I was visiting Montgomery for a wedding and accidently cracked my phone the day before. I found this place right before they closed on google and the owner was so nice and professional. She tried to stay open for me but her technician was already off (very nice gesture) I went the next morning once they opened and I was taken care of by her great staff. Her technician worked on my phone and was done in no time. Highly recommended if you are ever in this area or near. Prices are great as well!

I recently dropped my iPhone 8 in the Water and I went to cell phone repair to fix the water damage ... they were excellent with telling me what’s wrong and fixed it right up!!! Absolutely AMAZING service! I was so afraid I would have to purchase an entirely new phone until I was referred to Cell Phone Rehab. I was having a problem with not being able to hear incoming calls despite the volume being turned all the way up and my text messages would start out quietly then amplifying really loud. The staff was able to assess and clean my phone and now my phone is back to normal. Super fast service! I highly recommend them for all your phone needs. A++++ experience!

My wife dropped her Samsung S8+ phone and spider webbed her screen. I had used CPR before but before the new owner bought the business about 3 years ago. My first call was answered by the owner who quoted a (to me) reasonable price and ordered the screen (which wasnt in stock) without me having to come to the store. I dropped the phone off the next day and the person I dealt with was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I was called late that afternoon but chose to wait until the next day to pick it up. It was like a brand new phone. Wife is happy, I am happy. Great service, friendly competent employees, and a willingness to go the little bit extra that makes for great customer service.

Really needed help with my cell phone. Locked myself out of my phone when I changed the PIN. Dummy. Anyway, I called and ended up talking to the Kristie, the owner. Called back trying to get a tech guy at the office. My call was rolled back over to Kristie. She was going to call them herself, and I asked what time they closed, and she confirmed closing was at 8pm. I arrived at 655pm, shortly after speaking with Kristie, the owner. Regular business hours they close at 8pm. Modified hours right now, they actually closed at 6pm. I was upset and frustrated. Couldnt believe she didnt know when her own business closed!

Recommended to go here by Sprint to have a broken screen replaced. Arrived at 4:30 pm to closed sign even though hours are posted until 6 pm. Cristy let me in and stated they needed to order a new screen because she didnthave the part in stock.. I was desperate so I paid half and was told it would be in Tuesday am. Get a quote on Monday from another place for half what I was charged here. I felt it was a lesson learned and at least I was supporting a local business. On Tuesday, screen has not come in. Promises it will be there Wednesday. When I call on Wednesday I get disconnected when I press 2 for store and pressing 3 to speak with Cristy and the mail box is full. Cristy called me back telling me her credit card was compromised and the order was canceled. She promises it will be in Thursday morning. No call until Thursday night at 5:30. Cristy says she wont be there because its Halloween but I can drop off my phone and pick it up if I want to come in. Although I had plans for Halloween, I cancel so I can get my phone fixed. It took longer than expected but was repaired and by looking at the reviews, I am lucky my phone is working properly. I was told I would receive a free screen protector but when I picked up my phone was told they didnt have any in stock. Overall it was not a positive experience and I am pretty sure I paid a lot more than I should have. I suggest reading the reviews and not just trusting a recommendation from a store or the star rating. Sign in the store offers 10% off for good social media review. I now wonder how many of these good reviews were authentic or written for a discount.

I took my HTC One to Cell Phone Rehab in hopes they would be able to fix the shattered screen. No one else would work on it, however, CPR did and now it works wonderfully. They were fast, had the phone ready when promised, very easy to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions, without making me feel like I was wasting their time. I am sure you will not find better service anywhere. I highly recommend using CPR for all your phone repairs.

This was the second glass screen I had repaired with them. The first was great. The second they had glue oozing everywhere out of my phone. The glue to put the new glass on was not cleaned up and even was on my front camera. I dont take self-esteem but this was messed up. It was a S4. I not have upgraded to the S7 Edge. They need to be more neater with their work. This was like a year or so ago. The people were nice and the work fast, but sloppy.

They were very professional and friendly. I bought a battery for my Galaxy Samsung S7 but didnt realize needed professional to replace battery. I was able to leave it there for a short time and pick it up. They had it ready at the time promised. GREAT JOB

This store is now under new ownership and new management... The location has been completely remodeled inside and out as well as stocked with all of the newest cell phone accessories available. The technician was very knowledgeable and had my phone back to me in about an hour.

