Wow! Simply Mac while understaffed, put its best foot forward for my repairs. Marcus was alone in the store with 3 other customers when I arrived for my appointment. He was kind courteous and acknowledged my presence while asking me to wait. I left my Mac after he evaluated it and he had the new battery in less than an hour later. Marcus earned my respect and loyalty.
Customer service was helping me but then she went to help someone else right in the middle of me asking her a question. She never did come back to me but the other associate did come help me. 1) He doubted if he could repair it but made me pay $100 even before any repair or even diagnosis was done & there ended up being nothing done so they refunded me. However; I took it to a young adult who is a friend of the family & he had it fixed in about 15 minutes! No lie! It only cost me a hug. The guy at the Simply Mac also said he would charge to download the latest iOS when I know that is free to do. Needless to say, I shant be going back there again. They didnt seem to care to have my business in the slightest. So.....ok...
Made an appointment on the Apple website to have my screen replaced since I have Apple care, drove 45 minutes to the store for my appointment only for the employee working to tell me he can’t do repairs on the weekend, even though the official Apple website let me book the appointment. Save your time. Go to a REAL Apple store. I should have made the drive to Birmingham.
Love simply Mac! I’ve purchased several high end machines their and have had a great experience every time!
The worst customer service ever Best Buy took care of me right away
Lyon provided excellent customer service. He fixed my IPhone XR and it works just like new. I recommend Lyon to anyone.
I had a wonderful experience with those who are a part of the Repair team. I appreciate their explanations and follow up as well as keeping me in the loop on my repair.
I thought the members of the staff here were very helpful. My shipping was delayed due to a snowstorm, but they got my mac back to me as quick as possible. 4/5 because it took me a minute to be waited on when I visited the store, but an overall good experience with simply mac.
Probably the worst experience of my life! Do not take your phone here. They did not even fix it and charged me a diagnostics fee. Took it down the street to the local place and they actually fixed it.
Simply Mac repaired my Mac so quickly & kept me updated throughout the process! Would 10/10 recommend!!
Terrible experience....They don’t fix anything just try to sell you new. Plus they charge $50 for diagnostics!! Took my MacBook to XiRepair down the street and they fixed it same day for what these guys charged me to just diagnosis it.....
DeMarcus was professional, informative, courteous and resolved issue with Iphone 11 Pro Max. Also, explained thoroughly features of Ipad Air and Pro. We made purchase based on his recommendation. Well Done!
I broke the screen on my iPhone 11 a few months ago and had it replaced elsewhere. That, as it happens, was a mistake since it was a non-Apple screen and I had some issues with it. So I brought it here and its back in excellent shape! I could not be happier with the entire experience!
Took my iPad in after it completely died on me. Lexie and the other team got it back on and working after a few minutes, when it took me three weeks to try myself to no avail LOL. Great team at Simply Mac!
Lyon was very nice and helped me reset my Mac computer after a white folder was blinking on the screen. It was fixed overnight and I just picked it up this morning. I feel like their better and quicker than Apple themselves.
They were great to work with in person BUT I have been trying to contact them by phone in reference to a product I purchased Apple Care for and I keep being put on eternal hold. The product I purchased Apple Care is showing that the plan has not been purchased. I have a receipt showing it has been paid for. I really need to get this taken care of ASAPUpdate: I did get in touch with Simply Mac and they did put me in contact with the correct people to get my issue straightened out and made sure my Apple Care was applied to my device 😊
My daughters iPhone 11 was stuck on the 🍎 icon & wouldnt leave the screen for almost 2days.SimplyMac was closed on Sunday so Monday Morning as soon as they opened I called to see if I could set up an appointment. When I explained the situation they told me I wouldnt need an appointment & how much it would cost .Once I was at the store Marcus helped us( in about 15 minutes) & we were on out way.My15 year old is happy again & I am pleased with the service I received
This place is the worst apple experience I have ever had. They should not be represented by Apple. I was lied to about repairing my computer. They said it would be 800 plus 99 to repair a broken screen and transfer data. I thought I could just buy a new one for that, so I purchased one from this store and was told I had 30 days to return it. When I took my computer to Auburn they fixed it and transferred my data for 500. When I tried to return the computer I barely used after mine was repaired, I was told they wouldn’t take it back. I returned it within 19 days and was told there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t take it back. Due to covid most businesses work with you. I would avoid this place like the plague. Crooks to the fullest! Save yourself a big headache and go to All around computers in Auburn. Never again!
