Customer service sucks! The young sounding lady that answers the phone Attitude is horrible. I was referred by a mutual friend to Shermans and after speaking with the young lady on the phone I absolutely did not want to take my vehicle there for any service. After hanging up the phone because of her bad manners on the phone and speaking with the mutual friend She called my number back again! So unprofessional and til this day I have not received a callback from there about my vehicle and its okay! To me customer service is the face of any business... I clearly rate 2

I dont know where these people on hear get out of lying about this place but its horrible. For one,I took my black dodge magnum there and needed head work on my engine. These people told me it will be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. I didnt get my car back until 3 months later. They didnt call me and to tell me anything. I had to threat not to get it fixed before they started working on it. Said the mechanic were in jail. They had some ratchet girl answering calls that talk like shes from the projects with no education getting an attitude and on the day I come to pick up the car,I was told I had to pay an extra $238 cause they had to order another part for my car but forgot to call me before doing extra work. These people are ratchet and unprofessional. Im from the west side and would rather drive to the north side for service. These people are cut throat. Please dont waste ur time and money dealing with these people. I shouldnt have to wait that long for my vehicle when their like 4 or 5 mechanics there. Sherman as well. Great attitude and guy but bad and horrible business man. Horrible customer service.

Took a blue camaro in for service. They have some young teenager female that has no business working behind the desk. They took my car in to replace the engine,told me they would have my car back in 3 weeks and took two months. They never called or said why its gonna take long. When I was call to pick it up,the girl had a terrible attitude saying I need to come pick up my car cause it was ready and to bring $350 more cause he had to do some extra work. She couldnt explain it and said I needed to talk to Sherman. So I asked her to put him on the phone and she said hes too busy to come to the phone. With an attitude,so after I explained how crazy this was,she ..this little hood girl curse me out and hung up the phone in my face. After having my car longer than expected,...I I paid them and said Ill never bring my car back here again.

Best place to get your car fixed the right way and not going to kill your pocket. Very friendly staff