I would not recommend. The owner told me they had an Apple certified tech. This is untrue. I was told I needed a screen when my issue was they phone would not turn on. A new screen did not fix and was given the phone back unfixed. I sent it back to Apple who said the phone was damaged internally which left the phone beyond repair. My experience with this company is that I would not trust them with an expensive phone. The owner seemed hasty to sell screen and promised a lot. In my experience I found a young man were there that was not that knowledgeable. The owner explained her boyfriend who did most repairs was busy. Buyer beware.

Took my LG G4 in with unresponsive screen. Analyzed and performed troubleshooting process. While the tech was unable to find a solution, his work and manner were outstanding. I would return to them in future with other problems and recommend the shop highly.

1. The place stinks like a dirty ashtray when you walk in.2. A disheveled employee approached me--he was polite--Ill give him that3. I asked about a new screen for my iPhone 6S+4. He said, Wow, those are so new and hard to get. The screen alone will cost $299.00!4a.--The above is NOT true--the screen even at the most expensive offering is $180.4b.--It is NOT hard to get4c.--If you go to a true Apple store (i.e. Summit Birmingham)--they will replace your screen while you wait for $149.00. CPR with their prices could literally take your phone to B-ham and have lunch and still earn over $200 per phone (when you include labor). Wouldnt be surprised if that is what they do. The guy that waited on me knew the price at the Apple Store when I mentioned it. That is pure speculation on my part; but, this CPR place is a mess and totally unprofessional.My advice--take a trip to the Apple Store (get an appointment first) and the folks there will make your phone like new for $149. The money youll save will more than pay for the trip and youll have enough left over to enjoy a nice lunch at all the great restaurants at The Summit.If you MUST get your phone repaired in Montgomery--I suggest Total Cell Phone Repair. They charge parts + $55 labor--or $235. Thats still expensive; but, at least they are honest on the price of the screen. CPR charges $299 JUST FOR THE SCREEN alone--Absolute Rip-Off If there labor charges are the same as most--$55.00/hour--that would be $350.00 price tag!!

I got a price that was equivalent to how much it should have coated to fix my Nexus 6 properly, which ran me $290 (big phone screen and nice glass, and $20 for a warranty to fix it if the screen breaks again which they said they wouldnt do after it broke) Except the problem is that the glass they replaced is not the same kind of glass the phone comes with. The glass broke from stress in my pocket while I was at work standing (Im a cashier), and the phone continues to crack from just being set down. Honestly they did get it fixed properly but they didnt uphold their promise to make it good as new. They overcharge for cheap glass so you may as well not fix your screen.

Worst experience for the last few weeks.. I was told that I would have my iPhone back within 3 days and I have been dealing with CPR for about 3 to 4 week. Within these 3 to 4 weeks I have been more than 5 times and nothing was ever complete. when I got my phone back. My center button was perminately pressed in. So I called back (this should have never happened anyways) and told the guy what was up and we discussed me coming back on Monday (my ONLY off day) and the shop NEVER OPENED. nor was there even a number to leave a message. As a customer I feel this was disrespectful. Because not once was I called this time or the Times before to be told Im sorry your device is not ready or, your part didnt come in anything to prevent me from driving all the way from where I live which is not in the city of Montgomery. The amount of gas that has gone though my car just traveling back and forth to this place is unspeakable.. Because the site never opened Monday, I took the phone to another repair place only to be told the hole for this phone is too small. This isnt the right screen. ... So, I paid over 100 dollars to be given back a phone that isnt properly fixed. how can you give a customer back a phone that isnt properly fixed and thats the whole point of the store. I feel like that is SO shady because I did my part. There is no way this couldnt have been seen. My phone stays on voice control constantly which is SO annoying and half the time I cant even control it. I want my money back.

