The service I received was absolutely, hands down amazing! The staff/mechanics are always so polite and welcoming to answer all questions and never made me feel as if any question was silly. They kept me aware of what was happening at all times, down to even the smallest of details. I couldnt be happier with the results, so happy, I have been back for 3 different problems with my car and others were so impressed after I raved about it that they began taking their vehicles there too :) Not to mention they always remember my name each time I come in or call. And I cannot stress enough (and unfortunately it is not as common anymore) but they are truly honest and good people.

On my way home from work, my tire pressure light came on. I filled it with air, but decided to drive straight to Gray’s in Montgomery to have them check it out. I arrived a few minutes after they closed, but they welcomed me in and helped me anyway. Wow!!! Jason and David were unbelievably professional, courteous, efficient, and kind. Not only did they assess the air in my tire, they also found the problem, and fixed it! After a long day for all of us, they still took the time to help me and not only “bandaid” my issue, but resolve it altogether. I will definitely be doing my business at Gray’s from today forward. Grays tire was the best auto repair I have ever dealt with. My brake pad and caliper piston fell off of my car when I was on the way home from the beach and not even close to being home. Grays helped me with quick timing and affordable pricing and were able to get me back on the road in less than 3 hours. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I absolutely would they were extremely professional and were ready to help.

Jason and his team are wonderful! I called to see when I could get in for all new tires. He got me in and out in record time. Also knowing that I find all of the nails and screws on any roadways, he gave me 100%coverage on any tire for a year! Great price, great service. I couldn’t have asked for better.

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST SHOP in the area. I moved to Montgomery one year ago and Grays was recommended by a neighbor. I was here a couple of months back to fix my alternator and I am now back to get my tires rotated and aligned along with spark plugs/tune up but this is my official go to place. Friendly, professional, fast service, and reliable. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone for all of your automotive needs!

I am three hours away and was helping my son get his vandalized vehicle towed and fixed. This was the ONLY of 4 places that would accept and service our vehicle in the immediate future. Jason was so nice over the phone, explanatory and available to communicate regularly with about our complex issue. He went above and beyond to get parts that were affordable and even overnighted! Upon arriving at my doctor appointment, I saw a lady that had locked her keys in her vehicle, I couldnt readily produce money to hire a locksmith for her, so I called Grays Tire & Service Ctr. Bob was the person which I spoke with and explained to him that a pregnant woman, who also was from out had locked herself out of her vehicle. I asked Bob if anyone at that facility had means of opening her car. He sent someone out immediately to assist this lady. You Guys Are The Bomb. Called about 3-4 weeks ago to get a full price on the total it would be to have my wheel hub replaced had my vehicle checked out and everything to make sure that was what I needed called brother or sister how every you want to put it and was told it would be $50 juSt for them to put it on get to the place and it’s $200 not what I expected but glad I was able to find somewhere else to take to and not be overcharged my advice is to keep looking

I’ve been coming to Gray’s for quite a while now, and won’t go anywhere else. The service is great and I’ll never hear someone say I could’ve gotten it cheaper elsewhere.They serviced my Camry for years and now I take my Mercedes there as well.

Grays is the only place we take our car to. They are one of the few places left that act with integrity and honesty. Every person there is kind and professional. Their ability to take us in on short notice for emergencies has saved us. Even though we moved across town, Im happy to go out of the way to get my car serviced here.

This is a good shop. When looking for a mechanic, you want someone who is honest that also stands behind their work. Look no further. The owner of this shop has more integrity than any that Ive met in years. Car repairs arent cheap anywhere but here youll feel like the money was well spent.

I had my car towed to Grays Tire and Sevice Center at the PRATTVILLE, AL. location. The professionalism that Joseph showed me was outstanding. Joseph displayed excellent customer service and was able to tell me within a couple of hours what was going on with my car. As women who only knows how to put gas in her car, Grays did not try and take advance of me. If you are looking for a honest, professional tire and service center than Grays in PRATTVILLE is the place to go!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped on the way through town to get my tires balanced. First if all they took my car in right when I got there. Wheels were coming off within 10 minutes of arriving. I ended up having to get two new tires and every step the process I was kept up to date on what was going on. In the end I think I spent two hours waiting (which I think is phenomenal for a walk in service).I highly recommend them if you need some work done in your car.

