A low tire indicator caused us to pull off the interstate. At the end of the exit ramp my wife noticed Kelly’s service center straight ahead. I was envisioning a 2+ hour wait on our way to Florida for a vacation. Instead, George Kelly walked out, quickly saw the problem (a large screw in my tire). He immediately asked me to back my car into his service center. Literally 5 minutes later he had plugged the tire and was wishing us safe travels on our journey. To say it was an incredibly wonderful experience would be an understatement!! George took great care of us and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an auto repair!! Thanks again George!!

What excellent service! I cannot be more thankful or pleased. My daughter and son-in-law broke down on the way home to Mobile from NC. Had to leave the car roadside. I called Kelleys Service Center from Charleston, SC after researching online and Mr. George Kelley recommended a tow company and promised to take care of the issue. After overnighting the key to the tow company and arranging for the car to be delivered to Mr. Kelley we started getting somewhere! Then, lo and behold the SAME issue happened to my car in SC. I wish we had such a service center here as Kelleys!!! For the same exact wheel bearing replacement and on the same axle at a service center in SC I was charged almost double and treated poorly as I had to haggle the price down from even higher (even I know it generally does NOT take 2 hours labor to replace the bearing)!!!!!Anyway, I picked my daughters car up from Kelleys and drove it 7 hours back to Charleston and it was perfect! I cannot recommend Kelleys Service Center enough; rather than taking advantage of travelers misfortune they operate with integrity and good old Southern courtesy.Thank you, Mr. George and your crew, for taking care of a family in need very far from home!

Incredible service, kindness and professionalism! Our truck was giving an Overheat Alert on a long trip so we stopped by Kelley Service Center. They were able to examine our truck right then and there and make a recommendation. The gentlemen were so kind and helpful, I don’t know what we would have done without them!!! We highly recommend them!!!

These guys are so genuinely helpful and friendly. We were in the middle of traveling with 4 kids in an RV when the check engine light started blinking and engine wasnt running right. I called a few places trying to find someone to 1. see an RV and 2. take us without an appointment and not able to drop off. Kellys was my third call and I was so surprised at how friendly and reassuring they were on the phone. Told us to come on in and they would check it out and go ahead and fix it if they could. No wait. We were so thankful and grateful. They were so awesome, professional, friendly, and fair in price. My kids actually had a good time waiting in the warm waiting room with the many varieties of magazines from hunting to good housekeeping ;-). Definitely recommend!The Harriss

Amazing experience! My car was making a horrendous noise when I dropped it off, on a Monday morning no less. They checked it out and found the problem, keeping me informed all along the way. They fixed the issue, a tensioner pulley in the timing, and had my car ready to go all in one day. It runs so much better now. Thanks Mr. Kelley!! Ill definitely be back.

Wanted to say Thank you so much for helping us fix an issue with our windshield wiper this morning. We were traveling back from a military softball game in FL when our wiper was messing up. The road conditions were so bad that we couldnt drive any further without our wipers working. We are so grateful they got is right in and made the repair. A guy from work recommended this mechanic and I’m glad that he did. These are great people and they’re not trying to get as much money as they can from you. A universal joint broke in half on my truck slinging the drive-shaft. A buddy of mine (Trey F) pulled my truck to their shop, i was told they would get right on it first thing in the morning. They changed the U-joint that broke, test drove it, there was a vibration in it so they fixed that also. Now my truck drives like it did when i first got it, like a new one. I used to live near Kellys Service Center. Ive been using them for roughly a little over two years. Such wonderful people who go above and beyond to make sure the safety of you and your car. Even after moving to a different city, I still make travel when I can to this auto shop. Ive always had such great service here. Even when its something I dont wanna hear about my Jeep or Volvo, Mr. Kelly and his team has always provided great customer care, always! I will miss this place when I move further away next month. I highly recommend you take your business here.

Fast and fair

Our Jeep got a flat tire on our way home from Orange Beach, Al, so I did a quick search on Google to find the nearest shop for tire repair. Kellys Service Center came up as the nearest, and had good reviews. We quickly found out why they had good reviews. They took our tire off its rim and told us it couldnt be fixed, and pointed us to a shop down the road who could sell us a used tire that was good enough to get us back to Pennsylvania. When asked how much we owe, their response, nothing; Just be safe goin home. Everyone was super nice, not treating us any differently than they would a friend. Thank you so much, Kellys!! You were an answer to prayer! ❤️

Had a leaking tire and they found the problem. Because I really didnt want to buy just one tire and couldnt get 4 new ones right then, they put on the spare for me and charged me a very modest price.

Wouldnt go anywhere else. Super customer service.

My husband and I got stranded outside of montgomery and got towed to the nearest repair shop which was Kelly’s. The employees here were calm, competent, and very helpful to us. They studied our car for a few hours trying to fix it. At the end of the day, though they weren’t able to fix our car, they gave us sound advice for where to go to get it properly fixed. Being two twenty year olds, they could have charged us any amount of service fee and could have taken advantage of our lack of experience, but they didnt charge us anything even though they spent hours trying to diagnose it. Kelly’s is a safe and trustworthy place to go with great people. 5/5 reccomend