I have purchased some AirPod pros needed some help on how they work and what was different was from the regular AirPods and Lyon made sure that my my experience was phenomenal when I left I felt like I was in AirPod pro expert
Please run the other way. They won’t fix your phone they’ll just sell you a new one.
Let me begin by saying I have visited this location on numerous occasions, but I usually request Marcus to work with me. He is knowledgeable and personable, unlike the two employees (Lyon and Nyesa) I encountered on this particular day when Marcus was off work. I scheduled an appointment before going in, only having to wait nearly 40 minutes when I arrived. One guy in particular had an appointment 20 minutes after mine, and he was seen first. They were about to skip me again, but I could not wait any longer, and the girl looked at me and said I thought you had been helped Im not sure how! Anywho, when she finally asked me what could she do for me, I told her I was having issues with my MacBook fan running loudly and with the computer moving slowly- I could tell she likely did not want to be at work that day, and she immediately quoted me on how I would need to pay roughly $80 for them to look inside. I asked her if it was possible to run a diagnostic, and her reply was that I still needed to pay since the device did not have AppleCare. (I was not even aware that a device bought in 2013 could still have AppleCare). I was more so shocked by her abrupt response and little interest because a guy in front of me was having trouble with his iPhone, and he was never asked if he had AppleCare or was spoken to about charges by Lyon. Either way, I took the MacBook right on to Best Buy where I had a totally different experience. Geek Squad ran tests, took a long look at my computer and helped me solve the problem. I do wonder would the customer service had been different if I looked like the guy in front of me that day. I was also shocked at how rude Lyon was to the customers who walked in while I waited. Apparently, there can only be about 5 customers in at a time, and maybe those customers did not read the sign, but Lyon was extremely rude to them and shouted for them to go back outside. I truly wish Nyesa and Lyon would work on their customer service skills. I I hope that in the future Marcus does not have another off day, lol! But, I will definitely be using Best Buy from now on!
I recently had my appointment for Iphone repair and it was disappointing. I drove all the way to montgomery because I wanted to repair my phone ASAP. I told them what was the problem I was having and even after inspection they couldnt tell what was the problem. I was having problem with the display and asked them what would be the cost of repair if screen needs to be replaced. They told me that they need to send my phone to apple blah blab blah. The cost of repair they told me was almost the price of new phone which didnt make sense . I went to another apple authorized repair shop where they fixed the problem and was way cheaper than they told me what it would cost. It is possible that I went to the staff who wasnt knowledgeable about iphone but It wasnt helpful. Im glad that I chose not to repair my phone there.
They don’t fix they sell new…
I was lied to about the details of my service. Then had to discuss with the manager, who wasn’t concerned about being understanding or costumer service, only telling me all the details of why he cannot and will not help me or agree to the terms of our original agreement. I am forced to keep an appointment where I know the problem will not be solved so that their store doesn’t get in trouble with Apple.
Did not go there
I went in the other day to have my iPhone battery replaced and was happy with the service provided by Rodney. Some of the reviews for Simply Mac talk about being upset that they were charged a diagnostic fee. Simply Mac cannot try and find the issue without charging this fee first. If you want to avoid being charged a diagnostic fee then you need to go to an Apple store or call Apples helpline. There are only two Apple store in AL, one in Birmingham and one in Huntsville.
Bought a refurbished Mac along with an extended warranty at the salesmans recommendation. Less than a year later the computer died. I am told I need to back up data before repairs and warranty doesnt cover it. Had to buy a hard drive and then they charge me a whopping $500.00 to back up the data. Then I get a call from SM and they say they are still waiting on company to approve repairs even though I have a warranty. At this date my computer is still not repaired. If youre looking to get ripped off, Simply Mac is the place to go.
Had a scheduled appointment at 4:40 to repair my phone, due to my work I was running behind. I called just to let them know and was on hold for 14 minutes while I drove from Ann St to the store front. While I arrived she told me I would have to reschedule because I was late which is understandable even though I was 8 minutes late. There reasoning is that repairs may take over an hour, like I said understandable but just don’t go an hour before close is what I was basically being told.
