The best in town! Quick, affordable and professional! Great job!

Everyone knows you have to leave at least one star or else the review won’t go up. But there is nothing to review here so it really is NO STARS. My appointment with them was from 3-5pm. So I called at 4:45pm when no one had called/shown up yet. When we made the appointment, I took it to mean that they would be arriving by 3:00-ish and done by 5:00. But he tells me what it “really” meant was that they would be arriving anywhere from between 3-5. *head scratch* He tells me that I’m next on the list and I would get a call when they were on the way. Well I never did get that call he was talking about but my doorbell rang at 4:47pm and that was them. Two men walked through surveying the house. One is asking me questions but at this point I’m just so disappointed and cranky because I had to be at my second shift of work at 6:30 soooo them just now arriving at this point is cutting into my nap time. Neither of them even knew WHAT work they were here to do, how many rooms in the house, how much it was supposed to cost nor did they have all their equipment with them. My entire afternoon was absolutely wasted waiting for them for 2 hours and they showed at the last minute. Of course I knew it wasn’t THEIR fault, this all falls on boss man’s poor management. Still, before I officially snapped, I had to put them out my house and I’ll get the job done some other way. Anyone reading this, do not even take the gamble with them. I had been heard their work wasn’t even all that. I was just using them because it was cheap but you get what you pay for.

They did a very excellent job. The spots I thought that wouldnt come out they got them cleaned. Thank you guys

The owner and operator is very rude. His business is unprofessional and bootleg. I had him to clean my carpet and he half did it. When I called to discuss the matter with him he was very rude, unprofessional and dismissive. I told him we could just part ways here and I would be leaving him a negative review. He told me he would just delete it. If you are looking for someone to clean your carpet and not half do it save yourself the trouble and call a real carpet cleaning company.