One word, unprofessional.My girlfriend and I went into this place expecting her iPhone 6 Plus to be fixed, it ultimately wasnt. We paid $220 and I also paid a rush fee for the screen to come in next day. It did come in next day but here is where the issue came ...They fixed the screen but once my girlfriend got it to the car, the screen still wasnt working. They said it was a defective screen. OK fine, they order another. They put it on and it still doesnt work. Im just thinking at this point that they dont know what they are doing. So they refund the rush fee. My girlfriend paid CASH to them for these repairs. She requests a refund and they only give her $130 one day and they said come back. Why ? We paid you cash the first time, why would we come back. She agrees and then we come back almost 3 days later asking for the remainder of the refund. He slings open the register and says, I only have $50 you can either take this or come back. He said it like we were inconviencing him when we gave them three days to get cash. He offers to put the rest on the card, and this was Monday. Its now Thursday and no sign of the refund in sight. Dont go here. Please go to a certified Apple Specialist.

I went to your store on May 11, ordered the part, paid 50% and I was told that the was supposed to come in the next week. I went back a couple of weeks later to told that the part was not in but in a couple of days they would have the part will be in and nothing. I called on June 6th and I was told that they were going to talk to the owner about it and call me back. He did called me back and told that the part is coming in the next day. That was on June 6. I was finally able to coming on June 17th just to find out that the still didnt have the part. I contacted the owner and she proceeded to text me, so I took it as her way for me to contact her. I send her a message trying to find a solution to this situation and the owner calls me back, tells me she didnt read my message and begins to yell at me and telling me all her personal things. I tried to sympathize with her and she continued been rude and belligerent. She never gave me the opportunity to explained myself. She asked if I wanted the cellphone repair or my money back. I told her that I wanted my money back and she hang up. I contacted the store and told them my decision just for them call 20 minutes later and telling that they ordered the part. How am I supposed to still doing business with them when the owner, as she identified herself, treated a costumer in that way.

Would rate them lower if I could. Got my cracked iPhone X screen repaired and it glitched the next day. They agreed that it was a fault in the screen but never ordered a replacement. Only lied and had me coming up there about 3 times a week. Also very quick to ignore phone calls once they see you have a problem that theyre trying to dodge.

This business is awful and a rip off!!! Take your repair money to the Apple store or reputable shop! Overpriced, shoddy work by novices, super low quality repair parts, and their “warranty” claims are a total scam- YOU WILL pay twice to fix the unrepaired original problem! We spent $130 on an iPad cracked screen repair. When we received it back we had 3 new issues: off-center digitizer, inoperative digitizer and inoperative home key. Despite big talk about warranty, manager/owner Kristy blew us off on 5 separate attempts to allow them another repair opportunity, even with us having to pay again!We paid another $100 to a reputable/professional repair shop, and repair was done flawlessly for less money. The new guy saved the home key to show us how jacked up the repair was, and proved that the “damaged lcd” they contended was total BS (it works and looks beautiful now, and we did not replace the lcd!)This IS NOT a reputable repair place. DO NOT trust them with anything other than a $10 phone screen protector replacement, and make them do the repair in your presence.If this is the only scathing review here, feel free to disregard. But if this isn’t the only very poor review, then heed the warning and don’t go here. This outfit will be out of business within the year, all due to Kristy and her philosophy of ripping off and gouging hard working customers like you, and very likely worsening or ruining your expensive phone or tablet.JM Akers

I drove there to sell my iPhone 5, after 40 mins of her testing my phone she realized it was not a 5s, my ad clearly stated my phone was a 5. Droid Moto Z Play needed new screen. Went to pick up three different times. Each time, there was a section of the screen that was not adhered properly. Each time received a different excuse. They finally fixed it and delivered it to my office on a Friday. BTW, they put my SIM card in someone elses phone. I had to spend an hour at Verizon having a new SIM card programmed. Sorry Gold I-Phone 7 user, whose phone they placed my SIM card in. Its my understanding that when we got the reprogrammed one, our old one, in your phone, quit working. Hope you enjoyed your CPR experience as much as I did. I gave it back to my child on Sunday evening. He sat in the den and played on it. By Monday evening the screen went blue / purple. By Tuesday morning, it was solid black. The phone is in an Otterbox with a screen protector and he literally did not leave the chair with it. Now I am out $220 and have a phone that still does not work.

