Terrible company. Bad at the work they do. Left the vehicle in worse shape than when it arrived. Still demanded money with vehicle on 4 flats in their lot. Couldnt do the work, still charged anyway. If you use these people, dont expect professionalism or proper work to be completed. Ps. Have a tow truck ready to get your vehicle carried to a proper tire shop.

The vehicle drove in, they couldnt complete the job, left the vehicle in worse condition than when it had arrived (immobile), and held the vehicle hostage until payment was made on a job that they refused to complete. After paying, they threatened to have it towed at my expense off of the property if it wasnt gone by the end of the day. Was accosted by the manager as well.

Horrible service I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Will claim they can do a job they cant execute then charge you for not being able to accomplish. Waste of time an money to even try. Id give the guy at the gas station begging for Chang a shot before I EVER went here. Before and yes thats a little hash Im sure.

Today which is Sunday, I walked outside and saw that my tire was on flat. No tire stores were opened! I had put on fb to see if any tire services were available! Someone had mentioned his name but as I said it was past closing hours! Later on that evening I got a call and it was the owner of the shop! He had advised me to come up to the shop and he’d set me straight. He did just that! It’s not too many ppl that will stop out of their busy schedule to help someone. I’m forever grateful and will always be a customer of this establishment

After having a tire blow out on the freeway. I brought my travel trailer in for 4 new trailer tires.I received 3 mismatched tires and 1 of the tires was my old dry rotted original. I didnt notice this until I got back home 4hrs away.When I contacted them they said that I would have to bring my travel trailer back in. I offered to provide my receipts and pictures of the issue I was having. C&A is denying responsibilityIn addition to the tire issue I had:-dirty hand prints on the side of my camper-tire pressure were all different by a range of 30 PSI-my travel trail wheels were all scratched up around the edges of the rimBEWARE of doing business with these guysThey are nice and friendly up front but have a terrible lack of quality control and correction of issues

Always ask to see the tires youre paying for, they rolled out one with severe damage from low tire pressure. Looked ok on the outside but from years of doing tire work myself I seen right thru their scam. 1500 miles from home was my only reason for stopping and even if I was riding on the rim I wouldve drove farther down the road.

I went to this place on 7/18/21I called prior to coming to ask if they had my size tires... I got there around 1:00p.m . I waited in the waiting area which is small and was getting overcrowded*note that covid is still around *... I look at the time its now 1:35 my car was still pulled under the garage with no tires on the front end..another employee(a woman) had changed four tires on van and these guys still hadnt put my tires on my truck.. I asked the front desk whats the holdup...she stated they had to find my second tire 🙄🙄🙄 arent u supposed to do that upon me coming here and handing over my keys...I left this shop around 2:23 smh way to long for two used tires to be put on. I WILL MEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

No one in town would tell me what was wrong with my truck until I went to C and A. They fixed it. I may want to run off with the mechainic!! And it was a fair, reasonable price.

In the past I have given this place nothing but good reviews. I’m not sure what the issue is lately but the service is terrible. Every time I take my vehicle for one problem I leave with a completely different issue that wasn’t present before. You take it back to them to let them know that there’s a new issue & they continually charge you for their mistakes. I’ve spent over $2000 between two vehicle there in the last month & here we are a month later with neither vehicle working.

I do not hate this place. I just don’t to be mistreated and lied to. I went to C&A because my brake lights was coming on and going off by themselves. They charge me $404. for parts I did not need. My brake lights problem still has not been solved. I called them back the same day and they acted like I asked them to change my brakes, etc. The Tech claimed that he diagnosed my vehicle before the work was done. Obviously they are not being truthful and overcharging and not solving the real problem. I only need a brake light switch.Not happy with my service.

We called ahead of time to ask if they had a special tire size we needed and when they confirmed, we said we were on the way, and when we got there less than 20 minutes later, they had already sold the tires. Horrible customer service and waste of time. Not professional at all.

They were very unprofessionell changed the wrong tires then said I told them to take the brand new tire off and put a newer one on. Very cheap place but you get what you paid for so only go there if you have no other choice like I did

This is a great place to have your car or truck repaired. They are friendly and knowledgeable and have great prices. I’ve had my tire replaced and received oil changes several times and my wait time during each service was far less than I had ever expected. They will definitely always be my go to tire and auto company.

