This is the single worst place I have ever worked with. If I could give it minus stars I would. Mark is extremely unprofessional and should not be in the customer service business. He does not know how to treat people with respect. I recently had the unfortunate circumstance of getting a job through him. He made the job out to be the best job for me. Come to find out it was not a job I was comfortable doing and decided not to accept it. When I called to let Mark know my decision and why he was extremely rude, told me he would not work with me anymore and hung up on me. Needless to say I was flabbergasted that a so-called professional could act that way. DO NOT go to Aspire Staffing to find a job!

Avoid using them for the staffing of your business. Very unprofessional and unable to retain talent. Several other local agencies are able to do a better job.

The staffing members are very professional, and have been supportive through my job search. Only a week after submitting my resume to Aspire, I was asked to be a temp by a great company.... only to be hired for a permanent position! Ill recommend Aspire to everyone.

After gaming employment with this company at a Law Firm, I was offered a PERMANENT better paying and better opportunities at a new job I applied for MONTHS before gaining employment with Aspire. I attempted to turn my 2 week notice in to owner MARK, and he distatsefully told me that I had absolutely no business applying for jobs when I was already employed through his company. His assistant Miss Sherry apologized on his behalf and stated he was simply “having a bad day”. However on multiple occasions he has been snappy rude and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I was told by him that I could call my new job and tell them I could start today as he did not want me to complete remainder 2 weeks of my notice. This company and Mark are known for UNPROFESSIONAL business as well as bounced payroll. I was able to turn in a two week notice to the Law Firm where I was placed I let their HR know about the experience I had with this company & they also apologized and stated that this was not the first time employees were treated unprofessional by Mark. I wish I could give negative ratings because he is the absolute worst employer I have ever encountered.

Came in Thursday afternoon, filled out paper work, and start my new job Monday! Very friendly and helpful. I was surprised about how quick they were able to find a job for me.

My experience was horrible. I intended to give them a half a star. The receptionist is very rude and sarcastic. I called in to complain about my emergency contact being called for situations that were clearly not an emergency and given my personal information. He raddled off a few snippy remarks and quickly hung up the phone. Theres a lot more but I dont want this to be too long and drawn out. They need customer service training asap.

I havent had much experience with this place but I recently received an email from them essentially telling me I lied on my application. They told me I had no experience and that I should only apply to jobs I am qualified for. My experience was clearly listed in my resume. Perhaps it turned out not to be the exact kind of experience they were looking for, but they told me I did not have ANY experience-- and yeah they capitalized it like that. It was rude and unnecessary. Like, just dont respond to my application then, buddy.For context, they wanted experience handling medical records and Ive only handled veterinary records. Still medical records... excuse the hell out of me.

Don’t waste your time going to Aspire Staffing! The owner is rude, very rude! I started a job and only went to the job two days because of health issues. I was told I would be paid $13 an hour, but when i got my check for two days (13 hours) it was $34 and they changed the pay to minimum wage. I went back into the office to ask about the pay and I was told that there policy stated if a person quits (I didn’t quit I was rudley told by Mark not to go back) then they can change their pay back to minimum wage. I asked the white older woman in the office to show me that in documentation, she couldn’t do that and after a while started asking me “do you want me to just give you $5 of my money?”... Moral of the story, this place is a very unprofessional business! I would NEVER recommend anybody coming here!

I received a call from this staffing agency. I called them back to see what the call was about. I was placed on hold for 9 minutes. So, I hung up and called back. A man picked up and I told him I was on hold for 9 minutes and he apologized and stated that he was the owner. He went on to say that they have a training class starting in 10 minutes. I informed him I was just getting in from work. He spoke over me and started giving me directions. I informed him I could put it into my GPS because giving verbal directions were of no use. Then, I asked the pay. He told me be quite and let me talk. So, I let him do so. Barely, hearing what he was saying as he had me son speaker. After he finished I asked the pay. He said it would be $8.00. I informed him I make double that. He said, well ok. Then, just hung up. WOW. Unreal.

Absolutely the worst place to work for ever! They did not pay me correctly and got upset when I asked about it.

Mark, you attract more bees with honey than you do with vinegar. Be humble, and pray to God that he has mercy on you for how you have treated his children.

I have had the absolute WORST experience with this staffing agency! They are COMPLETELY unprofessional! They run scam on your checks etc. if you can AVOID working for them!

Not very helpful, I was disappointed in how no one even has the time to interview you and actually see who and what you have to offer. I can see them missing out on great workers this way.
