall way very stained. Paid for 3 nights checked out early after 1 night. They are suppose to mail me a refund for the other 2 nights. I will update this if they do.

ROACHES!!! On the bed! On the tables! Just nasty! In my opinion they need to close down to clean up their units. People in next room was so loud. Sound like they were throwing the future into the wall. No house keeper came to replace the towels. Please don’t stay here. Too nasty!!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have been contacting their customer service at least 6 times, no one has contacted me back to see whats wrong . Its nasty, smelly, roach infested. I had a bad experience with management and they were rude. Its NOT recommended unless you like sleeping with roaches.