This place is a rip off, they give you one pricebefore they begin work on your vehicle and after they finish they give you a whole different price which is higher than the original price and dont even check with you to see if you want them to get the extra parts. And on top of that they charge a 4% card fee to the customer which they should be paying to credit card companies themselves not the customer. I dont recommend anyone to go here. They have a no refund policy which also customers should be aware of. Also if you have a vehicle on their property for less than 3 days that you dont want fixed they will charge you a $40 dollar daily fee. Was notified that my vehicle was ready which was there for 3 days already waiting on parts when I got there it was not totally complete and I had to leave for more work to be completed, and more parts to be ordered, wasted my time. Total rip off dont patronize. I tried to support local owned small business but this is not one to support. No star rating.

Had my oil changed, the mechanic left my oil cap off, on my other car had my tires put on the mechanic did not out my hub caps in securely the came off, if you visit them just check before you leave.????? its up to you????????

Ok true enough I know my car has been sitting up with no driving for a while so I put my car in c and a auto I told them to fix everything that was wrong with it so and so they claimed they did so there should be no reason when I pick my car up it won’t go over ten miles and acting like it wants to cut off so they tell me just let the gas run through it for a little while drive it it should smooth out it’s shouldn’t be no reason I spent 3,445 dollars and my car still not ready let alone y’all had my car 3 weeks now

I wish I could post a picture of the used tire they sold us that was made in 2011 (it’s 2020) when we wanted a new one. Two months later and I’m glad I replaced it with a NEW tire today because the metal wire was exposed in half the tire. When my wife called to inquire about there policy, the manager stated that it was late at night when they replaced her tire and they don’t normally ask if you want a new or used tire. He said the companies motto is to get a good tire on and get them off the road. A little honesty goes a long way in a service business. Took advantage of my wife on the side of the highway when it was late at night, shameful.

My experience here was Amazing. The front desk receptionist was very professional and helpful. The owner was also very hands on during my visit. I purchased two used tires that were in great condition. I recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable tire and auto services.

From the start, the customer service was beyond acceptable, but most importantly my car was repaired. I waited a month to post a review, because I had previously went to another shop and they did a temporary fix. Now, the problem is fixed. Fast and Great Service !!!Friendly, helpful and honest people. The shop on Atlanta Highway stays open to 6pm. If you need a tire fixed quickly they are the best in town.

I can’t speak as far as repair work, I heard great reviews so i decided to try it out however the customer service at the Atlanta HWY location is terrible. I went in to get my tire looked at (which I had to put air in 3 times in a week). The guy at the front desk had an attitude soon as I walk in . He looked and only looked at my tire and said it’s fine, I knew different so I just left. When I went to another shop up the road I was helped and got my tire replaced .

My 18 yr old son and his friends were driving back from the shores and got a flat tire sunday night. We googled auto repair shops in the area so he would know where to have it towed. This was the only place that had open 24 hours so he took it there. He had placed a call to let them know the situation and he would be bringing his car. They told him it would be $150 with the tire. So he assumed it would be for a new tire and putting it on since they did not say what all that covered. They did spend over an hour fixing it and telling him he had a bad rim which they had one but it wasnt the size so he didnt get that fixed. They fixed it so he could get back on the road knowing he had to get back to bowling green ky from there. They said it should hold to at least get him there. 2 hours into the drive they stopped to switch drivers and the posted pic is what they saw (the rim is bad on the edge due to it being driven on). So another tow to a different repair shop had to be done. The second repair shop said c and a charged for a used tire ($45) and the other $105 was for a service call. Turns out the rim wasnt bad like my son was told and the tire they gave him was over 5 years old which is why it didnt even make it out of the state. As since they feel the problem was resolved afer they fixed it they are probably the ones who broke the peice that caused the tire to shred after it being driven for awhile. When i called i told him all that happened they didnt even want to credit me any money back knowing they didnt tell him about the service fee, or being wrong on the real problem or even using a tire that wasnt gonna make it thru the drive. The website does not say there would be a service fee all it says is open 24 hours. This is misleading as hell. When i kept telling them this was a problem he kept going back to the tire situation so that tells me he knew he didnt tell my son about a service fee which my son and his friends said that he never did mention. I see other bad reviews on here and i see they like to take advantage of people inexperienced or in a bind. I would have been happy with a credit of the tire since i had to get another one since they didnt fix that right in the first place. Ill be contacting legal representation since my son and his friends lives and the lives of other people on the highway were in danger with them not fixing the right thing. PEOPLE READING THIS BEWARE! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!

