Staff was awesome! Velma got me in and out. She was friendly and knowledgeable.

Receptionist was very nice and Velma was very kind and did a great job! I didn’t even feel the jab like I usually do.

The staff mustve been working at minimal numbers. It took over 2 hours just to be called back for one vial of blood. The waiting room stayed full the whole time I was there.

The lady who answered the phone was very nice and friendly, and she answered my questions without rushing me. I didnt have to wait long, once I got there, and the nurse who drew my blood was very sweet, gentle, and friendly!

Staff was professional. Receptionist had me log in at kiosk. The kiosk was simple to use: It took a picture of my driver licence, then insurance card.Receptionist called me over to verify, took the Doctors orders, and payment. (Note: they dont take cash as payment).The nurse/lab person collected samples, painlessly, and thanked me for using their services.I would use again.

This place is awful the way they run business. This doesnt even deserve the one star Ive given.

They were very helpful when trying to figure out what my doctor ordered and took the time to talk with my doctors office to ensure that the correct tests were run. Dont use the lab at Winton Blount. They were rude and wouldnt help especially the lady at the front desk.

One lab tech did not have a mask on. Very unprofessional.