Think twice before you take your computer to Simply Mac in Montgomery for any service. You would be better served at the Apple store in Birmingham. I took my Mac Book Pro in for an erratic mouse . I ended up paying $375.00 in diagnostic fees and replacing software that they deleted from my computer. They still did not resolved the issue.A trip to the Apple store diagnosed the problem for free and replaced the track pad for $130.00. You would think Simply Mac would refund my money, think again. Simply Mac is in the business to sell hardware and software. Jonah the store manager told me they are not equipped to do repairs.I cant understand why Apple would tarnish their reputation by authorizing that snake oil establishment to be an authorized repair facility.Help save someone else if you have a bad experience with snake oil salesmen like this speak up. They only prey on the uninformed
Pretty frustrated that I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. You guys need to make it easier to contact you. This is unacceptable.
People in the front dont go the extra mile to investigate the issues. Had to go back twice for the same issue after having Apple intervene
The only available Applecare-certified store in Alabama, but affordable and SPEEDY service!
Apple Called them on Sunday to ask if I could bring my phone in to be replaced they confirmed they could do that so I booked an appointment, but when I drove four hours out of my way to do so they informed me that since my problem that isn’t always present but it’s present enough of the time to replace the phone wasn’t present at the time of visit I couldn’t replace my device and I just made the four hour trip for nothing. When I informed them that Apple and I had spoke with someone on the phone about this two days before and I called before I left my house they still acted as if there was nothing they could do that I was better off calling Apple themselves to fix the problem. Do not use simply Mac they do not have their lives together everyone is on different pages on what they are capable of it was the worst experience.
I have been to the Apple store at Eastchase in Montgomery, Al 2 times in a week and had the nicest experience ever. They were so helpful and walked my husband through the phone. Way much better than our phone service people. If we ever have another issue, we will be going back to your store.
The employees at Simply Mac at East Chase in Montgomery were awesome. Very kind and patient and went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Ms. Smith and Patel were extremely knowledgeable and helped us even though it took a while it was worth the wait and the store was very busy and they had great attitudes the whole time and greeted everyone with a smile. I would recommend them any day. We went to Verizon and bought a new phone and they acted like they could not transfer my information from one phone to the new one and then we find out they sold us a phone that didn’t have enough gigs to hold my information that was less than my other phone. Regardless these employees serve your company and the customers well. You are fortunate to have them.
It appears, Simply Mac has has an extraordinary upper management staff. So, if you have an unresolved issue at the store level, try upper management. My experience was good.
Took in my moms old Mac a while back and they helped by reinstalling the operating system. It was reasonably priced and done faster than their estimate. Everythings working great now. Although they arent an actual Apple store it certainly feels like one.
Fixed my step daughters phone when she forgot her password
Every single person I encountered (5) was the epitome of professionalism in every respect. Attentive to each customers needs, even when immediate help wasnt available. Return time was way faster than expected. Allison, Melissa, Jasmine, Chris, and Michael are absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend for all your Apple repair and purchasing needs. Corporate would benefit from the acknowledgement of employees, and their awesome customer service. It is an enviroment of service, and you can tell.
When I arrived at the Eastchase store I met Mr Patel, we discussed the issue with my phone and he clearly explained the process that needed to take place. When the required part arrived Mr Patel called to set up an appointment. When I arrived Mt Patel explained that the repair would take approximately 2 hours. When the repair was complete I received the promised call one hour after dropping the damged phone off. I could not have asked for a better experience.Thank you so much.
A great experience. A tech by the name of Mike got my computer going when no one else could do it. Mike was most professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous during the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend Simply Mac in Montgomery,
Excellent customer service. The staff were very professional, timely, and courteous. They were knowledgeable regarding the issue with our MacBook Pro and it was easily resolved. Despite the busy schedule, they accommodated our service call and delivered on the promise to have it ready that same day. Well done.
The team at Simply Mac greet you as soon as you walk in the door. If no one is available to help right away they will get with you in a timely manner. The team is also very knowledgeable about Apple products.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I entered and within no time, they had my iPhone up and running again. I would definitely encourage people to come to this store with anything Apple-related. They were wonderful!