Hit my phone on a chair at work and the screen goes out then black, blue, purple, green, and white. Screen is fudged...called and spoke with a representative and said I’ll be in on my lunch break. Long story short phone is working again

With trepidation I sent my iPad and Samsung cell phone in by a friend to CPR for repair expecting a costly fix and a long wait time. I usually incur long drives from the country or drive backs, long wait times and unexpected additional cost for most everything. As promised the repairs were made promptly and inexpensively. Moreover, everything works perfectly, was nicely cleaned and I received a new iPad holster free within an a couple hours including drive time. Good job new management!

But still a new galaxy 3 used 2 weeks... after beating down to almost nothing said heck with it cut him a deal to repair screen 200.00 bucks so agreed, then when asked to just transfer the minor pics etc... wanted to reduce selling price by 50%... little rude to boot.. left to think it over ( cool) off a little over the scam...Get back after removing and transfer data etc,,,. says still buy drive all the way back (Oh no money today)????? ok, be tomorrow ... drive all the way down AGAIN....OH NO MONEY TO BUY...Unreal... the young man taller guy less techno prepped was helpful and over all nice guy...derrick I think was the nut buster... other guy today cool...maybe other little ones rings..etc..mad him ill.... lol

Absolutely horrible, shockingly bad experience. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional group of people. Before I brought my phone to these people, every single thing on it worked perfectly. The only issue I had is that there was a scratch on the left side of the screen that irritated me. So I tried to do the right thing and support a local business (or at least a business in the area). On August 5, 2015, I prepaid $161.49 for a screen and service for an iPhone 6. I was told that I would be notified when the parts arrived.Days go by, and I dont hear from them. I had to call on the 11th and finally ask what exactly was going on. They had an excuse about how their delivery of parts was delayed. Either way, theyd have it the next day. So Im pretty understanding, and I agree thatd be fine. I take the phone in on August 12. Again, they do not call me - I had to turn up and see whether it was done. I wait approximately 10 minutes after arriving since they were apparently still working on it. Everything looked good initially when I got it back, but I started noticing problems almost right away on the phone.There was an absolutely immense battery drain on the phone, but more importantly than even that was the ambient light sensor not working, the backlighting at the top of the phone was WAY off, (and they should have noticed that if nothing else if they repair phones for a living) and the proximity sensor wasnt working. If you dont know what a proximity sensor is, when you hold a smartphone up to your head to talk, it shuts the screen off so it doesnt register contact with the screen. It makes it very difficult to use your phone as a phone when it isnt working. The next day, on August 13, I call them back and explain the issue. They agree to take a look at it again and see if theres something they missed. I understand that sometimes, these things happen.Cant make it there before close on August 14, but I do arrive on August 15th. Another employee looks at the phone, and says that theres just an issue with the screen at this point. Theyll have to order another screen to resolve these issues. Its frustrating, but I understand, and I agree, and ask them to contact me when it is in. I waited 10 days, and heard nothing from them. Called a little late in the day on August 25th, and I was told that they got the part in either the day before or that day. So, I mean, thanks for the heads up, right? Cant make it there that day, so I take it in on August 26th.On August 26th, I drop the phone off yet again around 12:00. The employee says theyre a little backed up, but they should hopefully have it ready in about 2 1/2 hours. I told him it was fine. Close to that time later, I got a call saying the screen was on the phone, and they were going to test the other functions. Got another call later, and they told me that the screen was working fine, but that they could not get the proximity sensor to work. They claimed to have tested different parts, but they simply could not get the proximity sensor to work on the phone. I asked how we intended to resolve this issue, especially since it worked when I brought it to them.I was told that they could either place a damaged screen on the phone (not my original screen in this case, but one that was much, much more damaged) and get a refund, or that basically, Id have to live with it. This is literally three weeks to this point, and I absolutely need that telephone. Time I dont have it almost always translates to lost productivity. So essentially, my choice was to get my phone back in worse shape than I brought it in, and get my money back, or to keep the screen and they dont fix an issue they caused. I essentially had no real choice in the matter. I am contacting my credit card company to get my money back. They are a terrible business, and your money would be better spent anywhere else. They should be ashamed, but theyre not.

Phone didnt react to touch or swiping motion. Once I brought it to CPR it worked good as new!