Great group of folks at the Montgomery location off Eastern Blvd. I was headed to TX and just started out for the day and the team could tell I needed a hand and got me back on the road in 90 minutes or so. These guys always go above and beyond my expectations of what to expect from a tire and service shop!! We had some friends in town on a missions trip to a children’s home and they had a van that needed big repairs! They went the extra “miles” and the owner David Gray drive to Georgia last minute to get a sensor that they needed to finish the repair. The mechanic “jay” stayed late and the manager “Matt” made multiple calls to parts houses and moved so much around to make this repair happen before they had to leave to return to college in Pennsylvania on time! Wow! Not only have my family used these guys for 20 years we will use them from now on. They are full of honesty and integrity and can’t say enough good about them!!

My experience with Grays Tire is always a GREAT one. Today was an exception though. I went to the Grays location in Montgomery. Will was so nice and helpful and Jacob was a peach to take me to work after I dropped my van off! Much to my surprise when I went to pick it up, they had even washed and cleaned it up for me!! Seems okay, but you have to wait outside on a wooden bench and weve been here for hours as others came and left. Was told it wouldnt take very long but theyve extended the time estimate a couple of times.

Oh my goodness, they were very nice. Don Duncan All American Tires messed my car up, and what had went bad it was still under warranty, but Don Duncan got mad because I had to take him to court, he told me that he was not going to correct the problem even though it was still under warranty, he said that he was going to call the police if I did not get off his property, then when my sister in the Lord asked him if it was anything that he could do to resolve the issue, he told me to take it somewhere else and he would pay for it with his credit card. Grays Tire & service correct the problem and didnt charge Don Duncan a penny. Praise God that there are some Awesome people still.

Gave one star would give Zero if that was a option. Carried my Nissan Pathfinder to Grays Automotive for repairs was given a quote and promised a fixed and drivable car. 2 days later I was told it would take another 2300 to 2500 to fix my Pathfinder. Obviously not acceptable. I was charged over 100.00 more than given price for a vehicle that ran worse after i left Grays Automotive obviously truth not serviced here at Grays Automotive.

Im new in town and had issues with my Mercedes Sprinter van. I looked these folks up and after seeing the good reviews decided to give them a try. Ive since been back twice with other issues and glad I didnt try someone else! Impeccably service to say the least! Taylor (mgr) and Rodney (desk) and the techs are down right honest, and for me, thats 1st and foremost. Then the prompt service and quality is what I endorse without question. I believe they have other locations in the Wetumpka area.

Im not really sure, I only received air from this location. I did recommend someone and they had a bad experience with a manager and a bad deal on their vehicle, and I was present, so I have mixed feelings on this location.

I moved from NY, and my trusted mechanic there, right before I moved said that I have to get my ball joint replaced on my next oil change. So when I moved here, I took my car to Gray for the ball joint issue, they charged me $45 to diagnose and told me that I needed new Struts, here is the estimate attached. I got a second opinion from a friends trusted mechanic and he lifted the car and pointed out that it was the ball joint making the noise and not the struts, he asked me to buy the part for $55 and he charged $100 to replace it, car does not make the noise anymore. All said and done, it saved me $900. You be the judge!

These guys are amazing! When my girlfriends 16 year old, 212k mile car died we were sure that it was done for. We had it towed to Grays and called them the next day while it was being diagnosed. The mechanic determined that the distributor was bad (expensive). He noticed that it was newer than the rest of the car and worked with us to figure out where it was replaced before and contacted them to get the warranty information on the part. Instead of almost $800, we spent less than $300 because he was able to get the part replaced under warranty. Theyre not the cheapest in town, but they go above and beyond what youd expect for the price youre paying. They even washed the car! My vehicles will not be worked on anywhere else in the future.

Something happened to my car after some work they did and they were quick to make sure that the problem was fixed free of charge after hearing I was not satisfied. Good mechanics who will help you if you are not completely contempt with the their work.

My wife her car broken down on hwy 231, she call towing company towed to Grays, they checked for her it was Distributor went bad, she left car there for fix, the bill came, that was $671.21 in total, her car was Honda Cr-V made of year 2000, the question is they charged her for just Distributor $445.16 and you can buy this at parts store for less $110, what do you call this ? ripped off of old lady because she doesnt know anything of car ? and when I checked the job they done, the two of the screws no even complete in place, what kind of job? I would never go back there again !!!!!