The sales associate was very nice. Took care of all my problems. Will definitely go back and ask for the same person. She was awesome.
I went in there to fix a technical problem on my MacBook and they asked for $70 to fix it. I called apple support and they walked me through how to fix it for free. It was a small problem they could’ve fixed themselves in 10 minutes. Before you think about going in there to fix something call Apple support first. Some of the staff were very nice but the one I had talked to wouldn’t even look at my laptop to see the problem. He just automatically told me it would be be a $70 fee and it might not even help.
I was in dire straits Zivlost all my phones data!So I called The MAC!! Not only did they have me up and running with My restored data in No time.. They gave me an upgrade on my phones cover!Simply Mac you are Simply Beautiful!!
The store was crowded, but I used the Apple Support App to schedule a battery change for my entire family(4 phones). I signed in and was helped in a couple of minutes. The super nice lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. She told me that she would have our phones ready in about two hours. It actually took less time than that. She did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone.
Thanks to Austin Kyser for the great job he did helping me get my computer cleaned up. I am grateful we have Simply Mac in the Montgomery area. It sure beats driving to the Summit in Bham and tackling the crowds at the Apple Store. You might find a wait when you arrive at Simply Mac, but just be patient. Their reps do everything they can to assist everyone. If you are in a rush, try making an appointment before you arrive. Again, thanks to everyone at Simply Mac. You guys are life savors!!!!
It’s no help from me if I don’t have a receipt, I mean who keeps receipts from the previous phone you have any way. I forgot my password from the previous phone and now I can’t unlock it because they don’t have receipts from it. No one keeps receipts anymore. Apple should do something about this because you forget your password from the previous phone, no one keeps receipts anymore from the previous phone and I can’t get into my phone cause of this situation.
They put a new battery in my wifes iPhone and now its like new. Stay away from the junk batteries in the mall and get the real deal at Simply Mac.
So far my experience has not been very good. First off when I called about getting my daughters Iphone repaired I was not informed you had to have an appointment, drove all the way to east chase to find out. So we set an appointment for today. Take her over there again to find out the tech was not in but no one called to let us now so drove another 30 minutes to east chase for nothing again. They had her phone number A simple phone call to cancel the appointment would have been professional.
I went in today because my iPad was disabled for months and they helped me immediately and it didnt take forever! They have excellent customer service. I cant recall the names of the sales people that helped me but they know who Im talking about. Excellent excellent! I wish I could leave 10 stars. Thank you so much for fixing my iPad! It was only 19.99!
Very bad attitude over the phone.
Our experience was great! Chad Hunt helped us resolve the problem with my husbands phone. We were very pleased and happy to know about Apple Simply Mac, we will be customers when needed. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional.Thank you,Linda & Steve Traywick
The staff that I spoke were all nice. I had an appointment to get my phone battery replaced. Typically should only take an hour. Was told when I dropped it off they were running a bit behind and that it would be 2 hours instead. Returned 2 hours later and was told it still wasnt ready and itd be another 30 minutes and that theyd call when it was ready. Left and waited an hour, no call. Returned and had to wait almost 20 minutes to be helped as there were several people in the store. Phone finally ready. Got it back with a very dirty screen 6% battery life left. Kinda irritated with how long it took. But the service itself was good I guess, phone battery is back to 100%. So theres that.
Great store if u have a problem with Mac they can usually solve it
Michael helped me figure why my Mac was running SOOOOO slow. I had an appointment with him and he was VERY helpful and recommended a complete swipe of the hard drive and reload the system after backing up all my documents. I’m having to wait 5-7 business days, but hoping I get it back a lot sooner than that.
I called Simply Mac twice today. Once at 1 and again at 2, both times I was on hold for an extremely long amount of time and finally decided to leave a message since the hold message said my call would be returned. I did not receive a call from anyone and was never able to get in contact with them to see if it was even worth it to drive out there. Another time my husband brought his phone to them and they claimed to have fixed it and literally less than 24 hours later the phone began having the same issues again. Thanks to receiving absolutely no help from anyone I have now lost all of my vacation photos from two Disney world trips, pictures of my dog who has now passed away, pictures of my new dog from the day we brought her home to now, and all of my wedding photos. If I could rate any lower than 1 star I would.
