My name is Beverly Martin and JHCC on Wares Ferry completed my paint job on 03/22/2021(Blue BMW X3). When I picked up my vehicle it was very dusty with pollen. I had to ask exactly what the “Detail” mean bc my vehicle sure wasn’t detailed at all!!! There was what looked like specs of blue paint or tape on my vehicle also. Shay offered to wipe it off, but after them having my vehicle for 2 weeks I was ready to go! I felt like the car should’ve been properly detailed before they even called me to pick it up. I drove straight home to pick my kids up and take them to eat and my check engine light came on. I immediately called up there and Pat answered the phone(has the worst attitude EVER). He stated they didn’t do anything to make my light come on but it clearly wasn’t on when I brought my vehicle to them! He said I can bring it back up and they can clear the code but I’m afraid to even take my vehicle back up there. After I washed my vehicle, I saw some imperfections in the paint job. I truly hate my Warranty company paid over 5,000 to get this done bc it sure wasn’t worth it!!! Check Engine light is still on, the code read thermostat housing needs to be replaced and said something was unplugged for an extended amount of time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JHCC AT ALL!!

I had to take my truck back to get repaired from an accident that occurred in Florida. The repair shop in Tampa didnt do a good job, but Joe Hudsons got me driving smooth. Great customer service and Ms. Jean is so friendly and she called me to make sure my truck was OK and I was satisfied with the service.. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GREAT REPAIR WORK 💯!!! 💕

I first came by in the morning and the small parking lot was full so I decided to leave and come back later. When I returned cars had cleared and parking was available. I saw the same lady that entered when I first came by coming out of the business. I walked in after her and no one was in the lobby to greet me. I stood there saying hello 3 or 4 times. I heard someone in the side office clearing their throat but they never came out to greet me. One male came in from the back and spoke as he went into the restroom. Still no service. Two other men came from the back, looked at me and never even spoke. I decided to leave. Customer Service is not good here.

They did a good job repairing my vehicle. One thing I liked over other olaces was that they had many ways of communicating with you. Repair status is available on their website, texting, email, etc. The staff was professional, efficient, and helpful.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The process of checking my truck in and out was vary fast. I am very pleased with the repairs done on my 2006 Ford Explorer. They were able to match the paint up perfect!! If I need repairs in the future I will be sure to give you guys a call. Over all experience was excellent. One of the best things was they kept me posted each step of the way. I knew when repairs started and when they were finished. I received my truck back on the date they said I would. The rental service there was also very very nice and it was nice to get repairs and rental all in one place.

Theyre friendly & the set up not complicated at all

Dropped my car off on Wednesday and was told it should be done by Friday. It actually wasnt finished till Tuesday, but I understand there are other cars that need to be repaired and things like this take time so Im not concerned. Id rather them take their time to do their best work than be in a hurry. Overall Im very impressed with the work they did; made my car look brand new all over again. They were very friendly and kept me updated very often. I will definitely take my car back if necessary in the future. Great job!

The customer service at the Wares Ferry Road branch was outstanding. Everyone seemed to know their job and was proud to help. I got my truck back in just 2 days. After I left the first day I received automatic texts keeping me updated on each step of the repairs. Awesome place if you have to have this type of service on your vehicle.

I was able to drop my car off and get my rental from the same location saved a lot of time. I was updated every step of the way, which I enjoyed. I would suggest checking to make sure the appointments report are updated every morning or often, as I made the appointment online for the time they had available and they had no record of it. I would definitely recommend others here.

I have used Joe Hudson Collision twice and each time I was very satisfied my vehicle looked like it just came off the show case floor. Once you pick it up everything is at your fingertips my rental car was even there with no hassle at all . They are customer friendly. They made me feel very welcome. Every time something is done on the car you get an update email letting you know the status of the vehicle.

After being in an accident, my insurance rep asked me if I had a body shop I preferred to take my truck to for repairs. I told them Id like to use Joe Hudsons Collision Center because although Ive never used them, I knew they were the best around and man, was I ever right! My truck was so messed up that I thought it would never be right again... but they nailed it! Its like the wreck never even happened. They answered every single question and concern I had, no matter how long it took. They made me feel like I was their only customer. I doubt Ill ever use another body shop.

I was in an accident and the other partys insurance contacted Joe Hudson for the estimate on repairs. The car was towed to them and then I received an estimate. The estimate for parts alone was enough to total the car (not including labor). I decided I was not going to get the repairs done through Joe Hudson and when I came to pick up the car, the front headlight had been removed and was no longer with the car. I asked about it multiple times, requesting that they give me back the headlight so that I would not have to purchase a new one but I was brushed off and told the clean up guys must have thrown it away becuase it was broken (even though it was still attached in place when they picked it up for the tow). The battery on the car had also died and I had to jump the car to get it back home. They also made me pay the towing expense before I could pick up the car, rather than billing the insurance company that requested the tow. The car was drivable and I would have driven it there had I known I would be responsible for the tow bill. Ultimately I got the car fully repaired, including parts and labor, for a third of the cost of just their parts estimate! The car now looks and runs better than it did before the accident. I felt that they were undoubtedly trying to price gouge me which resulted in my car having a salvage title when it wasnt necessary.

The staff was extremely courteous and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service and expedience in completing the repairs. I would definitely recommend your business to anyone seeking collision repair services.

The blantly disrespect left us feeling that he could not be trusted, had car removed and took to service line.Advice, do not take your car to Joe Hudson, unless you want to leave feeling like I felt. I had my car mended there. The work done was good. However, the shop did leave on my car sensors (airbag, seatbelt) that werent previously on. Im not sure if that indicates unfinished work. They do provide a warranty of their work. They fixed my door which was damaged in an accident. Unfortunately, they didnt use OEM parts to cut costs and my door action hasnt worked the same since. I alerted them of the door hinge and sensor problem. I was told that the action will mend itself. They asked me to bring in my car for the sensors but they only operate M - F 8am-5pm. This is a huge inconvenience.

The employees were eager to run outside and ooooh and ahhhh about my brand new car, but wanted to write a low ball repair estimate on a four day old car. I advise customers with expensive cars to have their repairs done at a body shop that is more accustomed to high end vehicles.

My car looks better than it did before and they finished it before the estimated time. Everyone there were friendly and i would recommend them to anyone!

I used Joe Hudson in Greenville, AL after a minor accident. I had items to go missing off my car and they swore they knew nothing about. They didnt have enough sense to get my car aligned after the accident. That was the worse experience ever and I will never use their services or recommend them to anyone!

They said it would only take a week to fix my car it took two. They didnt put the car back together right. And got the headliner dirty.When we returned it to have them fix it right it took four more days. And then when we got it back, they caused more damage by scratching up the the tint on a window. They are the worst never use them.
