As a woman walking into a barber shop, I felt a little out of place. But I asked about a simple trim and Kirk the barber said that it was no problem at all! He finished with his current client and i was next. My hair is straight and quite long, about 3 ft I suppose, and just needed a good trim. Less than five minutes and four inches later, I was getting out of the chair. And he wouldnt even let me pay him! So I left a tip and said thank you! The fellas in the shop were really nice and didnt seem at all surprised to see a woman in the shop. Kirk the barber is awesome! Also, a little foot note, Kirk provides drinks/water and a restroom to the USPS workers who come through during the day as well. Kindness is everywhere and Kirk gives it away freely! Thank you