Quick diagnosis of my hardware defect. Effective repair completed and MacBook returned in less than a week.Service tech was excellent - quickly grasped the symptom as I described it. Discussed the steps necessary for repair. Informed me when repair was complete.
Jarvis worked with me over 2 days to make sure I had everything I needed - - I traded in my MacPro for a new iPad. He made sure all data was transferred correctly. He dis a great job!!
Very rude, lacked customer service skills. I was going in to purchase a MacBook but his attitude made me change my mind. Stated people didnt know how to read, never greeted us when we walked in.
I made an appointment ona Wednesday for a battery replacement on Thursday or two phones. The store was very busy, but the staff was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I dropped the phones off on Thursday and picked them up two hours later. The phones are working perfectly. We are very lucky to have this resource in Montgomery.
Simply Mac in EastChase always provides excellent customer service. They greet you as soon as you walk in and assist you as quickly as possible. Service is very prompt and solution-focused. Love that store!!!
Just wanted to share a great experience. I had a parental control app on my childs phone that experienced a glitch and locked up her social media apps. Try as might, I could not get it fixed. I couldnt get support from the app developer so I went to Simply Mac desperate for help. Melissa, the store manager is great. When I finally received an email response from the app support she was able to let me know their suggested fix wouldnt work. Glad I didnt try it at home alone. She figured out a work around and we are back up and running. Glad to say, teenage drama is over at my house. Thanks so much to Melissa and her staff for their truly professional and courteous assistance.
Such a pleasant experience. The people who work here are extremely helpful and friendly. Chad Hunt, that you very muc
I took my MacBook Pro in on a Saturday to get fixed and they had it done by Sunday afternoon. When I went to pick it up, they were busy, but my wait was not long at all. Everyone was polite and easy to talk to.
Rodney was infomative and very helpful
Stopped by with a question about how to share a calendar to my work phone Jonah was all over it !! I had been searching on the web for hours on how to fix it and he had the solution in a matter of minutes. JONAH IS THE MAN !!
Excellent staff. Michael very knowledgeable!! Chad expertise very helpful with plan for home set up!!
Very pleasurable experience. Fast service and knowledgeable.
Its the only Apple Store in the River Region - making it a local monopoly. The service and selection has only got worse since their move. I recommend you shop online, travel to another location Apple Store or do without.
Went in to get assistance with my computer. Was actually dreading going in based on my previous experience. But to my surprise this experience was awesome, thanks to Melissa, the manager and Marguerita! Totally new experience!!
Wonderful. Told me repair would be 7-10 days. I got my phone back and working great in 4 days!!!! Will be back
I had to bring my busted iPhone X in for a new screen and screen protector, and the Simply Mac staff was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this store for any Apple users in the Montgomery area.
I made an appointment to get my wife’s MacBook looked at after spending an hour on the phone with Apple support. Her MacBook failed to load the OS. The associate took it to the back for about three minutes, came back, and said that he can run a diagnostic for $69, which he said he didn’t think it would work and didn’t want to take our money, or he could charge $250 to wipe the HDD and start completely over and that also wasn’t guaranteed to work. He stated that her eight year old computer was getting too old and that she should start looking for a new or refurbished one. We ended up leaving without having any services performed and headed home. I ended up running diagnostics on it, found no hardware issues, and reinstalled MacOS. It worked and is running fine. And I didn’t have to pay a cent. I wouldn’t recommend this store. If you need work done, I’d make the journey to The Summit in Birmingham.
Awful service. Held on to my phone for 5 days which delayed me getting it back another week then couldnt even get it here on the day they said they would. It has been almost three weeks since I gave them my phone. I do not recommend this place to any one.
Great service from A-Z. The attendants on the front were very obviously new to technology. However Chris knew exactly what he was doing and took amazing care of migrating my disk drive of my late 2012 MBP to an SSD bit made great recommendations to improve it even more. Don’t get me wrong it cost me above what the parts actually are worth but the piece of mind knowing it was expertly done was worth it.Highly recommend!
I have used Simply Mac twice, both experiences were positive with good costumer service with quick service time.
Rob did a great job replacing the screen on my iPhone X.
