Maggie was not only professional, but personable and down to earth at the same time. About four months ago we decided to sell our home of twelve years and met the most incredible person I have ever known. Maggie is a true professional, with an expert’s understanding of the real estate market, and a talented ability to stage a home to its best advantage. She converted a dark and cluttered home into a light and airy space. It cost less than $400 for her to turn a dark and dingy basement into a livable finished space with a new ceiling, fresh paint and colorful indoor outdoor carpet tiles. She knows painters, electricians, suppliers and specialists of all types. By following all her suggestions (“All these doilies have to go!”) our home became a bright and cheery place. I wish, however, to impress on any potential future client, that the best part of the entire experience was the time we spent following Maggie’s suggestions. She made excellent recommendations and guided us every step of the way. She chose the best paint colors, improved the lighting and actually provided accessories and the proper window treatments necessary to let the sunlight in. Maggie has such great talent and such a positive attitude that it was fun to be a part of the transformation. Her enthusiasm for the project was infectious. She would show up with a lamp that would look just great on some table. My friends and family started coming over just to see what was new. The end result was the biggest surprise. We received eight offers and sold in four days for $25,500 over asking price! We had to change “from homeowner to home seller”, but it was all well worth it.
