We have been long time customers of State Farm and specifically with Breck. His staff does an outstanding job of keeping us up to date on everything and answering all of our questions. We have our car insurance, home insurance and life insurance with him and could not be happier. Kayla is our go to person for every question we have and she always provides excellent customer service.

Breck and Travis at State Farm have been so helpful the last few years! I have multiple policies with them, and every experience I have had with them has been wonderful. When I was previously looking for mortgage quotes, Breck took the time to call and go over everything with me and made sure that I knew all of my options- even if I chose not to go with State Farm. Can say enough good things about Breck. I went with my parents State Farm agent right of the gate. Because thats what we do, then years later I spoke with a friend who uses Breck. I went and talk to him. I moved everything.2 cars, Personnel home and 13 rental properties. If, I call they answer. Breck gave me his Cell # the first time we talked. Of, course I thought that was because he wanted my business. Never thinking he would answer his Cell on weekends, but he does. I have never called and not have him answer or call me right back. I also, like the fact that I feel I can grow old with Breck he listens and I like that. Looking forward to many more years-

Not a happy home owner here in Montgomery. After almost 10 years, zero dollars in claims, 2 phone calls for advice,...and State Farm sends me a letter...hours before the tornado storms...that our insurance is canceled. 10 years of taking our money, zero paid out, and they canceled us, no notification, no phone call, no warning,..nothing. I went to USAA.