Nice establishment. They seemed a bit understaffed on the day I visited. They e-mailed me ahead of time to let me know that the battery for the iPhone 6s was no longer in stock and Id have to wait until some more came in (I have an iPhone 7). I think it wouldve been nice of them to also include in the e-mail the labor fee that they charge ($19.99) as well as the estimated wait time to have the battery to my phone replaced (2.5 hours). Im skeptical as to whether or not my battery was actually replaced though, seeing as how it wasnt done in front of me and my phone is still running through the new battery just as fast as the old one. Other than that, the associates were friendly and relatable. They had a crowd, so it wouldve been nice if everyone (about 10-15 people) had somewhere to sit instead of standing around awkwardly.
Ignore all the previous bad reviews, this place is under new managment and it shows. The store is clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. Melissa, the manager, was fantastic; she was polite, funny, and most importantly helped me fix my MacBook Pro. I had just gotten back from the Apple Store in Birmingham where they told me my hard hard drive was dead and there was nothing they could do, but she revived it, saving me over $500!! I had an absolutely great experience and would recommend this place to anyone. Go here for your Apple product needs first!
Love this store. They fixed my Apple Watch in no time
Wonderful service - thanks, Melissa!! She is simply the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with.
They worked hard to fix what I needed they are great.
They gave me a used laptop when I paid for new, then proceeded to try to blame it on me for “not checking the seal.” Also they knew my younger sister was coming to pick it up for me, so Chad had set this particular laptop to the side for me. Obviously his mistake. Then Henry bullies said younger sister when she goes in to exchange it for me (since I live over an hour away). I’m very displeased with the costumer service and regret buying from them. It has been nothing but a headache.
Visited the store early and was greeted immediately. It went downhill from there. Simply wanted to purchase Apple earbuds. Staff was waiting on other patrons, so waited patiently only to be overlooked when others came in after me. They were told to sign in. But I was never instructed to do so. After the newest walk in was helped; then I was ask if I could be helped but I instructed the young man to assist the patron who was there even before me. He asked to assist her but she was waiting on a staff member by the name of Jae (female) who had seemed to forget she was working with her previously. Here’s the kicker! The you man never came back to assist me. He (black male, beard and glasses) vanished through the door located to the back of the store. Needless to say, but I too vanished and drove directly to Best Buy and purchased my apple earbuds and wireless EarPods which will be delivered to me. An excellent customer experience goes a long way. I will never purchase anything from this store. I would much rather buy online.
Second time at store, different person, same awesome service. Low wait time, fast solution, inand out!
Very helpful group!Robert was very easy to work with
I took my phone for a battery change and they did a good job.
The folks there were just super nice and very helpful. They’ve got my future business.
These guys are poorly trained and completely tried to rip me off. They told me my logic board was messed up on my mac book and that it would be a $650 dollar fix. i sent it in to apple and they just replaced my screen and all was well. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. GO THROUGH APPLE AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
Always very helpful — every time I have a Apple computer problem I always know to go straight to them and they can fix it; and, then help me on another problem I may be having too always with smiles😃 on their faces🌼🌼🌼
Theyve always been nice enough. I never need their services because both times I went in there, the repairs cost more than I was willing to pay. So I went to Amazon and bought new ones. Im referring to my ipod, 2 iPhones and iPad. Oh and calling them is a complete waste of time. If youre in the area it is almost faster to just go by there.
Could not get any help to look at an iMac. We were ignored, actually we were shunned by both employees.
The wait time was less than expected & the service was great!!
Took a 4 year old Macbook Pro in for a battery replacement & told it would be ready in a week. No phone calls. Went into store week & a half later to pick it up & told because its vintage theyre having trouble locating a battery. You can have one overnighted to you from Amazon if you want to do the replacement yourself, so... Called a week after that, still no phone calls from them, & told I can come pick it up. I recommend going through sales option to find someone to talk to on the phone because rarely get a live person going through service & then they never return your messages.
If you’re not familiar with the area, location is very hard to find and when I called to ask for help, I was not pleased with the assistance. The staff responded quickly when we walked in, but the store didn’t have what we needed and and they didn’t seem to care. We were looking for a case for a MacBook Air. The store had two, both the same color. After spending 20 minutes looking for the store, we were inside it for less than 2 minutes. The staff showed us where the product should be. It wasn’t. We left and they had never said another word to us. Not pleased with the experience.