This Mobile Tire Service is 100% the best I’ve seen. Stranded on the interstate w/a flat. I was supposed to have run flats, but they brought a tire from their shop & it was a run flat!!! Mann I was so impressed, I contacted Tesla Roadside Assistance & advised them to use this services for Mobile Repairs. I would have had to be towed in & waited for a tire. ThEY DID IT ON THE SPOT: Flat removed, Mounted, TPMS (Sensor installed), & BALANCED my tire!!! Dispatcher was 100% & the Tire Technician was 100%. Thanks & I’m home now typing this review.

These guys are amazing! They came to my home, brought me a new tire and installed it... In the RAIN!!! I contacted them initially through Facebook and They were very responsive. The office staff I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and professional. They were very efficient, courteous and reasonable! I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a flat while traveling for Christmas. They fixed my leak on my tire and put it back on in less than 20 minutes. Call them if you’re in a jam. Their service is quick. Much quicker than calling road side assistance.

Was Stuck on the side of the road today with a blown Tire. To make matters worse my Spare rim was cracked do yo dry rot and heat exposure. C&A was the nearest shop to my destination and were ready to receive my care right. Joanna was vital in my communication with AAA service letting them know that she could tackle my bear of a problem. I was greeted and treated with respect and professionalism throughout my entire experience I was offered affordable options and given clear feedback on the condition of my BMW. I was checked in and out very promptly offered bottled water and welcomed to return with the assurance that my car would be cared for overtime in the future. The business is owned and ran by a very intelligent experienced knowledgeable brother who made time to interact with me make sure I was aware of his services and dedication in car care. My name is shelia Thomas I went to another place to try to get brakes and rotors he wanted to charge me $1680 Chapelle I came to this place C & A Mobile Tire and Auto and for brakes in rotaries he charge me $299 God is so good I recommend this shop two single women that’s working to pay bills and take care of a baby so he will not take a vanish of you just because your woman into all my hard-working brothers that’s looking for a good deal and good work that they will stand behind this is the place to go and that’s what I have to say about this company God bless them

Went to them multiple times and they kept saying that they could not fix my truck. The guys that did the working tried to fix it for me outside of the shop. Even gave his number. They just want money. They do not care to actually fix your vehicle. Im thinking they were about to finally fix my truck after I went and got a whole new suspension like they said I should have so they could do my alignment and they put my truck up in the air and started doing something to it and then said they could not fix it because whomever did my suspension job didnt do a good job and told me it would be a 20 dollar fee for them LOOKING at it. Smh. Never again. Ive gone to them too many times and they did nothing. Be careful letting them near your vehicle.

They have used tires at a flat rat of $30 plus $10 installation. Prices stay the same. Full vehicle diagnosis $49.99 where everywhere else is $75. They stay open til 7pm. They also have 24hr roadside assistance. Great place and great people.

Wouldnt go back. Owner could be better with customer service. Wasted time. Employees were nice but now im at the dealer getting what they should have did done. I tried.

The worst place ever. Had them replace fuel pump/fuel module. Had to come back and get the sending unit repaired because the gas gauge was malfunctioning. The manager acted like he was giving us a deal by saying that the repair would cost about $80. When you replace any portion of the fuel system, part of the inspection process should be to assure that the gas gauge is working. These people werent decent enough to own up to their mistake. Instead the manager presented us with a bill of $208. The manager stated that they would drop the tank and call us with a price. He called after he had already made the repair. The manager admitted that his guy overlooked the gas gauge and still charged us $115 for labor. Not a good business. These mechanics do not know what they are doing. This company is only good for towing. Nothing more. Never trust a company with a posted no refund sign.

C & A has awesome customer service. One of the technicians was able to remove a bolt that was extremely hard to come off the tire. Several shops struggled with removing the bolt. But the best in the city of Montgomery was able to remove it in 5 minutes. Thanks C &A.

Charged me $250.00 for 2 used tires on Saturday. Price Gouging during a pandemic. Bad Business.
