Called that morning to get a men’s haircut. They said they could take us at 5:30.Drove 30 minutes from home, arrived at 5:15 and the hairdressers screams “I ain’t taking no more” as soon as we walk in the door. I told her we had an appt and she repeated herself again.I told her I did not understand, we drove 30 min for this appt and you’re just going to kick us out right before it? And she said “well I gotta leave and I ain’t got time to do it”Very unprofessional and rude.If you cancel my appt, that’s fine but tell me before I drive 30 minutes to your business. You took my number when I made the appt, so I know that you had the ability to contact me.Will never return here again. I definitely recommend going somewhere else, anywhere is better than this unprofessional establishment.

I walked in. No customer. One man leaving two employees one sitting in a chair one cashing out the guy leaving. She told me I couldnt get service without an appointment. Never will go back.

I have been coming to this Supercuts for haircuts and styling for about a year and the service has always been great. I am leaving this review because I got my hair colored and styled today by Carol and she did such an AWESOME job that I had to shout her out. She was very professional, took her time, listened to me, and honestly just brightened my whole day. If you want high-end salon results on your hair color and perfect eyebrow waxing, request Carol!!

Incredible experience! We arrived at this location around 3 pm. They were super busy. There was only one stylist there but she was super calm, patient and friendly to each person who came in. She explained the wait time to each guest and stated she would stay late until each guest was served.My mom, sister, and I each water our turn. Carolyn did an excellent job on each of our cuts. My sister has cerebral palsy and in a wheelchair. Carolyn was so sweet to her. Chatting with her while she cut her hair.I highly recommend this location and Carolyn for your styling needs. We will certainly be back. And on a side note the handicap parking setup is great.

Great service. Enjoyed the MVP service for $25 . The give military retiree discount so total was 18 so gave 7 tip... Under 30 min with cut and shampoo. Not quite a five star but would recommend.

My wife went in for a trim, and was very happy with the expertise, and friendly, professional service the staff provided her with. Even though Im bald, they treated me like I was a valued customer, and not a spouse waiting for their other half to get their hair done. Kudos to Supercuts!

This place has been somewhat hit or miss for me. Ive been here 3 times and 2 of those times the hairdresser was exceptionally friendly and complimented me a lot on my hair. One time that I came, though, I walked in the door and the hairdresser just yelled were closed, leave! without looking at me. This wasnt really close to their posted closing time so I was thrown off by this, but just ended up turning around and walking out. I think the cost of haircuts, in general, is crazy high, but this place is probably one of the cheaper places. I think a haircut is either $13 or $16.

Carol did a good job on my eyebrow waxing it was a little sore but i like the resultOverall good experience did my hair cut here last time it was a good result too.Worth it.

Employees seemed miserable and gave minimal effort. I was desperate for a haircut and now I look like I was desperate for a haircut.

I have been to many Supercuts locations throughout the US because I travel often for my work. I have found 98% of them the same. They give a good hair cut at a reasonable price. Most store have not had much of a wait, but an appointment is recommended if youre not a patient person or if youre taking the whole family for cuts. I have always had my hair cut in a short military style, which is easy and quick for both me and the stylist. The store was clean and the employees friendly.

Wow... she took over 30 minutes to cut one guys hair. She messed up his hair... three different times! It was completely unprofessional and a bad experience. I left because I was scared I would walk out of there looking like Robert Pattinson. I wouldn’t waste your time at this place.

Honestly, this place is always changing staff members and other stuff around, that its hard to give it a review without changing it every month. They have fair prices, and if you find a stylist you like Im sure it would be good, but theres no telling how long that he/she will he there.

I am always pleased when Colleen cuts my hair. This last time, I had someone else cut my my hair. I was practically SCALPED!Instead of following my specific instructions, the stylist ran a #1 blade all over my head, with bonus gouge and bald patches, leaving me looking like a bowling ball with a bit of moss on it and a viscous attack of mange.. or a WWII Concentration Camp Survivor. I was turned purposefully at an angle where I could not see a mirror and correct the stylist.When I brought this to Colleens attention, she graciously offered my next haircut at no charge.... probably 3-4 months from now. In the meantime, I am continuing to wear a ball cap to work, outdoor activities and social activities.

Only had one person working. Stylist seemed very irritated (for good reason). I left.

I had the worst hair cutting experience. The man who cut my was incompetent on customer service and infuriatingly rude. To my additional disappointment, management was pitifully ineffective at handling a situation that should have never escalated to the point that it did.They double charged me for my haircut and refused to give me a refund. I had to go to the store on three separate occasions and show the proof on my bank statements twice just to show it did actually process twice. The man refused to give me a receipt for either of the transaction and claimed It was no big deal. I said if it was no big deal then to please give me a receipt for my personal records. He once again refused, I even paid with a debit card. I waited a few days to see if the payments processed, not to my surprise they did. The man called me a LIAR and I was attempting to STEAL from the store. This occurred even after I showed him and the manager the statements. It took the manager forever to give me my refund, she didnt know how and had to call corporate, after my third visits while this joke of an employee kept insulting me the entire way through.I am a man of principle and this store has no principle and employs people with a blatant lack of respect. Never in my life have I been insulted by a business. I would highly recommend anyone to take their business somewhere else and save them a headache from the real thieves.

Worst haircut I had since 1990. I showed a picture of Reese Witherspoons long pretty bangs. Mine now sit halfway between my eyebrow and hair line. She says oh you will need pomade to train them. @#!$;/!

Do not get your color services done here. Called and got a quote, told them what I wanted, then charged me almost double the quote and walked out with orange hair. Refused to give refund and would not let me see another technician to let them fix it. Did not listen to what I wanted at all. The only good thing about this place is that they have one person that knows what they are doing. She could tell I was not happy and as soon as she walked in the next day to see me back she immediately took over. If she ever moves, Ill go to her new salon but until then Im sorry I cannot give Supercuts any more of my money.

Only one good stylist with at this location. They used to have a decent guy who cut there too but his hours seemed limited. One of the idiotic stylists cut my skin when she did my hair because she was rushing. There were uneven patches and I had several spots that bled. Then today they closed an hour and fifteen minutes early for a meeting. I saw one stylist inside when I entered and was refused service; so shes having a meeting alone? Lazy, lacking skill group. If you go only go to the one good stylist, Aisha I believe, or else you might bleed, have a crappy cut, etc.

It always depends on who is working, if you can figure out who to use, then you like them & can repeat with them.
